Huge 40 year old ash tree in the front, killed by the hard freeze two months ago. Hector responded to my project within 30 minutes posting the need on home advisor- was at my home the same day (in pouring rain) to assess our need. His estimate that he gave was the price we paid. 4 foot diameter stump ground down from a tree that was towering 3 times the height of our home. Their whole crew was respectful and courteous, Done the same day as promised, and followed up the next day with some remaining work as needed to complete the work order. Completely satisfied. United Tree Service was very responsive after lightning struck down a tree in our front yard. They clearly explained the process and was very knowledgeable and shared insight that I didnt receive from other companies. Hector and his team are also easy to work with!I would use them again if and when the need arrises.

We had high hopes for this company. They were very eager to start working. However we were incredibly disappointed. After the first day and only day of the job we had to clean up all their water/powered bottles. Including one left on the roof. They started on a Wed informed us they would return on Friday morning to continue. We understood. Friday came and nothing. No one came and not one called. We didnt receive a call until way later that afternoon. Hector explained that his child was sick. We understood but had started to loose our patience. He said they would be back Saturday morning. And again, no one came and no phone call phone call. We decided we were done. He also could not produce a proper invoice for the work or a legitimate method to pay for the service that was provided. Our options were cash or cash app or check made directly to him not the company. Never have I had issue trying to pay someone for service. This was all strange and stressful. We had to hire someone else to finish the job and ended up paying more than we would have originally with a different company. Caution when considering this business.

Three guys came with truck, large trailer and appropriate equipment. Hard working, professional, and finished taking the top off a large tree in about 4 hours, cleanup included. They even cut some logs for firewood.

Hector and his crew are very professional and neat about their work. And pleasant!I’m pleased with the work they did today and definitely admire how fearless the man who did the climbing was. All around good job and I definitely recommend UnitedDone just in time for swimming pool weather. Now I don’t need to worry about getting clouted in the head with a branch while I’m in the pool

No expensive bells and whistles here! I had a 40-50 year old pecan tree that expanded over my neighbors and my electrical service drops. Other companies wouldnt take it because theres no alley access to get a lift in, or they just didnt want the hassle. And the ones that did quote where outrageous. United Tree Service was fair priced and able to do it on a weekend for me. Their Tree Climber was always safe and did an awesome job! I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone. GREAT JOB!!!

Hector and his team were great to work with. They removed 8 trees and removed limbs from 14 trees, and then cleaned up our other trees. He and his team were professional, courteous, and timely. I appreciated his recommendations, good communication, and the way they cleaned up everything afterwards. We had a great experience and really appreciated what they did for our yard. Superior tree service! I was provided an assessment and description of what exactly needed to be done to properly trim my trees. Wasnt really aware that theres a right way and a wrong way so I appreciated that. United Tree Service also used clean blades explaining that going from one tree to another, especially after working on a diseased tree from a previous client, can transfer that disease onto YOUR healthy trees - never even thought of that and apparently its done frequently enough by other services. Struck up great conversation and knew I could be confident with what was being done. I especially like how well they cleaned up my yard leaving everything beautiful after the job was complete. Very friendly, very reliable, very knowledgable, and economical too! Were all busy people. I like knowing exactly who to call for what and not waste time. I had a tree that was ready to come down. No way to save it. Unfortunately, it was too tall for me to tackle the project so the smart thing to do was hire a professional. Not having had a tree removed before, I was not sure who to contact. I gave Angi a try and came up with this company. They came in, did an assessment, and gave me a fair price. Once we both agreed to the terms, they came in and got to work. They took care not to damage my lawn and did a great job removing the tree, clean up, and grinding the stump to dust. If I ever need this service again, or just get my treed trimmed then Ill definitely go with this group!
