They are incredibly slow. I always go there and the line is super long and they always have only 1 worker most of the time.

Came in to receive my cash and the agent/teller was very professional making my whole transaction very easy and brief. i will definitely come back to conduct future business with this money mart. Just make sure you have all information, paperwork and ID is ready to help the teller make your experience pleasant. They also have all the precautions for covid-19 so sanitize before touching any pens or pin pad and after as well as they provide all the sanitize you need.

I have sent money to friends and family members for years. I actually stopped going there it was so bad even though it is the closest to my house. I go there last night an d of course I cant pick up money. I can send it all day long but just 1 time I wanted to pick up some dough and I couldnt because she shut down Western Union. I had a very bad experience at this store working with the store Manager, Sherryl or Cheryl she was rude and very unprofessional. She had such a bad attitude and also had falsified information and was asking rude questions. I highly recommend that no one goes to this store because of her and was also abusing her rights as an authority. The only person that was helpful was Bruno, he had great customer service and was very patience trying to work with me. When I made a complaint about Sherryl or Cheryl to Bruno she wasn’t trying to descalate the situation she made the situation worse and was trying to start an argument but I ignored her and walked out. For a Store Manager you’re not supposed to treat customers poorly. She gets a negative zero and needs to be retrained for customer service. You treat people how you want to be treated and she treated me very poorly and was very disrespectful and was also asking personal questions that you shouldn’t ask your customers.

I went to this money mart on 12.22.2020 and needed to cash a financial institution check issued to me for $539.83 and was charged twelve (12) percent $64.78 to cash a real legitimate check of money i desperately needed. The California Dept of Financial Protection will be notified immediately!

It’s the worst service I’ve ever seen in Daly City . I had a very bad experience at this store they’re rude and very unprofessional.

Theyre usually 3 filipino staffs. One younger woman is super friendly, helpful and attentive to clients. But the other two are super worst, no service minded, talk very rude to clients. Better fire them and hire someone who are having a good manners.

If you are looking at this and you think people is just hating, we are not. This is probably one of the worst stores, they are rude, slow and show no interest for what they do and that show no knowledge at all.Something else, just by looking at the ratings and Money Mart not doing anything to fix it show how bad the company is.

This place is a scam! They get a lot of information from you even your picture and don’t give you money.

They have a very strict policy when it comes to repayment, the employees are rude, they close early, and your lucky if you call and they answer.

I called this Money Mart and ask them if I can cash a check there for $900 the lady on the phone at this Money Mart told me that they can cash any check I drove 45 miles and got there 15 minutes to closing I gave her my check gave her my ID she even told me to sit down have a seat so she can verify the check after 5 minutes she then said sorry we cant cash this check we can verify it... this is my first and my last time Ill ever go to Money Mart

It freaking SUCKS. The place is disgusting, it has no staff, and the worst part, they charge freaking 10% of the total amount you want to cash out.Dont go to this place!

Terrible service, rude employees, terrible language since you cant understand what they are saying. I came to pay and google says they open at 8:30 and the girl inside was saying 9 am it was 8:50 when I came, they should change the times online or at the very least post there real hours outside the store. Thumbs down on this place.
