Do not waste your time here. I drove way out of my way for an Operation management position and when I got to the office to do my second interview they told me I was going door to door with random people. The job that I was shadowing for the day was at the bottom. Everyone starts from the bottom going door to door. I am disappointed. Save your time apply else where

I’ve been working with Mako Consultants for almost 2 years now, and i absolutely love it! In my opinion it’s very a professional work place. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. It’s a very welcoming environment. The managers are super friendly, caring and professional. I highly recommend Mako.I can also say, they are taking social distancing very serious. Everyone is required to wear a mask and gets their temperature checked as well as put hand sanitizer as soon as they walk in the door. Everyone is 6 feet apart at all times and no contact. (Hand shakes, high fives,etc) I feel completely safe going to work knowing everyone is taking it serious.

Earlier this week I applied for an entry level assistant manager position with this company. I did my research and saw quite a few negative remarks and reviews but I decided to focus on the good and go through with the interview.My interview was scheduled for this morning at 10 and I was told I was going to be sitting down (alone) with the CEO and hiring manager. I showed up early, as professionals do, and was left waiting for my interview to begin for ten minutes. That is when I told the receptionist thank you and that I was leaving, for it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to leave someone waiting like that- it speaks volumes on the company’s general level of respect and professionalism.At that point I was rather irritated due to the fact that more and more applicants had come into the lobby, making it obvious to me that I was to be in a group interview (that was not beginning on time, mind you). Not only is that also not professional, but it is unsafe due to COVID-19.Before applying to this company, do your research and don’t ignore the negatives. I was so excited for this opportunity but simply going into their office was enough for me to realize that this company is ridiculously unprofessional.Lastly, I would not feel right if I didn’t comment on the fact that every person I came in contact with that represents this company was very nice. However, that being said, niceties alone are not what it takes to keep a company in a good and professional standing.

This company is clearly taking advantage of people through the use of misleading job postings. Steer clear of them! It is a marketing/sales scheme, commission based on door to door sales. While that may be great to some, dont fall for it if you expect a corporate salaried role that you applied online for. I am also glad I didnt entertain them after initial contact. Having a group interview in person is so beyond not ok in these times. Why put prospects at risk for something they didnt even apply for?! Unprofessional and incredibly immoral.

Ever since I started with the company everyone took me under their wing, I love the environment in the office, reminds me of the time when I used to play sports in college. Outside of the office is not much different, we have team nights for the whole office gatherings at topgolf, bowling, we get tickets for pretty much every home game for mavs, cowboys, and stars games. The only downside for me is the gas prices in this area. Given the fact my car gets 20mpg. Air hockey table at the office would be nice...

Amazing opportunity to grow and learn how to develop yourself and your thinking as a leader. If you want something out of the ordinary that will give you extraordinary results in the end, this is the job. The leaders and owners will push you to do more and be more. I have really enjoyed my time working with the Dallas team. I had started out working with our Verizon campaign in New Jersey but transferred down to the Dallas branch to work with AT&T. I have had nothing but good things to say since coming here. The team is top notch. The staff is always helpful and I am proud to be a part of the management team now at this branch. The growth for 2018 was good but 2019 is going to be great. Really excited for the future and working with the clients that we do.

The company seems very disorganized especially in terms of recruiting new employees. I interviewed with them but never heard back even after a follow-up email and voicemail. When they reached out to schedule what I thought was a second interview over a month later I quickly came to realize they had no record of me coming in already. I called to check this after scheduling my second first interview but did not hear back from them yet I still continue to get the same email every couple of weeks saying that the hiring manager has reviewed my resume and would like me to come in to discuss my qualifications.

Great work environment. The people here are all about team work and building a fun, competitive environment built around growth and development. They do a ton of office activities and work hard to help each other grow and developed a wide variety of skills. Absolutely recommend.

I got lucky becoming an employee...I take that back...it wasnt luck it was truly a blessing. The people who work here are the truest form of a team. They are all like my family. They accepted me into there family. I havent felt this sense of comradery since I was in the military. The growth potential is there, the money making potential is there, its all here. The best part is that its not the type of job you dread waking up to go to, its fun. I love my job and Im not going anywhere.

Really loved the philanthropy. The senior managers and administrators really go above and beyond to grow the company but they also go above and beyond for the community. They do a lot of different projects with the Boys and Girls club, Wounded Warrior Project, and Jakes Lemonade Stand. Keep it up.

I have had a great experience so far with the company. I went through a 3 part interview process with the company. In the first one I sat down with the manager Jeremiahfor about an hour where he went over his story and the ins and outs of the company. I learned that I would be doing a lot of customer service and f2f. It isnt something I had ever done before so I figured why not. In the second interview I was able to spend the day with Josh one of the other managers where he showed me the f2f side in person. After doing that I was a lot more confident as it mirrored everythingJeremiah said. Ive went to a lot of interviews that didnt turn out to be what I was told the position was so I was relieved to have the experience I did. I have been with the company for 3 weeks now and am already on pace to get promoted to the next position. Im very grateful of how patient the team was with my training and am really excited to see what is to come.

I have worked here for 4 months and I was quickly promoted, if you put in the work at mako it definitely pays off. Aside from the advancement opportunities that mako offers it is such a great organization from teamwork, team building, networking opportunities with CEO’s and managers from all around the nation that may not know you but only want the best for everyone. I have never been apart of such a caring career.

I started off doing the sales part of the program and now im working mostly on the compliance part of the business, this job has effected my life in such a large way i never thought id be one to wear a suit to work or be able to advance in my position as much as i have here. the management team is the best ive ever worked with and not just because im now apart of that team, but because those people watched out for me and helped me with not just my business life but with my personal life as well, long story short this job has set me a career and i couldnt have done it without Mako.
