I’m not sure the lady’s name but I believe she is the one in charge since they all go to her but she is so sweet and nice! Super helpful. Got my Jewellery polished and my gold necklace fixed all in like 30 minutes while all these other jewelry locations told me they would take weeks or months and would cost double to triple the price. Quality service honestly my diamond rings, bracelet and necklace were gorgeous! Definitely recommend

This place is small but amazing, I walked in an was pulled in right away by the shiny diamonds and was instantly greeted by nancy and Gloria. They called over AJ who was more than happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. And for a killer price. I got such a good deal. The process was seamless, I got a 3 month approval loan with no interest in less than 5 min... You cant beat that... Definitely recommend valliani jewelers. Thank you all again!

I was browsing around the mall when I saw Valliani Jewelers and decided to take a look around. I was immediately met by smiling faces. AJ (the store manager) started talking to me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for a special Mother’s Day/birthday gift for my mom and was interested in diamond earrings, a diamond bracelet, or necklace. AJ welcomed me into the store where he and another associate, Alicia, took their time and showed me all the items they thought I would like that they had available. They let me try on various pieces and were very patient with me. I in no way felt pressured to purchase anything. Both AJ and Alicia were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ultimately, AJ showed me a diamond necklace that had me sold! He offered a deal I could not refuse for both the necklace and pair of diamond earrings. I was 100% happy with my purchase, the price, and the customer service I received at Valliani Jewelers. I was not expecting to buy anything and came out with an amazing purchase I know my mom will LOVE. I will definitely be returning to Valliani Jewelers for my next diamond purchase. Highly recommend store for getting engagement /wedding jewelries ! My boyfriend got my engagement ring in Valliani and so beautiful, great quality! Also professional people work here and you can time any time if you have questions! And also they have Jeweler inside, so if you need to clean or adjust the size, just come here !

I had bad experience returning ive bought at your store / earing & bangel /store manager plus sales lady wont giving any help . The merchandise already paid by the bank . manager telling me to call the bank while im at the store .manager wont accept and saying store policy ..
