I was trying to do the inspection that Uber required with those guys but they didn’t pass the inspection they told me 2 of the tires need to be changed so A guy was trying with me to change new tires from their stores so I didn’t listen to him because I know the tires still good so I went to jiffy lube at same time same day and I did the inspection with jiffy lube and everything was good the inspection was pass.

I was trying to save myself time by getting tires at Goodyear instead of Costco, due to the overcrowding at Costco when you need a tire rotation. They said my tires did not need to be rotated, and they did find a nail which they took out and repaired. They finished my car and took it off the rack, but I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. Then the checkout time took another 5 to 10 minutes and I had to go to the restroom really bad. I don’t think I saved much time! And at Costco at least I can shop the store and use the bathroom while I’m waiting. They should think about having another person if I take them that long to do all the front desk work.And the steering wheel was sticky covered with black grease. Took 5 wipes to get it all off. Car smelled like cigarettes and the fragrance used to cover up cigarettes. They should open the window when they’re driving it.

Good Year in Daly City, 5 stars for technician Robert he is super detailed and does an awesome job on your car. I also bumped into Steve Contratto the district director, I knew him when I first started going to the San Leandro, Good Year. Steve is wonderful! About a week ago we came in with a nail in our tire and even though it was almost closing time, they were short staffed, and we didnt have an appointment, they were kind enough to help patch it up for us. Ms. Luba Benito, assistant manager, was not only helpful but most pleasant to be welcomed by and having my job taking care of. It was a breath of greasy air to encounter such an great person at the front desk. In fact, this was the reason to came back for the second time in 7 month. I recommended to my friends from that first experience. Now, this was my second visit and she sure were there and treated me the same as last time. Thank you, Luba.

I brought my car in for a flat and it took them over two hours before they even looked at my car. Once they finally started fixing it they had power issues and my car was stuck for another 3 hours. At no point was I ever informed that they wouldnt be ready for several hours so I had to wait the entire time. While I was there I found another customer where they had put on the wrong size wheel and a different customer they sent home with a spare on their car, with parts tossed in their car without explanation. I contacted goodyear HQ and was told someone would reach out but no one did. Stay away at all costs.

They installed brand new tires on my car and since I am not a professional I fully trusted the stop and left with new pair of tires. After a month I visited my friend who mentioned to me that I have a bubble on my new tire, so I came to the Goodyear shop to change the bad tire and instead of exchanging it for free, they wanted even more money from me! It’s been barely a month and I obviously didn’t bump my car or wheels into anything and they still wouldn’t take a responsibility and change the tire. Do not recommend this shop or their service NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Waiting for callback on battery replacement on Saturday no call. Call Monday to find out they dont order replacement ahead of time and was told to come in and might get lucky and one would be in-stock otherwise wait for 2 hours to have one delivered? seems like flawed process to inconvenience customers in this way, also you cant pull into parking lot and are forced to find parking in surrounding neighborhood what a bad way to do business..thumbs way down

These people dont care about your time. Contacted them about a wheel balance, said it would take less than an hour. I get there later for the appointment, they say an hour and a half. I question them, but decide Im already there, I might as well. Waited slightly over 2 hours to get 2 wheels balanced. Staff walking through to the restrooms, coming back 20 mins later. No rush whatsoever. Also no TV and no Wi-Fi. Will go somewhere else next time.

Complete waste of time . I show up at 9:30am to get 3 brand new tires, alignment and balanced . They said it should should be done in a couple hours . They give me a call right before the place closes saying they haven’t even touched my car and would I like to leave it overnight ?! Wasted my whole day of important canceled meetings thinking my tires wouldn’t be an all day problem .

Good service! They got my oil change done on timely manner. Before driving there for any service know that it will take 2-3 hrs depending on what service. So to hit 2 birds 🦅with 1 stone, I suggest taking your laptop or use your cellphone and get some work done or watch a movie while waiting on finishing your vehicle because they’ve great waiting area and restroom for customers! Had an appointment for a simple oil change and made me wait over 3 hours. Told me it would be an hour. The manager worked with me to compensate me for the extra time I had to wait in the end and saved a customer. Mildly annoyed but very satisfied with how Raymond handled it for me.

I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy waiting and frequent visits.This all started in January, I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I was told there were no appointments, but to arrive an hour before they open on Saturday to ensure it gets done that day. No one asked what tires I needed or any questions so I did this(which is insane, but I enjoy going to Tahoe and they were getting pounded with snow). Upon waiting 50 minutes to even speak with anyone I was informed they do not have any tires that fit my car, and that they only had one type that they could get in within a week. So I asked them to order them, and made an appointment for 5 days following this initial visit.I also needed an oil change this day, this took 3 hours total....I called 2 days later to ensure the tires would be there, I was assured they would be.When arriving to my scheduled appointment 5 days later, the tires were not there and no one had even ordered them. At this point a very nice employee promised they would be there tomorrow and I agreed.I arrived the next day and the tires were finally there! This took 7 hours.After all of this, within 4 days I realized one of the tires had a slow leak. So I made an appointment for 11am, I arrived at 10:40am, I was told it would take 45minutes to an hour. After 1 hour has past they finally took my car back. In total taking 2.5 hours of my time.....

Loves their wonton noodle soup and sticky leaves rice. Pretty much everything on the menu is good. Overall the restaurant could do more upgrade to make the place looks nicer. Bathroom isnt very clean but again we just come for the food.

One of my tires popped just before the holiday weekend and my vehicle doesnt have a spare. I needed to drive south back to work on Monday morning which meant I needed to find a shop that could make it happen. I purchased tires and made an appointment from the Goodyear website. On Sunday I called to confirm my appointment before I had my car towed over. At first I was told there was no way they could get my tires installed and the online scheduling with goodyear didnt take into account their scheduled appointments. However, I explained my situation and they made it happen and installed my tires at the scheduled time. Goodyear Top of the Hill was very professional and cuteous despite the confusion. Tire balance is spot on and I definitely recommend this store!

The worst costumer service, I called to schedule my appt and when we got there, we parked at the entrance for 1 min to ask a representative where to leave our car, and a guy from the office that is next the main room came to us in a unrespectful way and told us to move our car away and did no let us explain that we had an appt and that we needed to know where we can park. Fast, friendly, and attention to detail. Im a huge pain in the rear about a torque wrench being used on my vehicle i can guess pretty accurately on the torque when i install my wheels when i rotate or get a flat, but its comforting to see tire shops use torque wrenches for consistency and using the correct torque pattern for the vehicle. These guys do everything right.My personal issue with tire shops is im coming across less and less people that can drive a clutch. Not a problem here. The guy that did my pickup sounded like he knew exactly how to drive a clutch.

Rude front of house customer service staff. I’ve been going to good year for many years in Florida. I guess they don’t know that customers come first, here in California. The lady at the front was abrupt, rude and condescending. If you have parking lot issues - don’t ask me to move my car just to come back inside in 3 minutes to make an appointment. Shouldn’t it be customer first? Your “ guys “ inside can’t wait 3 min to back out a car while I make an appointment? Sadly, no appointment was made on my behalf.

I came to the store at 9:55 AM and checked-in for my appointment at 10:00 AM. One of the workers helped me, we walked to my car and he took the mileage on my odometer. He told me that that the wait time will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half. He didn’t tell me the next step, I thought I was already checked-in, so I waited in my car. At 11:15 AM, I’ve noticed that the customers who came before me already got their service done so I talked to the employee named Roberto. I told him that I’ve been waiting in my car for an hour and fifteen minutes already and no one even bothered to ask me what I’m there for. I was frustrated that they didn’t even know that I was there for a service, the only thing I wanted to get done is an oil change. Time check right now, I had a dental appointment at 1:00 PM but had to cancel it because I’m still here, my car isn’t even worked on. I’ve been here for 3 hours now just for an oil change! I mean that is unacceptable! I don’t know how long I’m going to be stuck here for, but it has caused too many problems. I mentioned to them that I do have an appointment at 1:00 PM but they didn’t seem to care. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced so far. If you have time to kill, then this place is for you. If you have a lot of things going on, this isn’t the right place. If I can just give them -5, I would have. I usually don’t write reviews but this is just unacceptable.

Installed the wrong tiresI went in for a new set of tires, alignment, and oil change. I asked for Assurance All Season tires. When I reviewed the estimate listing the items and services (which, sadly, I dont have a paper copy of), it was for Assurance All Season tires. When I was given the rebate form when I picked up my car, it was pre-filled with the information for the Assurance All Season tires. It wasnt until a few days later when I next used my car that I saw that they had installed the more expensive Eagle Sport All-Season tires. Checking my bill, sure enough, they charged me for the more expensive Eagles. (I know, I know, my bad for not meticulously checking everything done at a service center.)This made me doubt the other services. There was no sticker on the windshield indicating when the next oil change was due, so I wondered if they had changed the oil. I pulled out the oil dipstick, and the oil did indeed look like it had been changed--honey-colored, not dark. Was it the full synthetic I paid for? Did they change the filter? I sure hope so, but theres no way to tell and Im not feeling very trusting anymore.I have no desire to go back and spend another day and transportation costs hoping they get it right the second time, so Ill keep the tires (louder and stiffer than my old tires, but every Prius needs sport tires, right?) and consider the extra money to be the cost of learning yet again to always be a watchful consumer when dealing with cars.On the plus side, they did get me in without an appointment on a Sunday and the person I dealt with on the front-end was friendly enough.

Quick and easy. Went in for 2 new tires thanks to a flat. Ordered the tires online the night before, they had them in stock (woot!) and sent in the appointment request. I called this morning to confirm the appointment and they hadnt received the request yet (system seemed to be malfunctioning), but they were able to take care of me around my requested time. Note- the online scheduler doesnt actually take into account what the shops able to schedule, so definitely call for appointments! The online system is an appointment request, not an actual appointment scheduler.Another note, the parking lot is tiny. Exceptionally so. Not really uncommon for the area, but we did have to park on the side street right next to the lot instead of IN the lot. Not a big deal, but pay attention to how full the lot is before pulling in or youll have to maneuver a bit.Thankfully when I went in, the order information had come in. The woman at the desk was helpful and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with precise answers that I really appreciated. She said her name several times and Ive already forgotten it (sorry!)We had to wait a little while so we walked around a bit, but about an hour later I got a call saying they were finished and they were able to repair the tire free of charge, so I could call to cancel the order I had placed online. The tire repairs are for the life of the tire, so we should be set there as long as we dont run over any more nails.I just called to cancel the tire order and receive my refund, they said itll be 3-5 days.Overall, a positive experience out of a miserable situation that could have been made much worse by a terrible tire place and instead left me feeling good about the day. They do what they can for the customer and try to expedite the experience as much as possible. If I DO ever need my tires replaced, this is where Im going and I will gladly recommend it to all of my friends, as well.Thanks for everything! Youve just made a lifelong customer out of me.

12/2017 - (Didn’t want to jeopardize the repair of the damage this place caused until I got it repaired)THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN...The kid, yes KID that damaged the under carriage of my vehicle by parking it askew over a lift and then banged up the rear bumper by backing it back over the lift into another car thus damaging that car as well, shouldn’t be flipping hamburgers let alone operating peoples cars, (...Steve claimed he was “...my best employee “). A friend of mines went there, unknown to me, til later, and they ordered the wrong tire, then wanted him to pay for them to correct the mistake. This is the “Keystone Kops” of auto repair, beware, read the other reviews....

This is where I go for oil changes and most other car needs. I go there often, and they never try to sell me other repairs, unless I really need something done. The one time they did, I knew I truly needed the service. If you sign up for their newsletter, youll get some good coupons. And, the employees are a nice group of guys.

Went to get new tires for my daughters car I won’t mentioned employees names but all three were very unprofessional not very helpful and just didn’t want to hear what I had to say okay so here’s what happened when I came in to the auto place my daughter was already speaking to a male employee so I asked him politely what my daughter was paying for he told me tires and something called a 3 year alignment program I said she didn’t need that remove it please. All my daughter want is new tires and a wheel alignment okay so I asked the employee again how much are the tires in which he told me then I asked how much is the alignment in which he told me that was it then he tossed the paper to me rudely then me and my daughter left. Okay me and my son arrived at the shop that afternoon to pick up the car I was helped by a different male employee he was looking at his paper work then he gave me an estimate which was much higher than what the other employee told me so then I showed him what I had he said that’s not correct I said why that’s when another employee intervened a young lady she explained that my daughter was charged for tires and wheel alignment and installation fee I said okay why when I was talking to the other employee earlier he didn’t explain that to me so the other employee that I spoke to earlier jumps in rudely and says because you didn’t ask. How can I ask something I know nothing about so then I said all you guys are attacking me I am a elderly woman disabled and none of you have apologized for your mistakes then the employee said your not getting your car unless you pay then the young lady put everything away they look at me smiling treating me like trash I wanted to cry but I kept my emotions together for these people to treat elderly people like this is beyond me I am not happy with the way I was treated.I am sure 7 on your side and my lawyers will hear about this plus I recorded everything that was said. Who ever the owner is a word of advice if you want to stay in business stay on top of your employees you run the show not your employees because if someone decides to sue you will they really be there for you think about it are you willing to risk everything because as I read some of these comments yeah your apologetic but how many apologies do you have to say before something really tragic happens. Teach these young folks COMMON COURTESY and RESPECT and most of all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible place as they just want to make your money. Cannot make appointments for tire rotations or alignment after you have purchase the tires from them, these are first come first serve. They never have time for things that are free with the package, but if you want to buy tires from them they can squeeze you in because there is money to be made. I would never refer them to any one. Go to Firestone they make appointments!!!!

Jacob and Yeba? Yuba? Anyway, both of them are very nice and knowledgeable. It does get very busy here and sometimes the line is very long. Jacob keeps a cool attitude and relaxing music to keep the energy right.They do a great job on my car and have a bathroom, water, coffee and tv along with a few outlets in the waiting room. They did not try to strong arm me into buying more expensive tires or add extra things I didnt need. Also nice to have another woman in the shop.People who cplain about the wait : I was told that it might be an hour or 2. Over the course of my wait I heard them tell people over phone and in person that there was a long wait and they were given time estimates. No matter where I go, Ive always had to wait at least an hour.This morning Jacob was the only person at the front desk and was swamped. He was professional and worked as fast as he could. In a world of insta everthing, people should learn to be more patient.

Excellent service and I walked in on a Saturday and got all 4 tires and my oil changed for cheaper than Costco was doing 4 tires on special for so BEAT THAT! Be patient. Parking is tight but they have a restroom and a theres a Kuerig with flavored creamers! to help the time crawl by. Or leave and come back is what I always do.

Ok you lost a star with me cause a miss communication or I say a lack of really listening and it was nothing big but it could have saved your tech from having to do his work twice but not a loss to him other then time and he gets paid hourly. But my time thank God it didnt take to much longer waiting. But I the end your tech Im sure to get it done again cause the customer me he knew was waiting skipped Im sure what is regular without thinking practices of checking and making sure all tires and there pressure not just what was put on new and missed that one was a little low.... and needed air before I left. But thats why I say you lost a star...but know it was cause he was just trying to keep the customer from waiting longer when it could have been avoided had the lack of understanding what the customer said either cause you were preoccupied with something else or just really were not valuing the customer and what type of attention is really required in a customer service position and with that said they do great work normally but dropped the ball today.. luckily its a customer that knows your normally not like this ...so tomorrow is a new day and always know there is always a chance to improve and grow....your a great team of workers and I will be back

Their pretty good at standing around with their hands in their pockets. Not so great at actually working or answering phones. To change a tire they are averaging over an hour per tire. 4 1/2hrs total so far...not even counting the alignment yet. Id imagine their workmanship is on par with their work ethic. Id avoid this place like the plague. Please go to another Goodyear store.

The most horrible experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment over the phone at 8:30AM then they told me that you have to leave your car for half a day then come back. He never mentioned that to me on the phone so he doesnt lose me as a paying customer. They are also under staffed. The guy there was not even picking up the ringing phone when I was in their office. Please save your self time and headache and go somewhere else.

I went ther to see why my rear tires needed air every two weeks, I was told that they could not fix the tires and got me two tires two hours later, the place offers free coffee and bottle water at the waiting room.

Came in for an oil change, they ended up pushing for a brake change which had 6mms left. They also recommended an oil change after 2.5k miles for a car that recommends 5k.
