The lady I spoke with hung up on me while we were still talking, and then every time I called they would pick up the phone and hang up after one ring. Extremely unprofessional

Called at 10 am today and the gentleman I spoke with said will pick the car at 2pm. No one ever pick up. Called 5 time and they just hang up after the first ring. Worst service ever.
