BIC Outdoors was quick to come out and give a estimate. Jason was very nice and informative. He was honest and puts the customer’s wants and needs first. He had multiple options for all we wanted done. All the men were professional and worked efficiently to get the job finished. We love the freshly cut trees. It really opened up our driveway. We will definitely be using them again.

I had 2 trees right up against my carport that required a climber to cut them down due to no room for a truck. I was scrolling thru Facebook and a BIC Outdoor & Tree Service Ad popped up. I read reviews and I gave Jason a call and he came out quoted and his guys got me completed within 2 weeks of meeting Jason for the quote. I felt bad for the guy whom had to climb because it was a tight space and a tough job and he was up in those trees all day. All the guys worked great together and did an EXCELLENT job getting those trees down and there was no damage to anything. Trust me when I say these trees were big and in a very tight fenced in area. You can see one tree and the other one is exactly right behind it next to back window and building. (See pics) They got the trees down with no damage to anything and cleaned it all up. The folks at BIC Outdoor are awesome! I had a tree that had fallen on my back fence and I contacted them through Facebook. Jason was very prompt in returning my call and setting up an appointment to come look at the job and give me a quote. I was flabbergasted when he quoted me a price that was well below the last quote I received from one of their competitors (over 50% less!). I agreed to the price and one of the guys came by in between jobs that same day and took care of it (it was a small job for them) and invoiced me so I could pay online. These guys came out and cut 4 trees for us. The trees were in a tough spot and these guys made the job look easy. First let me start off by talking about my initial call with Jason. He was very nice and professional over the phone compared to other people I called. He said that he would be by my house to take a look later that day and if not he would come that next morning. He did what he said and once he got to my house and looked everything over he mentioned that he could do the work and it would be around two weeks before he could get to it. Which was fine with me. He kept his word and called me without me having to call him after two weeks. They came and trimmed by tree in no time at all exactly how I wanted. If I ever need any tree services done again they are the only ones I would ever use and will highly recommend them to my friends. Jason awesome job keep up the good work and professionalism.

Like many homeowners in this area we were affected by the tornadoes that occurred 2 months ago. Due to tree service companies being in high demand, it was hard to get anyone out to get a quote, or even have them return an email, or phone call. That wasnt the case with these guys....Granted it did take a little time to have the work done, but it was worth the wait. These fellows are true professionals. They cut 4 large trees, and at least 3 small ones, for a very reasonable price. They let you know up front that it pays to get as many cut in one trip as money allows. At least three of the trees we had cut, could have done damage to our home, landscaping, or fence if improperly cut. They put them all on the ground and didnt so much as knock a rose petal off a rose bush.They have the personnel and equipment to get any job (big or small) done. They are bonded and insured. These guys should be wearing capes because they are superheroes! A tree fell on our house and fence Monday night. We called them Tuesday. They came out to give an estimate within hours and were at our house to remove the tree by 8 AM Wednesday morning. They took out another tree for us and you cant even tell they were here.
