Took over two hours to get a tire patch with an appointment. The mechanic couldnt find tire key, which was in the glovebox, so luckily I was close and could come back... Then, they left my car parked outside UNLOCKED after completing the patch. Wont use again, and will not recommend.

Always use Firestone near my house. First time for this specific one and they were fast, accurate and polite.

Dropped my car off to have the tire patched because of a screw in the tire, had called ahead and was told I could come in without an appointment. They were pretty busy and so it ended up taking quite a while to do it. Not only did Caleb make sure my tires got patched but he stayed late to make sure it was done so I could pick up my car same day. On top of that they found an additional nail and patched it for me without hesitation. First time bringing my car here but Im very impressed and very happy with the customer service. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Went in for a couple of tires and even though they were very busy it didnt take long. Everyone was friendly and treated us great. It was nice to not get pushed with upsales as well. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.

Excellent service! They saved me $$$ by being honest. I brought my car in knowing exactly what I needed. Two new tires. Thats what I asked for. One had a nail stuck in it and the other an impact bubble on the sidewall. I was prepared to purchase 2 of their highest price tires so I was floored when I got the phone call telling me that they could repair one of them - it didnt need replacing. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that!! Would definitely recommend!

Went to get new tires and an alignment. They charged me for a “new tire” alignment, even though I have the lifetime alignment service. THEN they told me I had a front left turn signal and a brake light out. The turn signal was quoted around $70 and the brake light around $15. Declined the service, brought the car home and, not only had they left the headlights on and my battery was almost drained, NONE OF THE LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT IN THE LEAST. Called them up to ask them why they tried to lie about the lights and charge me more money, and they said “I’m sorry you heard it that way” as if they didn’t tell me they were out and give me a quote earlier. Y’all are the worst. Every single store you have is full of lying scammers. I wish y’all took more responsibility and hired better people. NEVER AGAIN.

DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILIY FOR DAMAGE !!! I brought my Tesla in for tire repair and in return got my seat ripped and grease and dirt all over the white driver seat and all over the white console. After the manager attempted to clean, its still there. Manager told us they would take care of the repair/replacement of the ripped seat and for us to get a quote, only to tell us when we brought them the quote that we cant prove they caused the damage and they would not be covering any damage.

Went in to purchase/install new tires. They had to push my appointment a day back because of limited personnel. Then when I came in that day it turns out they hadnt even ordered the tires. I may have waited another day, but the older caucasian man working there was rude and had a poor attitude so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I came in a few days ago with a wobbly tire and was having a problem with my steering, my car was pulling sharply everytime i braked. I was so worried about bringing it in, a huge car repair bill was definitely not in my immediate budget. The technician Jesse who took care of me was fantastic!! He assured me he would get me taken care of and back on the road for a decent price. In less than an hour he had me all fixed up! I was most impressed that despite this miserable Texas heat he still had a huge smile and was professional and polite. I will definitely be back!

This place was awesome - very courteous, kind staff (Jessie) and very efficient. Ford dealership couldnt find a reason why my tire kept losing pressure. Brought it to Firestone and they discovered the problem. Had to order a replacement wheel base and was there the next morning. Pulled in this afternoon and was back on the road in 5 minutes.

Absolutely wonderful! The Volkswagen dealership told me I needed new brake pads and rotors. I called Firestone, and they gave me a quote for nearly half the price of the dealership. When I dropped my car off, Firestone called back saying I absolutely did not need to have that service done. Very grateful for HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY service, especially as a young woman. I will come back here every time I need something from now on.

This location is amazing! As we are traveling across the country with a improper bumper to bumper inspection by Moodys Tire in Cool Springs TN. This Firestone off of Lovers lane in Dallas rechecked my Jeep and took care of me and my Jeep for a reasonable price and within the same day I dropped it off. They were able to find all of the improperly inspected suspicious behaviour the Jeep was emulating. The customer service was great! They were totally booked and because I was stranded they took us in and took care of all the issues. I was so happy we got stranded this close to this specific shop as I feel 100% safe in my Jeep now. Thanks to Front desk gentleman and Tech Joe! You all are the best! Keep up the good work and I will definitely keep talking of my good experience due to your honesty and efficiency we are on the road again!

Bunch of crooks....I brought my car in because it was making a chirping sound. I told them that I thought my serpentine belt was going out and that I wanted it replaced. They said they would charge me $100 for a diagnostic (which I agreed to), And they came backwith: you dont need your serpentine belt replaced, but your coolant reservoirs cracked which will be about $1200..... 2 weeks later my serpentine belt snaps on the highway. A very scary experience that could have been avoided with an honest mechanic. Now I have no car... Thanks Firestone......

Worst experience I have EVER had at repair place in my life. He told me he couldnt get to work on time because he has a life, when he was the one made the appointment. After they failed to do the repair the first time even though they had my vehicle from open to close. DO NOT COME TO THIS FIRESTONE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Excellent front desk service. Easy to communicate with and got the job done as stated. The tech who worked on my vehicle was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to incorporate my input. After completing the work he pointed out and discussed things with me. He was very thorough and honest. Ill be using this Firestone location for my future routine maintenance needs.

Should be 0 stars. Needed new tires installed. Took 2 days to schedule an appointment for it. Long story short, they made me wait more than 2.5 hours for the change and upcharged the alignment cost. More than $150 for 4 tires installed. And had to go get air in them 2 days later as they were under-inflated. There was not a single redeeming factor to the cost or service.

This place is great because they dont try to rip you off and try to sell you/get you to replace things you dont really need. Getting my car looked at is always a source of anxiety for me because Im a woman and I know absolutely nothing about cars. You can tell me I need more blinker fluid which costs $500 and Ill believe you. They explained everything in terms I could understand and made suggestions based on what I needed vs what was going to make them the most money. They couldve easily told me I needed to replace something with the suspension right now which would cost me $1000 but instead told me to wait and see. My car took a little longer than I would like but Im willing to wait for excellent service.

They were understaffed and couldnt make my appointment. I had to wait over an hour an only got one of the two things scheduled.

I dont enjoy having to get my car worked on, but the reality is that it cant run forever without some maintenance. These guys make it easy too. I have been here a few times with two different cars and they never try to push me for something i dont need. The service is quick once they get the car in and they always quote a fair price. If i had to be picky, the area they are located in stinks in the way of parking. Otherwise this place is great and I will return as long as I need maintenance done on my car.

Went in last night at 630 because my tire was flat. Was told by Bentley I know it doesnt look like were busy but we actually really are so we cant help you right now who was sitting in his office chair leaned back on his phone. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

My mom had a flat tire and I was coming from McKinney and going to Dallas. I know the place was about to close down. I called and spoke with the guy and told him about my problem and he said “don’t worry, we will take care of you and wait for you till you get here” that was very nice of him. TLDR: very polite customer service. Incredibly busy and slow despite appointments.Scheduled an appointment online at 3pm for changing tire. Couldnt make it in time so I called in to ask if I should reschedule because dont even know how many tires I would need. Very polite guy said its ok to bring it in and hell take a look. I arrived and got checked in at 3:40. I needed to change all 4 tires. Their initial time estimation is 1h30m to 2 hours. It was only past 6 PM did they take my car to the shop at the back. I was able to leave a little past 7 (after their closing time).

My tire pressure was low so I pulled into this Firestone to see if they could help me put air in my tires. The man (didn’t get his name) was super helpful and eager to take care of me even though I did not have an appt. Great attitude and customer service!!

I was here for a few hours and watched as Gavin (I think) turned away at least 3 people who were told by others they need services. He said Im busy enough I dont need to lie to people to get business.I got a great price on break replacement, Im coming here for all of my car work and telling others, too.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced on the phone. I wish I remembered the guys name who answered. He talked over me, interrupted me, and had such a rude demeanor. I was just calling to move appointment times but could not even tell him that until after his rant was over. Not getting my business.

I went in to get new tires, thinking that I need them, and these guys were honest enough to tell me that I could get another 10K miles before I needed to get new tires. They totally could have ripped me off, but instead they were honest and did not, and for that I am grateful. Good group on honest guys here... Ive put another 5K on my car and the treads are still fine.

My family had a bad experience. These guys seem over eager to sell new tires rather than repair them.I would caution everyone to best find a place willing to do an honest $20 repair job rather than push to sell a new tire and a $80 “alignment”.Never coming back.

Made a appointment online and it’s say if the appointment was unavailable they would call to reschedule for the inconvenience. When I got there at 8:00 AM he told me I wasn’t in the system and that he already had 8 AM and 11 AM so pretty much I have to wait the entire day to get my car looked at. I’m not from Dallas so I called my mechanic from my hometown he told me to bring it to him, “I got you” and that’s how you do customer service and he’s with fire stone too. It’s sad that men try to really mess over women when it comes to cars.

Came in to the nearest tire shop because I had a nail and needed a patch. They took me in after hours and helped me out and for all I know could’ve ripped me off but didn’t. Great location!!!

We had a flat repaired here on a road trip. They were reasonably quick an fair priced. Wouldnt hesitate to stop here again.

We had an AC problem, they could not find what was causing it, recharged with freon and sent us back. The guy at the counter said that it should get us through summer and they put a dye in the new freon so they can diagnose it next time. One month later, AC broke down again. I simply think these people are not very competent at their job, and will not be going back there again.Also their service is usually overpriced compared to market average, and the guy at the counter does not even explain the breakdown of your bill to you.

Oil change yesterday only $44.00, and an hour wait time....not too bad. Thanks Guys

Ive been using the Lovers Firestone for 20 years and have always received quick and competent service at reasonable rates, even with elusive issues on imports. JC and Alex are exceptional mechanics who could work anywhere. Its not just a tire and oil shop. Ask for Brad when you get there. The next time youre in, I guarantee hell remember your name.

My wife and I came in while celebrating our anniversary. Being in Dallas from out of town and on a time crunch because we had prepaid for tickets to events, it was almost impossible to find anyone that was open after 5 on a Saturday AND had the tires we needed AND could get us in and back on the road before 7. These guys did it, and did it at a reasonable price. CJ really got us taken care of, did a great job.

Ill either leave reviews because something over exceeded my expectations or because people need to be aware of complete stupidity. So, 1st this place tells me at 8:40 a.m. that itll be 2 hours to look at a tire that needs replacement and theyd reach out after completion. So I Lyft to work ($17) and then after 1:30 p.m. hits, Im reaching out to see if the jobs been completed to find out they havent even started. Rod then tells me theyll reach out when its done since im next in line, so I responded requesting some sort of timeline since I need to Lyft back in time before going to scoop my son from daycare. (He asks to put me on hold, then comes back on the phone to call back) Cool.This is where the BS starts: the wheel is out of round, so theres a replacement wheel for $570 and can have it overnighted for an additional $75.. He then proceeded to argue with me after I asked ok. So are saying the RIM is out of round or the tire? He tells me the wheel is the rim -_- (No. The wheel is the entire assembly of a rim and tire.)ANYWAYS - I tell them im already on the way in a Lyft and need to make a call. So I call a wheel resurfacing shop whom Ive used before and they tell me to bring it in and theyll see if it can be resurfaced. I call back and some other knucklehead picks up and says Rod is with a customer and then looks in the notes after I ask them to slap the spare on so I can take my wheel to a resurfacing shop.THIS GUY tells me we can do that here and the notes on your account say that we offered to resurface. NOPE. Rod only offered to get a replacement rim. Nothing else. Then he justifies with well if Mr. Rod didnt suggest a resurface, its unrepairable which isnt safe to drive on.THEN this fool tells me that my year model doesnt have a spare, and I told him yes it does. Its in the trunk. So they say theyll get it on. I arrive 10 min later and he (the dude with the WORST arm tattoos ive ever seen in my life) says itll be a while before they can get the spare on. REALLY?! To put on a spare??So I asked him, if the wheel is unsafe to drive on WHY WOULD YOU PUT IT BACK ON THE CAR?!? He then asked where is this going? .... Do I really need to repeat all of this? ... Just put the darn spare on geezus.Eventually I got tired of waiting around and inhaling their negligence, so I just asked for my key fob and rolled out on the wheel that was supposedly unsafe to drive on. Whats hilarious is that the repair shop said its fine and going to fix it which literally will save me hundreds!MORAL OF THE STORY -- DONT GO HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR DECENT SERVICE OR HONEST PROFESSIONALS**UPDATE** guy at the wheel repair shop was taking forever to get one lug nut off because whoever put my wheel back on at Firestone cross threaded my lug nut stud and couldnt even get it back on when he was placing the spare tire.

I brought a bmw for a battery check and picked it up two hours later with oil spilled all over the front of my car baking in the sun. My battery is located in the back. I open the truck to tools, carpet pulled up, battery, caps and so on exposed. For what should have been a quick and clean service... ended up having to be requested to be finished as well as costing me a detail. I called the manager to let him know and he told me no one should have been under the hood and they didn’t do it when clearly someone was. I just hope they didn’t miss with something intentionally because my car was just washed so there’s no way that was there unless a bird exploded after drinking motor oil. I would not recommend going here if they can’t even stand by a battery check. I will say the tech was very nice when I gave him back his tools and offered to wipe my car down.

About 2 weeks ago I took my car to the Firestone on Lovers Lane because I had a piece of wire stuck in my tire. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix my tire so I left it. Three hours later I called to check on my car and was told it was next in line. About 30 minutes later they called and said my tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. I felt that my tire could be fixed because it was in the tread so I asked them to put my spare on and the tire in the back of my Suburban. I had my tire checked twice by two different companies and was told my tire did not have a hole and it was fine. The wire did not puncture the tire. I have to say I am disappointed and will not be going back.

Waiting area certainly needs a good cleaning and front staff can be little more informative about the progress of repairs to waiting customers. Improvement needed.

Took my sons Nissan car in for check engine light. The dianostics test shown the sensors needed replaced and fuel line cleaned. The light came on again the next morning. I took it to this location and they spent quite some time on to get the light off. The 2nd diagnostics shown the same problem with new part. They were very courteous and didnt charge for the extra time spent. I go here because of their reviews and wanted to add mine as well. Great location.

It was great experience for me! JC diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They know how to treat people right also! (This is a very pleasant surprise!) Another Firestone misdiagnosed the problem, but thankfully I was not charged!

Came in for a flat tire repair on Sunday at 2PM, shop closes at 5PM on Sundays. They were not able to take care of the job because they had too much work. Flat tire repair should take no more than 20 minutes, store did not seem that busy. Store agent did offer to provide air to inflate tire, which did not help at all, as I can get that at any gas statiion.

I went this morning to get my tire looked at and I was told I had a hole in the sidewall of my tire. Since I have road hazard with another company, I had Firestone put on my spare and went to the other company. I was told it was a screw in my tire, nothing was wrong with my sidewall and it could easily be patched.

Sunday’s if you walk in at 2:00 they won’t do an oil change.. even tho they close at 5.

My girlfriend took her tire to get her flat fixed. Joe told her he couldnt just patch up her tire because she had used Tire inflator can and the tire could explode when removing it from the rim(even though the one she used is non-flamable). Interesting enough, he would sell her a brand new tire that would require the same process of removal to be done. I guess the price difference from fixing a flat and selling a new tire compensates for their safety huh?

Had to get a tire repaired. The price was reasonable and I was out of there in an hour and a half with no appointment. They also fill up tires for free.

If you value your car at all (especially if its an import), do not take it here! I went in for an oil change which I received. After completing the oil change they told me that I would also need an oil pan replacement. I couldnt get the oil pan replaced that day due to time constraints so I brought it in about 3 weeks later. When I came back to get the oil pan replaced I was told that it would only take 3 hours. It ended up taking more than that AND once they installed the oil pan it was faulty. Oil was leaking profusely from my car so much so I had to leave it there overnight. In the course of the second oil pan replacement they BROKE my main seal and tried to sell me some story about how it just fell out so they replaced that too free of charge. I was told again that the service would only take about 3 hours once the 2nd replacement part came in. Some 10 hours into the second business day I get a call from Dwight telling me that my car may not be ready in time. He also asked if I could leave it again overnight...um NO! If I wanted my car back on the 3rd day I would have brought it in on that day! The airheads at this location eventually delivered my car a few minutes after closing. While driving away from the Firestone I realized that my speedometer, odometer, trip odometer, clock, and cruise control dont work! They BROKE the speed sensor in my car as well. In addition, my check engine (CEL/MIL) light came on. So I had to take it back in to get the idiots to replace it. What was supposed to be a 3 hours service turned into a 3 days service. A total inconvenience. If they would have done the service properly the first time this would not have occurred. The technicians lack the skills necessary to do anything outside of tires, alignments, brakes, and oil changes.The customer service staff, store manager (managing partner) included. Brad is the epitome of rude, incompetent, and condescending.

If you need your vehicle service the same day it won’t even happen, took my vehicle in for oil change at 8 am and by 4 pm they were just starting on it.

I visited for the first time for an oil change today that was three months past due. They were relatively busy but still managed to change my oil in forty minutes and were reasonably priced. They informed me that my treads were completely worn on my tires and that my windshield wipers should be replaced soon but were not pushy about it.As I was leaving the mechanic who worked on my car noticed that there was fluid linking out. He said that he had seen fluid on the hose but had wiped it away and tightened something thinking that would fix the problem. Apparently it made the problem worse, because I was not leaving fluid when I arrived. A hose had to be replaced, and because they didnt have the right one on the store they had to order it. The manager was incredibly nice and explained the problem to me and also comped the repair because they werent sure if it was their fault or not.I will definitely be going back!

These guys told me that they rotated my tires but clearly they did not. When I called back later and asked they explained that they wouldnt rotate tires if they were too tread bear. But clearly the records indicated that they had rotated the tires. My instinct is that they were upset that I didnt purchase new tires from them as they suggested. I also have a lifetime alignment plan with them and now I question whether they actually did that as well.

I had a noon appointment and they didn’t even get my car in to be seen until 1:15 and then said it would be another hour and a half. This was just to get my oil changed and my tires rotated.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE KEYS TO YOUR CAR! I took my Miata there because my check engine light came on. The manager, Brad Pashby, called me the next day and told me that they had diagnosed the problem and that the repairs would cost $800. I promptly paid them $800 and waited for their call. Four days later, I called them to request an update on my car. They literally told me that they had completely taken the engine apart and could not figure out the problem. They literally told me that they were exchanging parts on it like three blind mice. I immediately rescued my car from them, had it towed to Dons Collision and Repair in Carrollton. Brad Pashby didnt even say sorry or apologize for taking my money and making my car worse! Dons fixed my car in two days. Do not take your car to Firestone. They will quote you hundreds of dollars of repairs and literally have no clue what they are doing!

I started using this Firestone location about 15 years ago after a horrible experience with NTB on Greenville and Central Expwy. The constant home remodeling and building in the neighborhood meant a lot of nails in tires. The NTB guys damaged my wheels badly and refused to take any responsibility for it! For the next nail-in-the-tire experience I went to this Firestone. I talked with the staff before I decided to let them do the job. They know how to repair a tire and not damage the wheel. Ive been using them for tire repair since.

I keep coming back because its so close but I think I am done with this location. I made an appointment for 9 AM. I only have one cat so I have to wait for it to get serviced. Last time I went I waited an hour for then to even start working on my car because I was told the techs came in late after having a late night drinking....

Rude employees, unwilling to add oil to vehicle. Said I had to buy an oil change. I agreed to buy an oil change and he said I had to come back tomorrow.
