I went to wear a blouse that Id had dry cleaned a while back and found that it was completely ruined and had been pinned together in places so the damages would not be obvious. I took it in to show them and the woman who came to the counter asked for my information and looked up my account on their computer. First she tried to tell me I had never brought a blouse in there before so I leaned over the counter and looked at the screen and saw three, six, eight places it said blouse. Then she tried to tell me she didn’t see anything wrong with the blouse but the damage was so obvious that she changed her tune again and said that it must have happened when the previous owner was still there (which was back in 2015). When I pressed her for how she was going to compensate me she became very irate and insisted I leave and never come back. They covered up the damages hoping I wouldn’t notice until after I left, so they could then deny responsibility. So dishonest, deceitful, rude and just plain bad business.

Great service! The lady there is so nice and welcomes me with a smile every time i go. my clothes always come back crisp and clean even though my clumsy husband dirties them. i am very satisfied.

Very friendly people who do an outstanding job everytime! Their quality cant be beat!I absolutely love this place.
