I’ve used Rons towing twice now and both times were great! I would rather have not met Isaac by having both of my trucks explode but unfortunately I do not have the greatest choice in daily’s. Isaac took care of me both times and even offered advise! Best driver I’ve had for a tow service since I’ve been driving!

My car broke down at work around 5am in the morning, called Ron’s Towing and staff was patient and very professional, driver Mr. Fabian was able to come in less than an hour…service was fast, professional and price is reasonable, cheaper than other places!! Highly recommended!!

Needed a 8:30 am tow on a Thursday for a mechanically broken vehicle it was going only 10.2 miles according to google maps online and they quoted me $395.25 I hope NO ONE ever pays these high inflated prices and shops around. There is no reason that could be given for such pricing ever.

They were super friendly and fast. And I was not expecting the driver to be cool with my dog in his truck, I was expecting to have to get an Uber to take us to the shop. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I need a tow, they will be who I call.

Rons is awesome! I got a flat late last night and called early this morning to get a tow truck. They said they could have one to me by 8, and they were actually 15 minutes early! They also gave me a ride to the service center when I was fully expecting to take an Uber. The driver was very friendly and took great car of my car while loading/unloading. Would recommend to anyone!

Came home from work at 3am in the morning and my CV joint gave out downtown and this happened. Called several different places....no answer. I found this place. I will have to admit...the lady seemed very nice and they came as promised. I hope I never have to call a tow truck again but if I need one, I know who to call!

I had to get my car towed to the dealership because I lost my key. I was crunching time because I needed to get to the dealership by 7pm and it was already a little before 6pm when I called. They were the closest to me and said they would arrive within 25 mins. Ozzy had a sense of urgency for me and I really appreciate it. He got me there safely and 10mins before 7pm allowing to get my key. Really friendly and great guy. I’d hang out with him just to do tows. He kept me laughing throughout a stressful situation.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company I had a blow out in Dallas and was absolutely terrified and stuck on the side of the road all alone John pulled over and helped and I ended up having him tow me about 20 minutes away he was so professional and let me sit in the warm truck because I had been stuck for a few hours in the cold. Driver showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional. We helped as much as we could but he had it handled very well. He even apologized for my situation which I thought was very caring. We followed him to the drop off point and he was a very safe driver. I will be using and recommending to all of my friends and family. Absolutely outstanding!

I had a blow out in Dallas which I am not from and called several places that had mediocre customer service and just didn’t feel like that cared BUT I called Ron’s towing and BRITTANY. Answered my call and gave the best customer service I had the entire night after spending hours on the phone calling towing companies and she gave me a better price than all the others and even had a better ETA and told me she would try to get someone to me sooner than the original ETA and assured me everything would be fine and I AM 1000% satisfied with RONS TOWING.

Took three hours for a truck to arrive, when I was initially told 30-40 minutes. Everytime I called in, I got the same truck is on its way with another 30-40 minutes. Just under three hours after the initial call, a truck shows up. I shouldve cancelled it and went with another tow company, but Rons made me pay in advance over the phone before dispatching this ghost truck. One star because the driver that actually showed up was nice and professional. Cant recommend to anyone.

2.3 hours from home in a overheated and broken down car. Headed to the airport for a 1730 check in. Worst case scenario for girl stranded on Ambassador & Mockingbird area! LOL Called Rons Towing, very courteous and kind! Oh and it was in Horrible 5:00 traffic. Hour or longer for tow truck to arrive!! To my amazement 20 mins later he had arrived! Professional, kind and all around awesome! Within minutes I was dropped off at my hotel and car was delivered to the mechanic. I cant say enough! Highly recommend if you are ever in need of a tow!! What could have been a very horrible situation became a breeze! Thank you! :) 5 stars!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced! Told me it would be1.5 hours and after waiting 3.5 hours they called to say it would be another 30 minutes and then jacked the price by $100. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I think 5 stars is correct for Rons, but saying Loved it does not seem right for being towed. LOL. I use Rons to flatbed my classic cars during the restoration processes when they have to go to the paint or upholstery shop. Some of the drivers I have seen multiple times and they are always courteous and professional. Rons is the only service I use.

Had the best experience with this company, I see no reason to use any other company. I really had an amazing time. Do youre self a favor and call them trust me call them. Im just some guy who had a flat, didnt have the tools to change out the tire (dont ever take out of the car the key to youre anti theft lugs) for a flat so I called them and couldnt be happier that I did. I am compelled to share the details of of the incredible experience that my wife and I had with Rons Towing (especially Ralph, the driver who took excellent care of us). My wife has a career in nursing drives home from work between 1 and 2 A.M. daily. A couple nights ago, while driving home from work, her car lost power and died and would not restart. Now I already hate the fact that she has to be out driving at that time in the morning but for her to be broke down on the shoulder of I30 inWest Dallas really had me upset and worried.I googled wrecker services in Dallas where I came upon Abbeys so I called them and set up a tow. At that point I was pleased because they gave me an ETA of 30 mins. Well 2 hours passed but Abbeys never sent a tow truck. After a while a Dallas County Sherriff deputy shows up in an effort to help my wife get safely off of the freeway. The sheriffs office calls Rons and a Rons driver shows up in 15 mins. This man, according to my wife, was one of the most professional and cordial people she had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This gentleman promptly and safely got our car and my wife off of the freeway and to our home.The man who happened to be driving wrecker number 84 (the numbers were clearly visible on truck but we now know this driver as Ralph)is not a driver simply for a paycheck. It was evident that he operates a tow truck as a means to serve his community. My beloved wife was in great hands and for that I am so thankful. Justin C.

I can actually say Ive awaited to come in contact with Ron the owner but Everytime I call I come across the receptionist who isnt helpful at all my truck has been in the impound awaiting for them to pick it up for a damage they made to it and its been sitting there for over a month without being able to be moved I honestly dont know what else to do about this.
