Our car broke down at 175 and 635 on the way to Athens. Frank showed up within 25 minutes of the call. Loaded our car. Dropped it at our house in Lewisville. We were expecting a HUGE bill to tow so far, but we were pleasantly surprised. The cost was 1/3 of what we anticipated. An added plus was Frank was a genuinely nice guy!! We enjoyed the conversation with him on the way home in between the numerous calls he was getting for tow services. I would definitely recommend FRANKS TOWING!!

Best towing service!! It was my first time experience and he was very friendly. We didnt get his name but he sure got my white malibu safe to home.. 😁😁👍

Been waiting for over 2 hours for service. I had to check with them after the supposedly hour & a half wait. At first that was understandable due to the rainy weather. Well thats been cleared up. A total waste of a day when I have other things to do. Thanks for nothing.

Would give no stars if it was available to write a review. Woman answers with an attitude like I’ve done something wrong by calling the business to GIVE them business and starts on a gossip trip asking me “oh did you get your car towed because you didn’t want to pay it”No you disrespectful woman. I’m having my vehicle worked on after a wreck and it needs things done. But that is none of your business and unprofessional. Should remember there are many types of people in this world and picking up the phone at a business giving attitude and everything can pull a lot of different reactions.

Franks business is very business like. And many times me or others I know use his hands and trucks on our trucks. Yes I highly recommend a person to use them. Prices are very fair and he puts pride in his business.

These guys were awesome. I believe I talked with the owner who helped me out of a tight spot, was very friendly and helpful, even when he had 2 trucks down he was willing to work with me, and at a price I couldnt hardly beat. Thanks guys, and I will recommend them to anyone I know.

This company is amazing!! They get confused alot with Franks towing but they are NOT affiliated what so ever!!! Franks wrecker service is there for whatever your towing needs may be.

Booked a scheduled tow with Franks last night for today at 3:00pm. Called at 2:00pm to confirm. I was told to call another company because they got busy... no one called to let me know the wouldnt make it. For being proactive and scheduling a day in advance they didt even have the decency to let me know I was s#@t out of luck.really bad experience

Just had my vehicle towed due to a blowout and not being able to pry the blown out tire loose. The person who picked up the phone was very professional and well-spoken. They charged me only $85 for everything. I made sure to tip the driver for bringing me water :).
