For the 2nd time this week!!! Will tow your car even if your registered on the dumb website. Parked in the visitors on top on that. Also car was washed the day it got towed it was in there less than 12 hours and had sticky stuff running down my windows like someone had there drink on top and spilt it. Hope they like being a trash company in the middle of a trashy place with a trashy lot. Total trash the lot of them and the first time it got it back there where scratches on it and my back fender was popping off. Never been in an accident in this car.

I wish there was an option to give NO STARS. I live in an apartment complex where I pay for a parking space. I have been instructed to call this company to tow unauthorized cars out of said space should someone park there. I pay for a space because there is not much parking and because I get home in the middle of the night, after most (usually ALL) other spaces are full. I have called this company MANY times and no one ever comes out. When I complained that no one came out this morning (I called 5 HOURS AGO at 2am) to tow a vehicle out of my reserved space and asked for a manager, I was told by the woman on the phone that she wasnt going to send anyone out because I was understandably frustrated and asked why it takes 5 HOURS for a tow truck to arrive... she then hung up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE. This company is a joke. I will be making a complaint with my apartment complex management company today.

Horrible Horrible, I bought 2 cars with bad head gasket engines that they cleaned up and made a running video of the bad cars and fooled me out of $2100. I sold them to the wrecking yard for 350 for both and loss big time.

This so called business needs to be shut down first my car gets towed after the people that own the apartment complex told them my car was not to be touched because the man that previously attempted to tow it backed it in the parking space when it’s supposed to be head in we called up there to see why they towed it and for my car to be towed back the lady that answered the phone was completely rude and hung up four times then I stopped calling so today Jan,28,2021 we went to the “towing company” we paid 120$ for us to get literally around the corner for the wheel to come off part of the wheel is under the car the man that previously towed the car was caught trying to break the widow on the drivers side causing it to loose track when we picked the car up tonight we saw dents on the car that wasn’t there before the back door looked like someone got in the car in the laid down in the seat and kicked the door and my windshield is cracked.

My Car was unlawfully towed. It is a rental car and my apartment complex said it would not get towed. The guy who answers the phone would not answer my questions and hung up on me.

Not only did they enter my LOCKED car illegally, they left a large amount of damage doing so. Called the company to ask for a supervisor or someone who could explain why they entered my vehicle and was told they have no one that could answer that question. Fraudulent company, should be shut down.

They really just towed my car with checking with the front office or anything and any place that comes creeping around at midnight to take a car is shady af. After reading most other comments I understand why there so desperately try to squeeze any drop of cash out of peoples pockets. Simply detestable company thats yet somehow still in business.

The lady who answered the phone was awesome. Opposite of what I expected. She could not help me, but was still helpful. They only do private property tows, but I would refer them to any company that needs a tow company.

This is my second time getting my car towed they just want money from people I literally the first time didnt know to much about towing because the apartments I was in was not mine they took my first car at 1 am in morning I found out I then had to go pay 163 to get it out they definitely treat people cars reckless as it had lots of dirt and other stuff whoevers was driving then my second car just got towed the guy really just didnt have anything to do they drive up through here from morning till night until they find someone car that isnt supposed to be here and pick it up they could care less how they handle it but they seen me coming out to.move my car and just hurried to put it on theres and when they seen me running to get it th guy started driving faster and hit my car against the curb as well as when he was turning Im not even sure if he damaged something I called the lady was rude she just kept saying 163.87 to get it after telling her my cat even out tthen h here that long

I wish I would have never used the egotistic driver whom picked my car up from my dealership. He was very rude to me and my service adviser. Drove like a bat out ofhell with vehicle in tow. He was terrible, I would never recommend or use this tow service again! Horrible customer service!!!!

They werent very polite but I guess they dont have to be. They clearly arent used to dealing with people who are friendly on a daily bases. So, I get why they are quick to jump to having an attitude. However, not everyone has an attitude who comes in. I wasnt rude nor was I upset with them. The process is rather a pain. But, I understand theyre just doing their jobs.My takeaways were, the office staff could have been friendlier until given a reason otherwise. After talking with them in person in the office, they were slightly more pleasant.And it did have a bit of an odder in the office as well.The forms of payment they take are not convenient. One small sign said American Express on the right of the window. The bigger sign to the left said Discover card. The biggest sign said they took bebit/credit, cash or money order and a very small sign said they dont have change.Truth was, its Discover card, exact cash (or they keep the change - is that even legal?) or money order.Im assuming the American Express sign was an old sign they havent taken down.But, once you pay, its pretty easy to get your car. Ours was in perfect Condition. They took good care of it. Our car was towed in error. But, it wasnt their error, so I wasnt upset with them.Usually if your car is having to be towed, its never a good reason. Either it was Parked where it shouldnt have been, its being repoed, or its not safe to drive. That is already very stressful.It wouldnt hurt to have someone make you feel a little at ease about the process. Until they pop off with an attitude, you dont have to.

***United Tows, LLC*** has (for the second time in less than a week) towed my car from visitor parking. The first time they say the apartment complex would fix the issue in their app. The complex stated it be up to date until 10/31/20! Even if it wasn’t....It’s before 10pm and I was only running in to pick up my kids. I’m beyond frustrated with them STEALING my car. I’ve filed with BBB (they have a F rating btw) but not only my car they also stole my parents car who ARE RESIDENCES with the excuse that 1 letter was off in the license plate. I don’t understand why any apartment complex would use their services and disrupt the daily lives of their residents and families. Now, my children are missing school and my dream job interview is today. The ratings are there for a reason. BEWARE!!!

Unethical towing practices; towed from visitor spot at a complex without checking with the front office. They drive through the complex on a nightly basis and pick/choose who they feel like towing based on who looks easiest to tow. Ill start by saying I was at fault. I parked in a Reserved spot that I know no one else uses. This was nonetheless a super shady towing experience. Ive lived in the same complex for going on 6 years. Any time the parking lot is full, Ive always parked in the same spot and have NEVER been towed. All of a sudden were quarantined and parking is scarce and I get towed. Not a good look for them or Greysons Gate. I find it funny that they only seem to actively tow during hailstorms and apparently pandemics. Classy, getting people when they know well need to use the spots. Capitalism at its finest. The address listed on here is for an abandoned building. I was only able to get the accurate address from my apartment community. To add a cherry on top, it was towed all the way to freaking Timbucktoo so I had to pay an Uber $40 to get me there. A pretty s****y way to spend $205 on a Monday. If a person is unemployed during this pandemic and trying to survive off this little stimulus check, if you even received one, this is definitely a great way to kick them square in the nutts. Well, yall got me once but you wont get me again.

I visited my friend at her apartments this evening. I sent the information to my friend to register my car with her complex. She registered the car but put that the car was a 2018 model when it’s actually a 2019 model. We couldn’t figure out why it would have been towed and were told at pick up it was because it said the car was made in 2018 instead of 2019 on the parking permit. Only one license plate exists with a certain number letter sequence. Clearly when registering the car this is the car we meant. Additionally I highly doubt they’re running every Vin number of every car they come across. This in itself shows a shady practice with the goal of obtaining money by any means possible. I was trying to get home at 11pm because I have to work tomorrow. It is now 2am and I just got home. I had to go in a shady part of town as a female late at night to pick this vehicle that was towed incorrectly up. They not only wasted my time, essentially stole $300 from me for this tow and put me in danger.. $300 is a very very high rate for having my car for two to three hours. It’s honestly unheard of. Any place that has employees work behind bullet proof mirrored glass with excessive video cameras clearly is running a bottom of the barrel establishment. There is “fair” towing and then there is behavior like I just witnessed that essentially is not legal. This puts them in the category of I stole your car and then extorted money out of you to get it back because they did not follow any guidelines that are legal. I want a refund on what was paid because that is the ONLY fair and just way to handle this situation.

My girlfriend and I went here expecting a pleasant afternoon, but instead of the friendly, welcoming atmosphere weve come to expect from our local predatory towing boutiques we were greeted with the atmosphere of a county jail. They didnt even offer a complementary beverage while the clerk behind the one-way-glass fronted counter totaled up the ill gotten gains! They have illegally towed my vehicle. I played by there rules registered it on the website yet they have randomly decided to tow me... this place is a total fraud. Calling the police to be sure they choose to not allow this company to illegally tow other cars. After further review I am guessing that no one even delmoto aka employee 4234 . He explained there is not a car on the market that needs to be towed down roads with deep potholes.. I think he may need to visit a real tow company.. then again that’s probably why they would never hire him. Just guessing they only caused 4000 in damage to my car for illegally towing it. Hope they have good insurance that allows them to not tow a vehicle according to the manufacturer...

I had a prescription on pick up at cvs, so I walked out outside after parking. Come back in exactly 4 mins for my car to be towed. Sure, its my fault for apparently leaving the lot for 4 mins, but considering I couldnt even talk to the guy before he took away the car (pretty sure I should be able to), we can settle in court later. Also no proof of when/why it was towed or pictures of my car to make sure nothing was damaged were offered.

There is currently construction going on in the apartment complex that I live in so there are pallets of building materials in visitor parking spots and Resident parking spots yet this greedy tow truck company still feels the need to tow cars not caring or even acknowledging the fact that they might be Towing actual resident cars. Ive never lived in a place where you are harassed by a tow truck company before until now.

This place is unethical and should be closed. They are thieves who prey on people. They towed my car from visitors parking while I was visiting my sister as I always do. I always make sure to register the car and take a screenshot as well. They claimed my registration was off this time by one number,even if that is true it’s obvious it was autocorrect and an obvious mistake. Charging me $185 for a car that was so clearly registered is the height of theft. Look at the reviews online,this place is a sham and should be closed down.

Really does feel like a prison has a one way mirror. No one wants to get towed but honestly with a staff that refuses to answer basic questions about pricing or policies can you really expect people not to be even more upset at an already bad situation? If you are a company looking for a towing agency to mange your property. Do NOT use this company. They have a contract with the apartment complex I live in. In have called multiple times to have cars parked in fire lanes, or when people park in assigned spaces. This towing company never responded to these calls. I was told that they had other properties to monitor. When I told them that I would be filing a complaint their response was I know you will.

Driving down Arapaho at night, wet road, towing a white SUV tonight with NO BRAKE lights connected! I almost rammed into the guy! I tried to call.... the ONE time someone answered she put me on hold for 5 minutes. I would not allow someone to tow my car who would fail to connect brake lights. Just saying, not worth the risk!

Deleina is a very rude unprofessional person when asking her questions on how the drivers are aware of cars not having sticker nor being in the visitors she immediately got offensive and rude since the time we had to pick up my vehicle. Also she had to address that issue towards the driver that was towing from my apartments. I believe is a bit unprofessional for her to contact him and for him to try to think that I was complaining about him. I was just asking a question instead I was having some rude person on the other end to the line. I will be complaining to her manager Ashley and expect a call back once I call Monday to complain about her rude staff.

Cleanest and nicest tow yard I have had to deal with, obviously people don’t like to get towed but 99% of the time it is your fault 🤷🏻‍♀️ But even with being towed this is a nice clean yard, not to far like most places and the people were fast and efficient releasing the car!

I wish I could rate this 0. Last night I was coming back from dinner in Katy Ice House and saw that my car was missing. I walked around the small parking lot to find the number and address to this establishment. They towed my car just 10 mins before I got to the parking lot and the lady told me it was going to be 160 dollars. I looked around the parking lot and found all the cars were still there from an hour ago. I lyfted to the complex which was completely dark and once I arrived I was greeted in a container office by a double sided mirror with a lady behind it. I think its pretty sketchy to have a double sided mirror when its towing company and not Dallas County Prison. I saw my receipt and it showed that they towed it from Wells Fargo which is across the street and the parking lot that I was parked in had no sign stating that it was for Wells Fargo parking. This also happened on a Sunday night. I can assume they took my car because of it being a sports car, when I retrieved my car in the back it was the only nice one from the rest of the junkers they towed. This company probably has people staked out around the area and takes cars off looks because they know people will pay to get it out of the janky lot they put them in. Even though the service was better than what I have read, this rating is based off their business integrity which for a towing company is 0.

These people towed my dealerships car while I was having my car serviced in the shop when I parked in the visitors at my apartment complex with MY name on the apartment lease on Martin Luther King day when my office was closed. Therefore I couldnt get a visitors pass and had to run up and write a letter and by the time I come back its already gone, legally they have to give you an hour which they didnt they gave me five minutes and towed it. Then I have to go at 2 oclock in the morning 11 miles away to pick up the vehicle to return in the morning with the nastiest lady there. She charged me for a full day of being parked there when it was only there for 45 minutes $263. This is the lowest thing Ive ever had someone do to me.

Towed my semi truck for parking overnight in a Walmart. These people are thieves and nothing more. They cannot stay in business any other way but to steal it from hard working people and small companies like mine. Why they are not run out of town on a rail is beyond me. Straight up theft is what they did do me. My driver asked Walmart if he could leave the truck there overnight and they said it was ok and tow company towed it anyway because they want to steal peoples money. This company is the lowest of the low on the scumbag scale. They impounded my truck at 1am because they saw $ signs (a $1000 of them ). They cannot make money with a real business so they resort to being scumbags of the highest level. 0 Regard for other people and lacking any moral compass. I wish I could have them arrested and if I find from the security video they actually drove my truck off the lot ( with 4 cars on my carrier) and did not tow it. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Always had me on hold and always rushed me off the phone. My questions was never answered and very unprofessional towing shop. Then I was put on hold and for about 3 mins and the phone had hung up randomly. They need to be shut down.

Auction goers beware. These people are con artists. They will take very good pictures even going as far as to wet the vehicles down before they snap the pictures to cover up paint scratches and clear coat peeling. Funny how you can actually see the water hose in some pictures. They also conveniently leave out simple but immensely helpful information like lots of car parts in trunk or pictures that show any damage. Something fishy is going on with them by the number of BMWs they auction paired with the fact that almost all of them are not running and have parts missing. They know what garbage they are peddling and they are skirting the law with deceptive business practices. Ive been in the auction business for a while and have never seen such slippery low down tactics. Only buy their cars if youre a junk yard.

I had to pay $640 for one day.they took my truck and my trailer that it was attached to my truck. And acording to them they had to used two tow trucks to remove them from walmart. I had park my truck there only for one day. When i call them to check they price. I was told that i had to pay for two day..

At a loss for words here. I was towed from my apartment building in a private parking garage during a work trip because of expired registration? In a PRIVATE garage? Came back my car was gone. They claimed that a warning was given to me - via the windshield of the car that I was not in front of. Neither my building or the company wanted to cave or even offer me a freaking discount. When I got there it felt like a prison, cameras everywhere, mirrored glass so you couldnt even face the person you were talking to - truly disgusting. This place has poor business practices. It’s unethical. Someone described it best w the term ‘predatory.’ My guests car was towed tht was parked in a designated place, with a guest pass. The pass which is poorly made had fallen from the mirror; however it was clearly on the console when we went to pick up the vehicle. They provided pictures of the dash as proof tht they ‘didn’t see it’.’ It was obvious tht he conveniently took photos at angles tht would not include the pass. I’ve seen this tow guy regularly, his routine is walking around cars as he kills his lungs w cigs. He saw the pass on the console of this small vehicle, w no tent, and big windows. o and their.defense was ‘ it’s not our place to dig through ur car” Excuse me lady looking through a window is not digging. It’s your job.Second red flag, by the questions they ask it was obvious their intent was to try and keep the car to generate additional funds. I hate hate hate towing yards in general, but if your gonna get towed..... this place actually makes change and seems secure so nobody can mess with it (bunch of cameras so I figure they can monitor the car they jacked from you pretty well). Towed my car, and left no way for me to find out who had taken my car and where, then when I managed to find someone who knew what happened so I could call the number they listed on their website. The number didn’t work the first time I called. Said “this number is out of service.”These people are just car thieves.

My semi truck was towed out of an no parking zone i went to use restroom and came out my truck was towed. I got my truck back and there were personal items missing out the truck I called the tow company and the supervisor says we dont steal things out of the trucks. So we dont steal and im lieing..

The lady on the phone is very immature & lacks customer service skills. Their are always people parking in resident parking spots( with no apartment sticker) taking up spots for people that pay rent & this company never tows anybody.

Everyone that works here is a nasty slime. Gross customer service and terrible choice of a career path for these disgusting people.

PREDATORY TOWING, I blew out 2 tires bent a Rim on Sunday parked in back of WALMART TIRE CENTER simply needed to get a new rim on following day Monday and as soon as I jacked car up left to go get Rim. They towed it on me illegally. PREDATORY TOWING

I watched them hook up my car and they wouldn’t stop. Then, we’re incredibly rude about everything and “forgot” to give my credit card back. Came back for my credit card and waited 45 minutes before someone helped me.

Got my car towed from the apartment on the day I leased it. I wasnt able to get a parking sign as leasing office is closed on Saturday by the time I reached my apartment. They charged me $386 to get my car back. Worst part is, I have to pay from my first check. Hope this company goes bankrupt soon.

Dont let these clowns hustle you, file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. Always file a complaint these people are obligated to provide proof of right to posses. Youll need their license number.

This place is a scam and a total rip-off they towed my daughters car last night from an apartment complex she wasnt even under a covered or permit parking they towed immediately charged $250 from the moment they hooked up the car, after storage fees and after all that not even 12 hours later and I had to pay $314 to get her car out off the lot I think that is absolutely insane and such a freaking total rip-off for the normal average working consumer I can understand maybe $150 but right off the bat almost $300 theyre taking your money such BS
