Mack was (and always is) very helpful to me anytime I need anything electrical. Theres a couple more employees that are helpful too. Theres a few others that Ive had direct contact with that act like they have better things to do when I ask them about the location of products in the store. The store is local for me and convenient but it lacks what the Chattanooga store has for employee to customer engagement.

Warning ⚠️ do not buy anything or do business with Lowes. In short they will never honor their contract on anything you purchase from them. Customer service is the worst. If you dont believe me look up their headquarters online and see for yourself. Its a sad day when the manufacturer of an appliance tells you not to purchase their products at Lowes. They did tell us where to purchase them. Very useful information.

I visited the garden center on this visit. I found fair and competitve prices. Excellant selection of flowers, as well as all the tools and necesaary items needed for planting them. Unfortunately the one staff member l spoke with in the garden department lacked knowledge in helping me with growing live plants. But someone there obviously knew because the plants were lush and thriving.

My wife went down to the garden department and had a wonderful experience!The real issue with Lowes of Dalton is customer care. I have complained to management several times. It has been really hard to find an associate willing to help. They make eye contact and keep on walking and talking right past you. They are all too busy working to deal with customers.However, lately that has not been the case. I want to brag on Davis in the appliances. He really went the extra mile for us to help us find the right appliances at a price we could afford. Give Davis a raise (and no I am not related and never met him before last night). Way to go Davis!!

We had trouble trying to determine ONLINE (and on the phone) the date our order was to arrive. Nobody seemed to want to take the time to help as I was transferred to 6 different “experts” with still no help. We went to the Dalton store where Hannah in customer service took the time to find what we needed. She was so sweet and helpful to us. I don’t know her last name, but she is definitely an asset to the Dalton Lowe’s!!

Has ahhhhhh I love the best part about the car whenever you thank me so I know that I have to do this.

I think Zach was the bug man who helped us(all in camo lowes uniform) hebwas amazing. We had queations in several departments and he helped us with everythibg

This store is so unorganized. I couldnt find anything I was looking for and was pointed into all kinds of directions. Employees act like you are bothering them by asking them where things are. I asked 3 employees. Two just stood there and glared at me and one tried to help. Unfortunately, he didnt even know where things were in the store. Prefer Home Depot. They wont just tell you maybe its on 5. They will literally walk you to where you need to be and are usually friendly. Lowes is a waste of time.

We contacted them for a roof work and they took two months and did a terrible job., My husband took pictures and videos of all the bad work they did. They left nails all around the house etc. Back then were asked for different contractors and Lowes didnt change them or respond for any oof their bad work We went to arbitration and they had a very experienced lawyer and we didnt have a lawyer. Of course we lost and Lowes didnt compensate us for anything. We had lits of proof and they just didnt care. Never use Lowes services for any kind of job in your house

Malissa from Kitchen cabinets she is awesome, she was very nice and helpful in possibly way. Our kitchen cabinets such as color, design, layout, etc. Came out awesome, she was so patience with us. The counter tops company on the other hand they were not nice, never returned my calls to at least give me an update. So if you are thinking of remodeling your kitchen make sure you have somewhere to go because they will take forever to get the counter tops install. Im not sure if they took longer due to covid but they were not nice to give any updates. For flooring, Arthur was awesome as well! he was answering all my questions I had regarding flooring. He was nice and professional.

Went to get a tool box and some tools. They had to get it from another area, then stopped to talk to a fellow associate, when I have been waiting for that item. To me that is unprofessional.

I had the best service by a young man in appliances, Arturo G. when we to buy a washer. He was polite and very patient with my husband I. Another great thing about this young man is that he is bilingual and was able to answer my husbands questions. I liked that he smiled and made you feel like there was not hurry to pick something. So when it was time to buy a new dishwasher, I called ahead to make sure Arturo was working, I did not want to deal with anyone else.

Lowes was good! I was startled by the breathtaking hyperinflation, though. Fifty foot roll of fencing not 70 dollars anymore. Now 118!

Quick, helpful and had what we needed

Lowes is the only place that I will shop at for building supplies, repair needs and new appliances because the respect Veterans by giving Vets a 10% discount every day on every item and purchase unlike Home Depot that refuses to give Vets the 10% discount, they only give it on one day in the whole year and thats on Veterans Day, Home Depot does not respect or like Veterans and I hope all Veterans will not like Home Depot and will never buy anything from them.

Once again I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The building was clean and so was the parking lot. Team member was able to answer my questions and then suggested what it would take to fix my problem.

Lowes is always a great place to shop. Sometimes their prices are a little higher, but they usually have a better selection of whatever I need, than other similar stores.

Went into Lowes Saturday looking for appliances. Floor person was on the phone for of the time I was there. Couldnt get anyone assistance to buy appliances. Lost a sell of 900.00.

Its Lowes, what else is too be said. They always have what Im going for, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Lowes is my go to home improvement store. My ac went out and had to have parts ordered. I went in to get a couple of portable ac units. It was like they knew and had an end cap full of the units I wanted. Quick in and out. They also give a veteran discount which saved me 10% on this purchase. Just another plus.

I got everything I need for my landscaping project and some flowers was discounted which is a plus.

Big selection. Clean store.. Prices could be better, but thats everywhere now

Incredibly helpful people even though they were very busy.

Chris in lawn and garden knows his stuff. He put oil and gas in the lawn mower and let us crank it up before purchasing it. He checked that mower top to bottom. Thats a lot of money to spend on a purchase. The extra attention was reassuring.

Always have everything I need.

We shop here at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience. The workers are real helpful - especially the cashiers. They always go out of their way to be friendly. Its way better than Home Depot.

I ordered over $8,000 of cabinets and countertops more than a month ago. I paid $5,000 for the cabinets. 4or 5 weeks ago I recieved a call telling me the cabinets where ready to pick up. I reminded the Lowes employee I was still installing floors for a couple more weeks at this same jobsite. This morning I called at 8:30 to see if I could pick up the cabinets. I was told they would get them ready. I got the big van and big trailer and came to Lowes at 11am they were not ready I was told 30m I waited till 12. I was told again they werent ready. It is now 12:45 I have an our drive to the jobsite a crew waiting. I have missed a half day of work. And there is apart missing they say never came in.

Just left lowes in Dalton. Ready to buy a refrigerator. Miss smarty pants continued to tell me that 36 is the common size. I said I need a 31. She said well 36 is the common size. I said I dont care. I have a 31 and need a 31. She kept looking at her phone- computer and would not help usFirst time ever could not get help at Lowes.

Good experience

Stopped in this morning to pick up a few things in the plumbing department. The workers were grouped together, and not wanting to be bothered that you needed help. We went to three different people before we finally got the help we needed. The workers were rude, and in helpful until we finally got John to come and help us. He was the only friendly one out of all of them.

Needed a dedo plate for my table saw couldnt get no help I will order one from the internet!!!
