Mr. Carroll has done a great job helping me to understand my tax responsibilities as a new business owner. He is helpful and always available to answer my questions. I started a business with very little experience and he has really helped me to understand the processes I need to go though to ensure that my business is compliant.

I dont know how good of a CPA Randy is, but my experience with him as a landlord was awful. Based on his character as a landlord, I cannot imagine he is a very good CPA. I rented an office from him for a period of one year. I paid my rent on time or early every month during my lease.During my time in Mr.Carrolls property, I complained about a light fixture not working and faulty outlets. It took four months for the light to actually be fixed. When it was fixed, it was replaced with a used fixture that looked like it was dug out of the garbage. The new fixture also had issues. Nothing was ever done about the faulty outlets.In this same office, the ceiling was damaged and falling from prior moisture damage. Nothing was done about that. Despite the extreme high summer temperatures, Mr.Carroll frequently switched the A/C units off with no regard to the equipment or people inside.I completed all terms of my lease agreement with Mr.Carroll and notified him I was not going to renew my lease, as it automatically terminated unless renewed. I am yet to receive any of my deposit or any reasoning for this from him.
