Best roadside assistance ever!Highly recommend the service.We were stick on the fwy with a flat tire and our insurance was of no good. So after being stalled by our insurance we searched for the nearest roadside service and encountered Alpine Service. He was there in 10 minutes and fixed the tire in 20 minutes and also helped us cross the fwy by tailgating us (in a good way) and making sure we were on the road to safety!!Cannot thank him enough!!I have saved this service as my go-to.

Fastest service I’ve ever used, with great customer service! I was stuck in the middle of a busy road and it ONLY TOOK 10 MINUTES to get someone out to my location! I wish I was able to get the dispatcher’s name. Turned my bad day around! Thank you again! I will continue to use Alpine for any services needed. I definitely recommend them!

Alpine towing is fantastic! Akram was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He was so polite and extremely fair. I had been quoted the $95 for the service call because my key was stuck in the ignition and car wasnt starting. But when he got there I had figured out how to get my key out but my car still would not start. Akram showed up and immediately apologized for the wait, which really wasnt even that long. He showed up and plugged up my battery, the whole time showing me how. (Its a 2010 Chevy Cobalt and my battery is in the trunk) He told me my battery was corroded and needed to be cleaned. After charging it for a while he stayed and made sure that after turning it off it would start again. He then preceded to clean almost all of the visible corrosion off of my battery! Then he told me that he didnt think it was fair to pay the $95 for just a battery charge and asked what I thought was a fair price. I told him $50 and asked if that was fair. He said yes. He also told me that if my car doesnt start after I am off of work he will come back out to help me. He then helped me to replace everything back into my trunk. Akram is the most trustworthy and polite gentleman I have ever experienced in the auto industry. I will continue to use Alpine Towing in the future for any and all roadside assistance needs! Thank you!!!Update: My car did not start after I got off of work. I had to take a Lyft to pick up my son from daycare. Akram fulfilled his promise and came BACK to help me start my car once more. I couldnt be more grateful!!!

The driver that was going to be Metro Auto Auction on today, Monday Sept. 21, 2020 around 5 pm was driving reckless and almost ran a fellow driver off the road. Please remind the drivers to drive safely and be mindful of others on the road.

Last night my truck got towed by Alpine Towing, when I got my truck out the impounded. I Couldnt put my truck in gear because. He didnt disconnect the transmission. Now the Alpine Towing dont want to on up to there Mistake. Just 😢

I called and needed someone ASAP they told me 25-30 mins, but they were there in 10. We had Shahed and he was very quick and very professional. He made sure that before he left we were ok and if we need needed him to call anytime. I will most definitely keep there information handy.
