Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Parking very difficult and had to park far away from entrance. No complimentary breakfast.

I dont usually like staying in hotels but this one impressed me. It was super clean! I could find no fault.The bed was very comfortable and i had a really good nights sleep.The service was excellent and friendly.They have a noon checkout time which was really nice for those of us who like sleeping in.They also have a shuttle to take you downtown which was good.And also lots of info on what you can do around there.I would define go back and i would definitely reccomend it - especially for people like me who value cleanliness the most.

I did advise front desk but, desk chair was broken. My husband sat in it & it fell backwards. Thought he was going through the sliding door!!

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed here one night on the way to FL. Main reason for choosing this hotel over others was for the indoor pool. The pool was open but very cold water. The kids did not enjoy it...too cold for me to go in. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very clean. I really liked the contactless check in option to have the key on your app. Very nice overall.

What you would expect for a courtyard Marriott. Consistency, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I didnt ask, but Im guessing they had removed small microwaves from the room. I hope as Georgia opens up, microwaves will again be available.

Positive: This hotel was a delight! I got a recently renovated room, it smelled good, everything was clean, furniture was so nice, bedding perfectly clean, space was large, shower was amazing. I even witnessed housekeeping vacuuming and sanitizing light switches. Negative: This hotel really marked the spot, great place, kudos to housekeeping. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The room layout is perfect, making it feel like home away from home and the bathrooms are modern and nice! This hotel is overall VERY clean and the entire hotel smells wonderful. The staff is always professional, friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and clean room. I was able to get my scooter in. My only gripe is the low water pressure in the shower and that is was so hard to get the water to my temperature.

Checked in late 9/15/2020. Staff very friendly, pleasant and courteous. The room very clean and updated. Loved the bed it was so soft and comfy. Slept great. Really loved the beautiful and unique shower. Missed not being offered a breakfast. Look forward to staying there again sometime. As a side note, felt that they seemed to be addressing Covid-19 issues very well. We felt very safe.

COMFORTABLE BEDS!! I would visit Dalton GA again just to stay here. This was during Covid and it was SUPER clean & disinfected before we got there. Very friendly staff!Also has very dark curtains if you like to sleep in!Good water pressure in the shower. Lots of table space. Many lighting options. SAFE area. I was shocked at the treatment by the desk staffer while checking in. I made a reservation two months prior to our stay for two adjoining rooms and noted it was for kids. Upon arrival, I was told the rooms were not adjoining. I mentioned it was for kids and the woman said in an insanely judging tone, They sleep in a separate room?!? Gee, yes when the rooms are ADJOINING and I can leave the door open. Ive never had this completely ignored before by many other Marriott properties. I was told that no other rooms were available due to my late evening check in. Nevermind that I checked in a full day early. Also, once we got to the rooms, both had adjoining doors to next door. So it was completely obvious that they put someone in those two rooms and just ignored my reservation. That plus her horrible tone is completely unacceptable. Marriott status means nothing to them. Two stars because housekeeping deserves some credit for the room itself.

Nice place.. only bad is you dont get free wifi with your stay. You have to belong to bonvoy or pay 4.95 per night.. for the price you would think that would be included.

The hotel itself is updated and clean. Their fitness room is great. The pool room is spacious and clean. The courtyard is pleasant... but better than all of this was the staff. Every single person who works in this building is dedicated to giving you the very best experience possible. I have never met a better group of employees.

The hotel is OK, I wont be back. The WiFi come up on my computer saying it is a high risk and would not connect. The Bretro is closed. No coffee except Starbucks for sale. Look at the Expres next door a full breakfast with coffee. And if the copout is CV19, then how do they do it next door? I think it is about $$$. Take care,

Excellent location off I-75 halve way between Ontario Canada and Florida. Our go-to Hotel when traveling south. The only Hotel in the area which provides Charging capabilities for Electric Vehicles. For now only Level 1 Capabilities when bringing your own Charger. Hope to see them upgrade to a Level 2 Charger on the ChargePont Network for any EV to charge overnight including Tesla’s. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. 10/10 for our stay.

Because our visit was mid virus we took extra precautions. Even though we were given a letter setting out the sterile approach allegedly taken by suite change staff. We Lysol sprayed sheet down, used our own pillows and blanket. We wanted to be extra careful. Hope alll will do the same.

Our room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The bathroom had one of the nicest showers Ive seen in a hotel, which was also clean. We did have an issue with the plumbing first thing one morning, however, the front desk sent someone to fix it within five minutes. Id definitely stay here again in the future.

Positive: It was very clean which is important duding this time of COVID-19 pandemic. Negative: Only one staff member at the desk which caused problems when multiple people in the lobby. There isn’t room to social distance. Plus, tiny elevator and no one to enforce social distancing caused guests to start arguing amongst themselves.

Warm hospitality and care free

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and fresh. Also, we forgot the clothes that we had hanging in the closet. They sent them to us, and we had them 5 days later. I cannot say enough about how lovely this place is!

We stayed one night while driving to Florida. It was very clean. The shower had nice little details- a shelf and bench! The room was big and very comfortable. We will stay again on future trips.

All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I had to make a last minute reservation (checked in less than half an hour later) and the staff were wonderful accommodating me and then my room change request (unexpected other guests with me) plus hooking me up with blankets, soaps, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels without an extra thought. Staying overnight in another state when you thought youd be in your own bed that night can be stressful and they made it all much more bearable!

Its a clean hotel and the staff is mostly very helpful and nice. The pool is a bit small and there is no Jacuzzi but the kids enjoy swimming and playing here. There is a lovely little courtyard in the back with a fire pit which I love.

Everything about my stay was 10 plus stars. I think it was the staff and their genuine concern that my stay was nothing but the best. The Lobby and Bistro was a great and inviting place to unwind after work and yet efficient in the morning to have breakfast and head out!The exercise room had up to date state of the art equipment and was so clean. Overall everything was fantastic!

Everyone was more than happy to help in every way possible from early morning breakfast to after dinner time. The bartender was and is the best host. Not only could he always mix the perfect drink, but he would always make me the perfect snack. This guy is the best:)

The front desk was very concerned they would not get to finish their conversation when I checked in. I am Gold status, asked for one bottle of water and was told it would be charged to the room. The coffee maker did not work for plain hot water for herb tea and the lobby starbucks wanted me to pay for an entire beverage for hot water. The maid service sure makes this motel shine! Rooms were exceptionally clean, bedding crisp, towels plentiful and nice. Most places overdue Febreeze and I sneeze all night. This was was fine and I slept great!

In being a chain of Marriott one would figure a hotel would accommodate and try to make their guests feel welcomed. After flying in to Atlanta (delayed flight) and shuttle ride to Dalton, we felt as if it was a bother a nuisance to have us check in with the front desk clerk. We have received better customer service from low rate motels.

The staff was great. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We are going to stay at the Courtyard from now on. Ive stayed at several of the other hotels, the Courtyard is the best in Dalton!

Great breakfast, room and customer service! It didnt hurt one bit to receive the last room of the night from a long Spring Break travel from Orlando! There were no rooms available at any hotel for miles! The young man who checked us in was friendly and welcoming! He even recommended places to eat! The room was nice and cozy and the beds were like pillows!

Booked a room for my family of 4 and once we checked in we were given a king bed with a single sofa pull out. We went to the front desk for help where we were told that the hotel was sold out for the weekend and when we asked what we were to do the worker just shrugged her shoulders. We had to go and buy a blow up mattress for our 12 year old son to sleep on for the weekend.

My stay at the Dalton, Georgia Marriott Courtyard was as good as one could expect! Convenient location, parking, facility, AND STAFF!!Room was great as well!I would highly recommend staying at this motel!

Was in town for a funeral but this place was gorgeous and relaxing. We only stay over night but will be a location we will return to. The grounds work is very nice. The bedroom was in a contemporary style and the beds was so comfortable. It has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and much more. Its right next to everything and right off the interstate. Have fun!

Nice clean rooms. Balcony rooms are a plus, very good sized. The best is the fire pit in the courtyard, really nice setting. Only thing I disliked is for the price of a night stay it should at least include complementary breakfast. Overall nice clean comfortable hotel.

Great hotel for the price. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice bed. Not all rooms have balconys so ask if you want one. Nice small bar and bistro in the lobby. Indoor pool with hot tube and outdoor fire pit I found the morning of checkout. Slow elevator was the only negative I can think of.

Service by front desk was very good. But as Courtyards only seem to have a you pay bistro now I reduce the service rating. A little upset they the do not even have coffee. Room was clean. Heard a lot of noise/sound coming through the door between rooms.

We had a wonderful stay. I have a bad back -- and had no pain after several nights there. The staff were welcoming, warm, and professional. They helped us with whatever was needed. We were able to make ourselves at home. Everyone at our family reunion who stayed there were impressed!

The staff was courteous, and professional. The redesigned fitness center was great. The room was clean and ready when I arrived.

The hotel is clean and the staff is fine but, if you are looking to relax in the hot tub look elsewhere. They filled it in and it no longer exists. The pool was closed for repair and expected repairs were to be done by June 1st. They will still charge you full price even though the amenities either dont exist or are down for repair. If you want a clean place to lay your head and maybe get a drink then this place is for you.

My son and I stay at the Dalton location for a soccer tournament. We were pleasantly surprise how modern the lobby was when you enter the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed the convenience of Starbucks in the lobby. There are several restaurants near the hotel that you can easily pick up food. The staff was very pleasant. The front desk clerk named Will was very courteous and helpful. Overall I had a pleasant stay and I would stay at this location again.

This is my preferred place to stay in Dalton. The decor is fresh, the rooms are always spotless and the service is friendly and professional. It is always a bonus to have a fresh-made dining option at the hotel bar / restaurant. The cooked to order breakfast dishes are a great way to start the day. Business traveler friendly, family friendly and a great location for a safe and scenic morning jog.

Older property that has been renovated. I would stay here again since it has been renovated. Bathroom/shower nice. Service good. Convenient to restaurants/gas. Only gripe is that I used a rewards certificate for a free stay but was charged a $5 convenience fee upon check in. Not sure what a convenience fee is but I was under the impression a rewards certificate did not have hidden charges. This was not disclosed to me until I checked in to the property.

We stayed here while visiting Chattanooga as the Courtyard downtown was booked. But we were quite pleasantly surprised. The hotel is recently renovated and very nice. The rooms are clean and well appointed (the common areas are immaculate as well). The beds are very comfy! And the staff is just top notch!!! They are incredibly helpful and very attentive. One of my best Courtyard experiences! Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to the room, from the lovely smell to the modern furniture. The furniture and bedding were updated and looked great! The bathroom was clean, which is always the first place I check. I didnt use any amenities such as the pool, media, or food areas. Staff was friendly. Location is just off interstate exit, which is convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. Highly recommend.

Courtyard at Dalton is the best option in Dalton area. It’s updated gym and lobby adds more value to your stay. I cannot thank enough for the best service offered by its exceptional staff team.

Many needs met by the staff as we were in and out often and there for 5 days. Upon check in we were to get an room with a King size bed and it ws cancelled by another employee that am ... so we had to do a double and move the next day to a king size bed room... they moved us but it was a little bit of a pain... some associate cancelled our king room and there were none until thenest day for us so we took the double--kind of a pain but at least the staff moved us.

We have stayed here many years and everyone that has ever worked at this hotel has been very helpful. The remodeled rooms are very nice. Hotel has always been very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and will continue to stay here when we come for our senior women’s softball tournament.

Very heavy traffic caused us to arrive 2 hours late and very tired. This left no time for anything other than a good night’s sleep. Everything was clean and comfortable and the check in and out was pleasant.

I stayed 3 nights at the Marriott and it was one of the best Marriotts that I have stayed at. It is very modern and very clean. I loved the modern décor and walk in showers. So much better than bathtubs. Really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend it to anyone that is visiting the Dalton area.

My sister and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Dalton. I spoke with the operator to get reservations. She was wonderful and very helpful. The check in was quick. The clerk was very helpful, friendly, and accurate. The room was perfect. There was a beautiful couch. A great touch was the television in front of the couch which could rotate toward the bed. The bathroom was beautiful and a lovely shower. I would like that shower at home. Overall, my stay was wonderful and the room was fantastic. There was a restaurant in the lobby with a lounge and TV. All kind of things for sale that you might need. I would say that it was a wonderful experience that anyone would love.
