How caring the lady showed she really was concerned and did work with me when i thought completely different and comforted me through the whole thing I absolutely loved it and plan on coming back next year!

The reason why I give this score is because the ppl I dealt with and the person I was with filling was very friendly and nice

Im just not returning there because I was quoted $130 to file my taxes and he told me if I had more than 4 W2S It would be more money. I had 5 W2S and was charged $100 extra for one more W2. So I self paid $230. My grandparents have used H&R Block for 40 years or so and thats why I came there but I will not be returning. John Quinn will never do my taxes for me again.

Called to ask the tax accountant a question in regards to the new care act law, Diane (the office manager) answer the phone. As I was trying to explain the situation and ask the question I needed answer, she rudely said “are you going to let me speak?” I was stunned since I had not even began telling her what I needed. It’s shame to have this kind of leadership. I love the tax accountant; however, this is the last time I will be going to HR block at this location. I would love to talk to whoever in charge of this location...
