Pamela is a fun and easy going person. However the purchase of my condo was a dreadful experience. Pam was extremely difficult to reach throughout and did not communicate effectively with the seller at all. If it wasnt for my agent doing all the work and moving the deal forward, it never would have made it. We even had an agreement at closing that the seller would pay $700 to help pay for a new door which was badly damaged, and of course, after we closed we never heard from her or the seller again. Do not recommend.
