My almost a year old dishwasher wasnt working, they helped get my repair under the warranty and their technicians quickly figured out I needed new board, pump and soap dispenser. They advised me to switch to powder soap AND to run the dishwasher once a month with a bowl of vinegar in it. The latter was an AMAZING trick to clean up the dishwasher and now with new parts, powder soap and big bottle of vinegar dishes getting clean. They were super efficient in their work too Thumbs up all the way for JB Appliance team.

JB Appliance was fantastic! The service technician - Luis - was very friendly and knowledgeable. The company was efficient and clearly articulated the problem with our fridge, the process for repair, and the estimated wait time for parts. The price was very reasonable and fair. They were quick to set up the second repair appointment. I didnt once have to call to request an update or wonder the status of this repair. Great job all around and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Tech came out to fix our dishwasher through home warranty. Mind you we’ve been waiting since April 20th for them to fix it, it’s now June! We are in the process of selling our house and looking for a house so we haven’t been home much in the evenings. I came downstairs this morning to make lunches and my refrigerator was off, go downstairs to check the breaker and noticed that it was off for the refrigerator!! Called JB Appliance and they had the audacity to blame the breaker being off on my daughter! Um I’m sorry is that her job or yours?? Needless to say they won’t do anything about it and we’re out over $100 worth of food! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We had a 6 year old Dacor double oven that had been repeatedly serviced by another company. It failed after having its main computer board replaced less than 2 years ago. We called JP Appliance this time. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a new Wolf double oven from JB which they were able to order and deliver in less time than expected. They removed the old ovens, installed the new ones...the technicians were personable, skillful, neat, clean, appropriately masked, etc. and timely! We have used a number of repair companies over the years. Calls took forever to return and service was always days away.JB returns calls promptly, sends a service provider very promptly and services and has access to the top lines of appliances! We are delighted to find such a competent service company for our appliances! Things break or go bad...JB is the company we will be calling on from now on!!

Our dryer quit working (after lots of loud noise) and needed the pulley replaced. He suggested also replacing the belt so we wouldnt have another expensive visit in the future. Luis knew what he was doing and was so friendly. He even had booties on ready to come in to work before we answered the door. I highly recommend this company for repair, and especially Luis.

Requested a 30-min heads-up call before arrival when scheduled the appointment since its a vacant property, the technician Kevin called when he already at the property & said he could only wait for 5 mins. This is very bad customer service. Never use this company again.
