Terrific experience from start to finish with our sons wedding- wed rent from Abbey Party Rentals SF again. The only opportunity for improvement would be to automate the process of updating the rental agreement. Making changes required constant back-and-forth emails. Even with this, Irving was incredibly responsive and helpful with answering questions and updating the contract for us.Our rental included tables, chairs, linens, tableware, glassware and coffee/drink dispensers. Pick-up and delivery were both on time.

Kathy was very nice and helpful, unfortunately the outdoor heating lamp didnt work well. It was ridiculously difficult to light, and once we did it only stayed on for an hour. $264 down the drain for one hour of heat at my party. Would not recommend.

Great Customer Service of Maya and David who assisted me on the Rentals Transactions!!!Though, the GPS isn’t accurate in finding their office location at 411 Allan St,. Daly City. I go to Abbey for dinner parties and family events. They stock everything youd need for extra guests and most items can be rented in small lots. I always pick up and return myself -- easy access, people are friendly. Easy and quick to deal with on phone and online. They provide an efficient, useful, relatively inexpensive service. Highly recommend.

Abbey is terrific. They have almost anything you need, you can usually book pretty close to your event, and if you can handle pick-up it save you the $80 delivery fee. Prices are reasonable, and the people are helpful.Their rentals arent high-end stuff, and some of it shows wear & tear, but it works most of my events. Id happily recommend them to anyone!

So glad I found them! Made my party possible with the extra chairs for a very reasonable price, at the last moment. All people there were extremely friendly and helpful. They really understand what business they are in, the fun business :)!

We had a simple rental, wine glasses and appetizer plates. It was super easy to contact Abbey and they were very prompt in getting back to me. Pick up and returning was also a snap. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Overall Abbey Party Rentals is an excellent company with huge inventory and great customer service. I called Abbey Party Rentals 48hrs before my wedding asking if they had the perfect shade of napkin linens. They had them and within 1.5hrs I had them in my hand. Then, we had a little trouble and were a couple days late returning them. They were so understanding and didnt charge us extra.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Irving was extremely polite and helpful, he was able to accommodate our companys request for next day delivery of tables and chairs. I would recommend Abbey Party Rents to anyone, not only do they have great professional service but they are very dependable . Let me just say I never write reviews but I was so moved by this company and the staff this is my first and probably only one. :)

I have used Abbey many times and they are great! The sales people are wonderful and helpful and the delivery people are always on time and professional. If I pick up my rentals and drop them off myself the people at the loading dock are also wonderful. I would highly recommend Abbey to anyone, whether you are a caterer like me or just an individual having an event that requires rentals.

My organization has been doing business with Abbey Party Rents for at least 14 years. As the staff person who has arranged and coordinated the rentals from Abbey for those 14 years, I would say that it has been a generally positive relationship. They have an excellent team there. Everyone Ive ever had contact with at Abbey has been courteous and professional, and reasonably prompt. Granted, over the course of 14 years, there were occasional difficulties with deliveries and pickups. Ultimately, however, things always work out.

We are a small business and we have used Abbey Party Rents for over 10 years. It was very difficult receiving emails and final credit document. I and my staff had to go back and get information that we requested over the telephone twice that could have been sent via email. We are still waiting on the credit invoice The event was October 20, 2016 and the credit should have been applied back to clients corporate credit card. The reason why the credit was applied is because we did not get the skirting for our registration tables though they said they were going to deliver prior to the event starting. We also paid for them to set up and they just dropped off the equipment. I was very specific when communicating our needs to the representative at the office (Rene) I visited twice to make sure we were all on the same page with the details. WE were not apparently because we did not receive the skirting and they did not set up the tables and chairs. We are still waiting on the email regarding credit. The email should have been forwarded to our office reflecting the credit so we can forward to our client. Though very reputable the follow up and detail is key and we should not spend billable hours tracking down an email and credit.

Very easy to get everything together for our rental for my wedding. Though there was one panic inducing moment when they called me about picking stuff up after my father had already picked up our stuff (which is why Im giving only 4 stars instead of 5). Other than that they were easy and professional to work with.

I rented a crucial item for my daughterw wedding- the wedding arch. The staff at Abby Party Rentals were extremely professional, efficient, dependable and the price was great. The arch appeared on time and they made arrangements with the venue to pick up the arch- it was stress free and easy for me! I can wholeheartedly recommend Abbys.

I have used Abbey Rents for multiple large scale events in the past two years, sometimes ones with lots of moving parts, and have been more than happy with them! From the ease of order placement, the pricing and delivery (this last delivery crew was especially helpful - in a time of need when my own setup crew was late due to heavy traffic - they stepped right in to help me get the job done!), they have made my job easier just knowing I can count on them to have what I need when I need it! I rented the king tables and they were in really good condition. The customer service was very good, they worked with me through the whole rental process of pick up and drop off. Loved it i recomend it.

Abbey Party Rents had reasonable rates and were reliable. Everything was delivered and picked up promptly. The only regret I had was being charged $5 each for broken glasses. I would think that 1-2 broken glasses would be normal. But, if still give them 5 stars as since we did accidently break them and should be held accountable.

Everything was great except for pick up (2 days later due to no pick up on saturdays 🤷🏽‍♀️) and one item was missing, but I was refunded. Great prices.

Had the inventory/product I needed, easy to work with and great customer service from our sales rep Patrick.

I needed a last minute rental for 3 electric heaters for an offsite meeting. Employees were super nice when I called in. I drove in to pick up the heaters -- a bit of a wait even though I called in half an hour prior to coming (I was in a hurry to make the meeting). Just minus one star for the heaters: they came in pretty beat-up boxes and one of the heaters didnt come with the correct screws for set-up (good thing I rented 3). 4 stars for the friendly service and being super accommodating! They even said they would give me a refund for one of the heaters (not sure if the refund came through yet, since their AMEX payment system is a little complicated compared to their VISA/Mastercard). I would still recommend.

I have been a customer of Abbey Party Rents since the start of my business 10 years ago. They have always had my back. Sometimes even after hours for me when I forget they close at 11am on Saturdays. They dont nickel and dime. Its a business at the end of the day, but they are pretty fair when I break stuff, return stuff late, and/or lose stuff.
