This is just 76 days of the service, its so much better. Thanks! Prices are a little higher than I would like, but you get what you pay for. The product they put on the grass is better than anything I believe I can purchase. I have tried so many products. And I always end up going back to TruGreen despite the price.
I struggled to get my lawn looking nice and healthy for 2 years meanwhile my neighbors yard flourished so I asked him what he was doing. After finding out he was using TruGreen I signed up as well and I saw a huge improvement after the first treatment and many treatments later my lawn has never looked better.
I have used for several years to keep my lawn green, weed free and nourished. I appreciate their reliability and willingness to honor special requests.👍
Ill never use this company again. I signed up a year-long program with TruGreen. The quality is so so and unstable. Before the expiration, TruGreen does not send me any notification of expiration but the lady promised me to do so when she signed me up. After the end of the program, Trugreen did not send me any notice about the new service. They even did not notify me that they sent someone to my yard to do the service ahead of time, but directly charged to my credit card that I used for to sign up the yearly program.It seems that they wanted me not to know the renewal at all, but wanted me to continue to pay for their service. I do not like their way of doing business. I called them -- a long waiting time plus a not so friendly lady who ignored your request.
I had no specific problem with the lawn treatments at two homes, but I needed to discuss one of the accounts. Customer service is non-existent.Each time I called the reported wait time was 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Call backs were generally longer. I had no intention of cancelling but did so because of poor customer service. The representative who finally called back knew nothing -- she couldnt tell me which TruGreen location I I should complain about. After 20 minutes she seemed to verify my cancellation..
I’ve used this service for 18 years and use to have a beautiful weed free yard. We no longer have that and the company does not care. Customer service is just someone answering the phone and no help at all. I’ve requested a service manager to come walk my yard more than once and no one has showed or called. I have requested the name and phone of that person and customer service doesn’t have it. I was told someone would be here today and guess what no one showed or called. Had to call customer service again and was told it was put into the system wrong and they will put in another request. Also service tech that was to come today to service yard was a no show. It maybe time to give a company who cares a chance to service my yard.

Just spoke with a rep from this location who was very rude, argumentative and grossly unprofessional! He told me himself that two treatments were suppose to be done the same day, yet they were done separate day’s resulting in two separate charges! I also was told I would be billed every 5 weeks. So far I’ve been billed every week! When I asked to pay my bill and cancel services, he hung up in my face. Please take your business elsewhere this location is obviously ghetto and do ghetto business.
The mosquito control treatment has made a noticeable difference in my yard. I can enjoy it at anytime without worrying about mosquito bites. I was amazed at how well the treatment worked. I am happy I went with TruGreen for this service.
You can certainly see a TrueGreen yard in my neighborhood! They’ve taken care of me and a lot of my neighbors in a way we stand out above the rest. I know of some that have changed from who they were using to TrueGreen and are very glad they did. Thank you TrueGreen for an excellent job!
Worst lawn company ever. They made many clerical mistakes, lied to me consistently for about a year, and when I proved my case, they refused to reimburse me (my case was that they werent servicing my backyard at all - you know, the entire reason Id signed up). Id had a hunch they werent, and called several times. The first few times, I was gaslighted and assured that of course they were. The last time I called in, I re-stated my case, and added that I was literally in my backyard when the tech timestamp window said. A little more digging found that, oh, some employee had mistakenly put in some notes to not service my backyard (perhaps meant for a different client, but yes, my backyard had not been serviced the entire time- probably over a year at that point). I was informed that they dont do refunds, even though I hadnt received the service Id paid for...is this for real? What an awful, unbelievable policy. Almost as unbelievable, is the fact that this company clogged up my mailbox with solicitations as soon as I canceled my service (that I wasnt getting). I also received solicitation phone calls asking for my business. I got _another_ one this Tuesday. Im pretty livid. I cant tell you how many hundreds of my dollars that they have - for not helping my backyard lawn and giving me wrong information for so long. Please use a quality local small business instead.
We have used Trugreen since last summer, this summer they would schedule service and never show. I called in multiple times they rescheduled and never showed, or I would be charged for a second they didnt at my house. I called in to cancel and they said we will have a local manage call you never happened, called again they said the regional manage would never happened. I will use them again. Plus I have qeeds because they NEVER came out.
Tried calling multiple times and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Had a service scheduled for today and wanted tech to spot treat certain grasses. No worries now though canceling all future services.
After the 1st treatment, I started seeing some results about a week after the application. We havent had a second treatment yet. I am pleasantly surprised at how many weeds died with the 1st treatment. Cant wait to see what happens after a few more. My lawn had a lot of broad leaf, Johnson grass, and crab grass.
Since I selected TruGreen as my Lawn Service my yard has gone from looking poorly to great looking. Very pleased with their technicians, and service. They do a great job.
RE: Services Credit Request & Account Cancellation and Closure RequestOn 06/22/20 A Tru Green tech came to provide service. He was personally observed and also viewed on Nest Cam footage later that evening to have only done the front lawn, but not the back lawn. He claimed to do have completed such and invoiced for two services for front and back, that being fertilizer and sulfide treatment. On further investigation it was found that the sulfur treatment that was billed for and claimed to be completed by the tech was also false for both front and back! The only agents/chemicals found on the lawn were applied to the front lawn only, was fertilizer and not the sulfide treatment. Calls to customer service resulted in, I will send a message to his handheld. As I sat in my driveway discussing with my experience manager Mark Manning after getting off the phone with customer service as to what occurred, the TruGreen truck sped down the street at a high rate of speed and passed right back by my house without even stopping. Needless to say, he never made it back. Mark respectfully rescheduled the services two days later for today 06/24/20. Once again, they did not provide the sulfur treatment, but they did fertilize the back yard that they originally had skipped out on 06/22/20. At this time I am no longer interested in re-doing the sulfur treatment I was billed for on my invoice and would like a FULL refund by crediting back the last charge to my Discover Card and to close out my account with Tru Green in its entirety. Lastly, I communicated the fact of the aforementioned with Mark Manning about the invoice for sulfur treatment not being completed on the 22nd either (when the lawn was entirely skipped out on the first go around) and he said, its only done once a year. Well, that is great Mark, but they billed me and didnt complete it as written on my invoice as completed on 06/22/20. At that point all communication and responses stopped by Mr. Manning. When You contract a company and they show up on nest cam with their spreader and only complete the front and then claim to have done the back lawn too, it erodes the customers trust. THEN to add insult to injury, you get billed a couple hundred for sulfide on top of the fertilizer charge that was also NOT DONE. The trust issue is now compounded. To do any further business especially after your communicating with a customer experience manager about it and concludes no end result, or resolution Id be a fool to stay with Tru Green. Please forward me proof that my Tru Green account is closed, and that the recent payment is credited back.Regards,
Webpage advertised free quote for my lawn.... after I had to provide all my information and consent to them contacting me. I then didnt receive a quote, but instead began getting barraged with emails and calls. I just wanted a simple number to show up on the screen. Instead, I began to receive two calls daily and I dont know how many emails because I immediately flagged them as spam. Cherry on top is that their unsubscribe link is broken, so I cant unsubscribe, and Im still getting two calls a day. Have reported to BBB.
Its still early, but Im optimistic my lawn will have good results with TruGreen. Roderick Owens did a great job explaining what he would do to improve my lawn and he gave me some tips as well. One small issue I had was some confusion with the website billing process, but this issue was resolved quickly without me contacting anyone.
I had a lawn service scheduled for two weeks out set on April 29th for service to be completed on May 14th for a lawn aeration. No one showed up so when I call they tell me oh sorry the equipment broke we rescheduled you for the 21st. My brother in law stayed at my house as I was out of town and said no one came. I got home on the 23rd to verify my lawn had not been aerated.I called trugreen and the customer service rep admits that technicians some times get over booked and hit complete on a job without ever completing it. Per the service rep, he rescheduled the service for the 26th between 9am-12pm. When no one shows I call and get told oh no he was wrong he set it for the 28th. I requested a refund and will wait to see how long that takes!!!

WARNING! If you ever sign up for TruGreen and cancel your service, you will be harassed relentlessly by the company. How many times should a person have to explain why they canceled? How many times should a person tell them to take them off of their calling and text lists? How many times do you have to tell them that if you want their services that you will call them, dont call me?Even as a customer you will be called repeatedly to add services, even after you decline.Do not under any circumstances give TruGreen your contact information. You will never be shed of them. The company has a major problem in this regard. I will never use TruGreen again because of this very fact and I tell everyone I know not to give them their contact information.A local TruGreen owner/operator may tell you they will take you off their list, but that in no way stops the corporation from having someone else repeatedly call you. This is a systemic corporate problem.
Im overall pleased with TrueGreen. I especially like the fact that they return to your property to troubleshoot areas or issues that need additional attention.. Well-pleased!
Terrible. Guys were just here. I pointed out that he put fertilizer only in the middle of the yard. I showed the edge where there were no granules of fertilizer. No response. I pointed to nut grass that he didn’t see or treat. Better to do it yourself than have TruGreen.
Setting up the account was a mess-talked with 3 persons over 2 days.Had first application and was told a follow up was coming in 2 weeks. Waited 3 weeks and no follow up. Called tech and he said I would be serviced next day. Nope-no one came. Called office and was told manager would call me back. Nope-no call back. Total disaster.
Lawn service is satisfactory but there are issues with their scheduling.
Everyone is great to speak with and no pushy sales. My service person is also wonderful, knowledable and professional. Within only 2 treatments he has my lawn looking much healthier and all the weeds are under control.
TruGreen always give us notice before coming, arrives pretty much at the time they say they will arrive, knock on the door to let us know they are there, and seem friendly. Best part is that my yard and shrubs are the best looking on the block.
We had a large outdoor party coming up and were still noticing mosquitoes. We called Trugreen early in the week to respray and they assured us theyd be out. On Thursday afternoon, we had not heard from them, so we called again. They sent someone out Friday. He sprayed the front yard and within a few minutes was packing up. I confronted him and asked him about spraying the back yard, and he basically refused, said the mosquitoes were coming from the front shrubs. I explained the party was a pool party in the back, and that we were expecting 70 guests and his reply was How? Ive seen your back yard, and its not that big. He also refused to spray and left. We left a message for a supervisor to call, and when he called, we missed the call. We immediately called back and he did not answer. Needless to say, we had our pool party with lots of guests AND mosquitoes. I spoke with customer service this morning and asked them to refund our money since it was set up on automatic payment and that the technician did not complete the service, and they refused. Said they would send someone back out next week to respray but would not give us our money back. This is only one of many problems weve had with Trugreen. We are canceling our services immediately. Do yourself a favor and find someone else!
The last service I had was the tree and shrub spray. The first time I had this done, the next day, my porch was covered with dead moths! I was surprised and glad I had it done. The service providers have been knowledgeable about the problems and what was needed to fix it. I was very pleased.
My Tree and Shrub Technician, Daniel Hicks, is doing an excellent job of maintaining my trees and shrubs. He takes an active interest in my landscape and works with me to see that it is maintained and enhanced. He is proactive and I appreciate his feedeback and the time he commits to discussing my tree and shrubbery needs.
Thank you Mr. Garron Spencer. We appreciate your expertise, patience and knowledge in caring for our yard. You patiently addressed our questions and or concerns...we look forward to your continued efforts and once again enjoying our yard this summer.

Worst company to deal with. They asked for my card for convenience billing then billed me the entire amount including services I didnt want. Took 3 weeks to get a refund and only after contacting my bank. They lied when they said they would return it immediately and then treated me like I was stupid for giving them my card to begin with when they asked for it and I gave it to them in good faith.Terrible company.

Just started service, confident in their products to make my yard better in the long run. Personnel were excellent to work with and explained what they were treating my lawn for.
We have been a customer since 2013. Our lawn looked great we paid in advance,i received the pre-treatment call and it stated trees and shrubs.we do NOT have any trees or shrubs in our yard.I called and was told in 2015 we signed up for trees and shrubs. My question is why would a TruGreen technician knowingly treat and charge our account for something we do not even have. in trying to reach a supervisor I have had no luck nor have they called us back......maybe now we will get the call back
Unethical and terrible company with unscrupulous employees. More than a month ago a TruGreen truck did a hit and run on my vehicle. I reported it to the police. Initially TruGreen manager sounded honest but as soon as they spoke to their insurance company Gallaghar, they (TruGreen) stopped responding to our phone calls and pleas. Their employee apparently has filed a false report with their insurance to save his job and TruGreen is trying to hide the identity of the driver who is nothing but a criminal who broke the law and left the scene of their crime. TruGreen and their insurance company have only shown contempt towards us and exposed themselves to be petty with no intention of acting in good faith. Please, boycott this unethical business.
UPDATE: still being contacted multiple times a day to spite multiple requests to be taken off their call list. Was told today that they dont have a record of that request! Supposedly Im added to the do not call list now but only time will really tell!Had truegreen 8 months and decided to stop service for financial reasons (our bill was paid in full when we cancelked.) We were told we could always sign back up if we changed our minds. About 2 months after canceling, the phone calls started. From all different states and rarely if ever the same number. They got to be 6-8 times a day on mine and my husbands phone. Even after explaining we did not want their service and asking them to stop calling the calls continued. We were told we would be put on a do not call list after I got angry. No calls for about 2 weeks and then bam, back to 6-8 calls a day. Always being different numbers made it pointless to block them. Ive called again and am told they wont bother me but I have doubts! All I can assume is the company needs business but to hound a former customer like this is beyond crazy. We had actually thought about starting services again but this has made us chose a different company. Fine when youre with them but good Lord help you if you cancel because theyll drive you nuts with trying to get you back.

The service that I have received has been great because there are few weeds this year.
I like the services and the technition but the app needs some work. I was notified 4 times by the app for 4 different days to have 1 service done. I then received 1 message from the technition telling me a different day and time that he was comming. That is when he came and did the service. He was very nice, personsable and answered all my questions. The service was done quickly and he make sure to lock my gate when he left. Cant complain about that! The app needs work!! The services are great!!
I just called today and as I was spoke with a guy,I just asked about how much thier services then he started asking my information and location of my house then he started mentioning how much for treatment,payments,debit card etc...he kept talking...then finally I told him I just want mowing and trimming and he suddenly said..they dont do that and he hanged up...Hell No for this company!!

I have tried killing weeds for years, but since I had TruGreen the weeds are under control and almost gone. My grass is pretty and heathy, it worth the money if you too want healty lawn.
My tech is very courteous and informative. Answers any questions or concerns i may have.

Their service come in and tell me what my damaged lawn needs. Then the management, over the phone, disagrees. The management then refuses to give my lawn the services the on site service people have told me the lawn needs. l have been promised a thick green lawn for 1 year. Today my lawn is still brown with huge bare spots. l am thoroughly disgusted.

I have really been pleased with the results of my lawn treatments. There has been a tremendous difference. I like the gentlemen who come to service the lawn and the trees and bushes. They always let me know what I should do to help improve the lawn or bushes. I also like the way that TRUGREEN wishes to please their customer. If I have a complaint, they are so patient and considerate to me. I have never encountered an unpleasant attitude since I have been a customer.
I am a believer that aCompany is judged by #1.the Results they Deliver to their Customers.! #2 The People they have Hired to deliver their Results, any Company can Hire People by their Standards, however not all Peoplewill be able to DELIVER those Standards unless they Believe in that training and attitude they are working for ! Do not use tru green. Had them come out to service my yard they only did half the yard when I paid for the whole yard so I called to cancel and they told me I would still have to pay for the full service.
Called the 800 number, they were very rude. The adverting flyer they sent out is not correct. They will not come out and spray your yard for one treatment. The guy (steve) did not know he info and pass me on to some one else. I would think any company would want business, but I quest not.

The Shrub service was terrible and Im going to cancel it.The lawn service was good, but Im going to request another treatment before my scheduled one.
