We called AAA because we had a flat in the area and they connected us to Parrish. The tow truck driver came out and told us he would tow us all the way to Tennessee. He said they just needed a receipt to confirm on AAAs end and they would be back to pick us up and tow. Well about 4 hours passed on the side of the interstate and no answer from Parrish when we try to contact them. So eventually we just had a police officer recommend another company in the area and they took us to the nearest hotel. Very unprofessional and the first time Ive ever had an issue like this with any towing company. I will never use their company and I advise you take what they say with a grain of salt.

As a business I would avoid this company at all cost. I used them to move a forklift. They were high but not astronomical. I tried again then following week with a box truck stuck in rut off side of our parking lot (truck had no traction in mud). We are less than 3 miles from them and did not ask for cost to pull the truck out (my bad). We called other companies to do the job but decided because Parrish was so close to our location, we would use them. They charge us 3 time everyone elses quote. $275 to pull the truck into our parking lot. About a 4-foot move with easy access. Always ask for quote, dont assume and avoid this one like the plague.

I now have a good working truck because of them. Nothing better then being a long haul truck driver and having peace of mind On the road because your equipment is in good working order. They treat you like family there & the owners son is a very hard working young man. Will be coming here for any future needs. Thanks guys !

Had a vehicle I needed moved for one location to another called requested a rollback and with in the hour they showed up and hauled vehicle to new home good quick service

Semi with trailer broke down on the freeway exit and was blocking traffic & they showed up quick, hooked up and took me, my husband and daughter back to the shop. They were able to replace the drive shaft and get us back rolling. Not only did they fix that issue but also found and repaired our levering valve which was causing us other problems essentially left the shop with a better working truck then we had before. All mechanics were very polite and made us feel welcomed. The owners son goes above and beyond, there’s no other shop like that one! Great place to get a tow or get your semi worked on.

Not from the area, our daughter was stranded in Dalton when her car would not start. We call them to pick up her car. When they got there, they helped her investigate the issue and get her going again and didn’t even charge her. This quality service with good Will is hard to find these day. Locked keys in car at theater 🎥. AAA sent them. I called to request a txt when they arrived because I was watching movie 🎥. From time I called AAA til driver left theater after service was less than an hour

This place will catch you over a barrel and take advantage of you. I needed a jump and they said it would be $75! To beat it all, I was in their own parking lot.

These guys are a bunch of high way robbers, we agreed on one price for them to tow a semi trailer, after they finished with towing they asked for more than double the price, when I refused to pay they threatened to take my trailer hostage until payments were made. Avoid this service at all costs!!!! Shame on you!!

For everyone on here complaining maybe you should do some research before calling for a tow or any service for that matter. Yes there will be a charge for them coming out period. No it is not cheap! There are many different factors that go into the price you are charged. This is a well established company if they didnt charge the prices they charge they would go under. It cost a lot of money to keep those trucks up and running and to pay the employees. So if you are complaining then you are probably one of those people who are always wanting something for free. A company can not survive by giving handouts. I know the people who own and run this business personally! They are very professional and all around good people. If you have encountered someone being rude to you then guaranteed you were rude first. They are professional but they also are not going to take any crap from anyone. You give respect you get respect! If you are rude you will get rude right back at you. So if you were not happy with your experience maybe you should check yourself first before leaving a bad review on the company.

Im a cdl driver myself and was just ran off road by one of their drivers he was on cell phone and maybe even under influence due to his erratic driving! The truck #s were 813 and also # 102457 and trailer # 379849 not saying all drivers are this way but dont need to be on cell phone and driving obnoxiously.. it could really injure or kill someone just give me some time and Ill have it on YouTube it was on hwy 24 west around exit 74b at about 2:20 pm and when i call compaby it is alwats busy cant get through to anyone on phone!

I needed to change a turbo on my truck, i made some calls, but it was saturday and most of the shops were closed, one of the shop guys told me that the Parrish shop works on saturdays but they have bad reputation, i called the shop and was given an estimate for the turbo replace labor 800$, but when the guy came he increased the rate up to 1600$, when i asked the reason he just told that`s the rate, if you don`t want it, pay 190$ because i came and looked at your truck so i just paid him 190$ and he left. He gave a wrong estimate, came, increased his rate, and just charge 190$ for service call . Bad experience.

Rudest people I have ever encountered! The manager Patrick is very unprofessional and a crook. One of his drivers hit my car at a red right and I have had the hardest time getting them to cover the damages. If I were you, Id take my business elsewhere. These people can not be trusted.

Took advantage of my situation because I was out of town and stranded, charged me $141.75 to tow me 11 miles. Shame! If you have another option I would highly suggest using someone else.
