My experience wasnt good at all. Thank goodness I was trying to play bail for someone who wasnt gonna be eligible to bond out for another 8 days. I went to the office of A-1 Bonding and no one was there which wouldnt have been a problem if I could have got someone by calling the phone number left on the door. I called several times and kept getting a recording telling me youve reached a non working number. I even got someone else to dial the number to make sure it wasnt just me. After failing to reach anyone in person or by phone I sent a email through Facebook Messenger requesting a call. I then went to Express Bail Bonding where no one was there either but the big difference was, when I called the number on the door someone actually answered and immediately (about 8 mins) met me at the office. Exactly 4 hours after I tried to contact A-1 Bonding I actually got a call back but by then I had already gave my money and my business to Express. Im not sure why no one was in the office at A-1 or why their phone number would not work or why it took 4 hrs to get a return call and there may have been a very good reason but if there was it still looks like you should be able to get in touch with some kind of contact person at all times. I would recommend shipping A-1 and calling Express Bail Bond if you want someone out quickly.

Very friendly staff. They answer any concerns and questions we have needed to ask. They explain everything to a tee with the bond conditions and what’s expected. They are an awesome bonding company.

I had the opportunity to help a friend out during tough times a year back and I was referred to this company and walking in the doors it was stress free under a stressful situation and somehow they made it quick and easy to help me help my friend ! Then now I was in the chair of needing help and they quickly took ahold of the situation and helped me with ease ! Dishonest and uncaring. They straight up lie, deceive and give unsound advice and tell you the exact opposite of what you actually need to do. They take advantage of naive people who have never been in such a vulnerable place before and have no idea how the system works. I would not recommend them to anyone! Do NOT let their convenient location fool you! Go anywhere else should you unfortunately ever have the need for a bondsman!

This place is awesome! Made things easy for us. Took care of my step son and didnt charge us a lot of money. I highly recommend them every single time.

Dependable. Helping you with every aspect of you situation. A1 talked to a third party that lives in Texas. Got me and my girlfriend released from the county jail. Gave us a ride to where our car had been impounded helped load our belongings. After that they took us to Walmart to pick up some money then to a hotel.
