If I could give a 0 I would. I have an oven not heating property and GE sent them out. The guy, turned it on. The light came on and he said that it was fine. He didnt even have a heat probe to test the oven temp. Did no testing. Spent 2 min and left. Oven still not working and having to start over. A complete waste of time and he is expecting to get paid by GE. Total rip off.
All the low reviews are correct!!I wont waste my time repeating the same problem of blaming something or someone else for their incompetence. It was the only place Lowes offered to repair my stove on an extended warranty. Since January 2021 (now April) nothing has been fixed. I gave up and paid someone else to fix it.I am angry with Lowes for forcing me to use one of the lowest rated companies for repairs. I wont be buying any extended warranties from Lowes. Ask for another company.
Company was hired by my home warranty to fix dishwasher. They cut the water off and when they turned it back on, my faucet had very very low water pressure all of a sudden. Tried to get them to fix it, they refused to acknowledge it was their fault. . Horrible service. Cant reccomend.Sub-par work.
Contacted through warranty co. and they’re Bosch specialist was assigned a 5 hour appointment window. Nice guy, but frustrated and confused about the model and needed my help just to get the door off and back on. He was running late and said it’s broken, but he still had 3 more appointments and wouldn’t be able to evaluate more because it can’t be pulled out. He never tried or looked at how he could pull it out. His company and the warranty company later said it is my responsibility to pull it out to be evaluated. Lol. Not worth the time, money or energy. Nice phone customer service, though.
Cancelled twice. Without a stove since mar 4.Answer: we are renting from son in law. In Santa Rosa. Under Brown as owner. Had to call GE. Your company cacelled twice on day they are suppose to come.
I gave one star because they did fix one issue. But then created another issue. The repair man, and his manager man splained to me about how it couldn’t have been them (they had repaired my dryer the previous day and it was now turning off immediately when turned on). They refused to schedule another appointment to investigate how this issue so quickly followed their repair. We ended up having to file another claim, and requesting a different company be used. The repair man immediately opened up the dryer to find the sensor had been disconnected by the At Bay appliance repair man. It was a 3 minute fix. Lastly, if you are using this company because you have a Home Depot or other type of warranty, you can ask for a different company to be used! I wish I had known! We used them six months ago and they called multiple times to reschedule, ordered parts, another appointment scheduled, it took a weeks, you get the picture.This week we again needed dryer repairs we asked to use Teknition (or any other company) and they had appointments available a couple days out. The repair man was prompt and fixed the problem on the first try, didn’t have to special order a thing. I would never use this company again. Ask to use other repair company!
Company was contracted via GE warranty to fix my washer/dryer. Tech came out, called GE tech services & was on phone with them nearly the whole time to walk him thru tests & clear error. He left. I ran a test load of clothes, washing machine still not spinning & I hand wrung out another load of clothes :(. Tech also asked to use my bathroom in the middle of call (cant really say no when they are in middle of service call!) - but GROSS especially during COVID-19 times. Tech also didnt wear mask the whole time - he took it off the entire time he was on phone with GE - again really? Theres a pandemic going on! Didnt fix my issue, didnt stay for test run after he fixed the error code, unprofessional not using mask & using my bathroom. GE now has another company coming out for the 2nd repair call - and BTW - dont buy GE. Im disappointed in this washer as its only 7 months old :(
The most unprofessional, rude, and highly threatening service from the technician they sent out to fix my water line. He lied and misrepresented the facts and when i escalated to their mgt, they did not want to take any corrective action. Do not use this company. Highly unrespectfull and rude and hostile technician.
This company has no respect for its customers time. Im on my third 4-hour appointment window for a simple repair. First appointment they never showed. 2nd and 3rd appointment they showed up AFTER the 4 hour window. Not even confident repair is complete. Will NEVER let these people waste my time again and you shouldnt either.
This company was scheduled through my home warranty service. A representative called and confirmed an appointment for 9/18, 8-10a.m. At 10:45, I called to find out if the technician was still coming and was told that my appointment had been rescheduled for 9/20 and that a company representative had called and left several messages regarding the rescheduled appointment. I received no message regarding a rescheduled appointment. They dropped the ball and left me hanging. This is extremely annoying in that I arranged the appointment after rearranging my schedule to accommodate them. Then when they changed the appointment, they did so without consulting with me and without regard for my concerns. Doing so is not only annoying and poor customer service, it shows a total lack of professionalism. I plan to have no future dealing with this company and have registered a complaint about the company to my home warranty service. As with the sentiment of a previously dissatisfied customer, if I could rate them zero, I would.
Mark was able to fix our dryer quickly and efficiently. He knows what he was doing unlike the Sears technicians who guesses and waste your time, so frustrating. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Sorry others had issues. I had none. Jonathan, the service technician, showed up on time as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, implemented the solution and then checked to see that it was appropriate to our problem. It was, and Jonathan was on his way. While he was here, he was courteous, professional and used his time efficiently. Dealing with appliance service calls is often a time consuming hassle. Dealing with this service call wasnt, hence a 5 star rating.
Our issue was identified quickly and resolved with our washing machine. Great service!
I wish I could give a NO STAR review. Not only has the repair person been to my house 3 times for the same issue that he cant seem to correctly diagnose, he has also flooded my kitchen, broken a cabinet door, and shown up almost an hour after his 5 hour window for arrival. I just want my dishwasher fixed and because we are working with our home warranty we are stuck working with them. I have also called customer service 5+ times to speak with a manager and never gotten a call back. This last time I called, the customer service person on the phone told me it would be a waste of my time to call back to speak to a manager. WHAT? Who says that and why would a customer service person say that to a customer at all? Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We used them through our home warranty and they ended up fixing our microwave but it took ~6 weeks from when we initially called to when it was finally fixed.
At Bay Appliance was assigned to us by our homeowners insurance to fix a leak from our freezer and to fix our ice maker and to fix a leak with our washing machine. They ordered new parts for both and since installing the new parts both appliances have been leaking worse than before! In addition after reinstalling the top drawer of our freezer it is now broken, which appears to be caused from improper removal/reminds. We reached out to have them come and correct the work and repair the appliances and instead of standing by their work they redirected us to our homeowners insurance to request a new work order and pay yet another fee! Would not recommend!
