My wife and I are so thankful for this company taking on the management of an apartment complex that we live in. They have been very diligent in making improvements to the property, taking care of business, they show a genuine interest and concern for their tenants. It is nice to have a manager that truly cares and works hard for you. We highly recommend Eagle Property Services to anyone that is looking for a company that is friendly, professional and cares. Unfortunately, I am sure there are times they cant make everyone happy but it is not from a lack of trying to please.

My personal experience with this company was absolutely AMAZING!!! Christy was very professional, down to earth and fun. She was extremely helpful even when things got difficult she brought in Sonia, which was phenomenal, and they got my friend taken care of. I would highly recommend using them and I would refer any other family/friend of mine to them. Thank you ladies for making this such a simply, stress free experience.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I’m so glad I chose to rent through Eagle Property Services. I’ve been renting my apartment through them for over a year and some change, and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone from the main office or anyone on site. The issue seems to be that problems arise if you’re a tenant that causes problems.. If you’re a good tenant, you will LOVE renting through EPS. I’ve only put in one or two maintenance requests, and they handled it quicker than I expected! The ladies in the office were also very helpful during the application process and answering any questions I had before and during move-in. If you see a rental that you like on their website, get it! You will not regret it. I plan on renting through them for a while, and if I move, it will definitely be into something else that EPS manages.

I am new to the area, but I must say Christy and Sonia definitely made me feel right at home!! They both took care of me and they are both very understanding and passionate about the properties that they own and run! I am looking forward to having Christy as my land lord. Thank you two for being so great!

Me and my 2 children rented from them for almost 4 years. They always kept the property in good shape and would make to do any repairs that was needed.

Me and my wife were looking to relocate from Alabama so we put in our application and got approved we told them we had a German Shepard and was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. Called 3 times the first time the lady who processes the applications wasn’t there the second time she was in a meeting 3rd time she was on the phone. Finally talked to her and was told we were approved we asked if we could come down the next day to do our lease and was told yes at the time telling her we was coming from Alabama We drove 2 and a half hours down there to be told our dog would be a problem and that the boss wasn’t there to allow us to do our paper work. Was very unsatisfied with the lac of communication after telling them that we needed something ASAP due to the face that we had to move before February first and was told that it would be no problem and wouldn’t have and issues with our dog either considering she is an outside dog

I would NOT give this company any stars!!! Very unprofessional!!!! We went to apply Last week for one of their rentals and we asked multiple times about our dog, and I was told that our dog would NOT be an issue (yes, we told them the breed). The lady in the office told us that the person that does the background checks would be in on Monday, so I called Tuesday and I was told to call back tomorrow( Wednesday). I called as soon as they opened and the lady wasn’t in, I waited a couple more hours, called back and she was in a meeting, so I decided to wait until 3pm To call and she was still in a phone meeting, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I was told that she would call me back. She finally called me back, and said that our application and background looked great! So I asked if we could come in the next day (Thursday) to do our lease and bring the deposit and she said that was fine, I asked how much the pet deposit would be she said normally $300, but I need to check to make sure that house is $300 as well.So we drove almost 3 hours Thursday, and was told that the person was not going to be in to do our lease and that we could NOT have our dog on the property, because “ITS A DANGEROUS DOG”•FIRST : Why were we Not notified about the Dog, and why weren’t we told the lady wouldn’t be in to do our lease? when we had Arrangements to be there on Thursday! A simple phone call would of been great!•SECOND: Our dog is NOT a dangerous dog, if that was the case we would not have her due to our small children, HOW can you tell someone their dog is dangerous based on the fact she is a German Shepherd! The animal behavior is based on how it’s raised!! And how can you tell someone multiple times that the dog wouldn’t be a problem?•THIRD: How can you lie to someone’s face because their irritated saying “We didn’t know y’all were coming from Alabama”? After, they all knew we were coming from Alabama. I personally told everyone I spoke with that we were the day before. The bad thing is the background check lady was the one I talked with and I told her and she told me she didn’t know!After, we left we found a family member who was going to take our sweet dog and I called back and I was told that “they don’t think they would be able to re- approve us and I told them we wouldn’t have the dog. She said “well I’ll have to ask my manager tomorrow if we would even be able to get you in one of our rentals”This place fails to communicate, will not give you information on the houses, and refuses to give you real information. No one in the office knows what’s going on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No telling how they are when you rent from them!!Now we have 2 weeks to find a place in GA, this company will screw you over in a heartbeat regardless of the situation! Very rude, selfish and unprofessional!!!

The mangers are friendly very respectful helps when you need it the tenant are very friendly. When something goes wrong anything at all manger is rite on top to fix or have maintenance fixing it. Everything was very clean when I moved in. I like the fact they spray for bugs every month. My experience here has been nothing but wonderful. Thank you for everything everyone has been so respectful. I couldnt expect a better place. Thank you.

I live at Belwood apartments in Calhoun. It’s super close to town but not directly in town. Nice and clean apartments. If you have any problems Jason and Sylvia are always there to fix or help you. The tenants always look out for one another. It’s a great place to live! Definitely recommend living here! Thank you Engle/Belwood properties!

Anytime we have any questions, needs or anything at all the management is always very helpful. I LOVE sylvia & jason! They are awesome people!

My daughter rents from this company and has been asking for things to be fixed which is not fault of her own. My daughter never had these problems until this company took over. She put in requests for things to be fixed in June its almost September nothing has been done.

Belwood is an awesome place...the management team is on top of everything and have cleaned up the location..still have a few that need to go...they are the ones who cause drama...Jason and Sylvia try there damndest to keep it drama free and are very friendly and courteous...once all the bad apples are gone this place will be golden...CHEERS TO BELWOOD MANAGEMENT AND EAGLE PROPERTIES!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THERE SERVICES. Worked for them for a little over a month had to fight them to get paid mileage inwhich (THEY DID NOT PAY) was negotiated before hiring and then they charge the Homeowners of the property. They have no idea what jobs need to be done in advance sometimes I would show up and sit in office for over a hour waiting for them to let us know what we were suppose to do that day. Poor management and Severely poorly ran. Waited 4.5 hours 1 day for carpet to be brought to me and had to miss lunch to get it installed in time because they had rented it out before it was ready.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Apparently when you need or expect things that are important(electrical,hvac,plumbing) issues fixed they will simply tell u and your family to move if u press the issues at all.Let me elaborate some for anyone wondering how they operate(just my experience with them, I cant speak for everyone)Rented a place from them, and from day one it was something. Initially our refrigerator quit working suddenly(freezer portion), Rift in and bowed hardwood floor took a year to resolve(just for them to come staple the hardwood down to subflooring). Never did fix our ceiling fan electrical issue that we had from day one. Leaky windows(could feel the air coming thru the closed windows and still can feel air coming through the ones I havent placed plastic on yet.) HVAC issues off and on for over a year(inside unit wouldnt come on but outside unit would). Went thru multiple stoves/ranges with them, had one that worked ok for most the time we lived there, but when that one went out they brought us one that would heat up most of the eyes, but one had a short or something because it would initially heat up for a few minutes, but then die. We said the heck with it and bought our own stove. Lately we have started to experience electrical issues with the plugins(stuff will just stop working when plugged in, remove from plug and plug in to other receptical on same outlet and it works just fine). Rear porch/deck is littered with splinters, bowed wood, and railing that can be knocked out by a toddler in some spots, they refuse to repair or cover with something so children and adults do not get splinters from walking on it barefooted during warm months. AC system does not cool house properly for some reason.(power bill more expensive in warm months due to this is how we noticed it and no matter what temperature it is set on it seems, it cannot maintain the temp until after the sun goes down even on days where it is low 80s), but heat seemed to work great for the little while we used it. Took them a week to repair damaged HVAC piping that was spitting insulation into the home and this was AFTER my daughter got sent to ER bc of a piece of insulation getting in her eye. We have had plumbing issues for over a year but dealt with it bc it wasnt the main restroom having issues, finally tired of it and started complaining recently(one toilet would take multiple flushes to work even whn no paper placed in it). So now that we have complained about the outlet issue, the garage door issue(unknown problem trapped fiance car inside garage recently), HVAC issue(no air conditioning and 80degrees inside home then no heat while it was low 40s high 30s outside the same night and while having a child that has severe allergies)and plumbing issue recently, we have been told to move, after making all our payments to this company faithfully for the time we have been here(over a year).So hopefully this sheds some light on my initial statement of why I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I been there a month and i hate it they have fix anything that was wrong with the place since i move in now i cant even get up my drive way so i have to carry my 10 month old baby up and down a hill. If i had a choice i would pick somewhere else to rent from
