Receptionist are extremely rude and hateful. I called last friday Aug 6, to reschedule my daughters appointment because she woke up with a fever. The lady had a problem with us rescheduling and with a hateful tone told she cant do anything because their systems was down,but i should just come in anyway. I told her no, i would rather reschedule. She told me she would have to call me back later and hung up immediately before i could respond. Well i never got that call, so i tried calling them tuesday all day and never got a answer. I called today August 13 trying to schedule a appointment and a different lady answer but she was just as rude as the first one. Im not sure we will even make it to the first appointment . If their receptionist are rude how nice can the rest of the staff be.

Looper has helped my family in so many positive ways! My son at the age of 2 still could not talk at all. Our pediatrician referred us to Looper Speech & Hearing Center. With their help he learned how to make sounds and learn how to talk! My youngest son had Audio Processing Disorder, and Looper, has helped him in from special devices that helped to amplify the sound in the one ear, to learning how to cope with it, that at 10 years old, he had learned how to deal with this issue. I have some hearing loss and need hearing aids in both ears, and Looper helped me with that as well! If I have a problem with my hearing aids, they are quick to try and solve the issue, and if they cant, then they give me loner aids while mine are being repaired! The office is very clean, the staff is ALL friendly and welcoming, and the center is great with working out payment plans as well! This is the best Speech and Hearing Center, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!
