Matt, Jason and Wade did a great job on the lawn this morning! They really seemed to focus on doing a thorough job. Im a detailed guy and I havent hesitated to point out missed spots to them when cutting the lawn in the past. At the same time, I want to let you know I appreciate it when you knock it out of the park when cutting the lawn. Thanks again and keep up the good work guys.

Very Unprofessional. Poor customer service and business etiquette. My husband and I decided to find another landscaping company after noticing that we were paying monthly and work was not being completed. The last straw was when our front yard was destroyed (supposedly the lawn was cut with broken blades) . We had management come view our many complaints which they confirmed, work had not been done, HOWEVER, informed us that since we no longer want to let them destroy our lawn that we owe an extra $400+. When I asked for a printout showing what that extra money was for I received no response, just invoices with increased amounts(interest). I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. Let’s be professional, put your words in writing if you feel you are right. They want money but will not be accountable for their piss poor workers and the work, or lack there of that they do. By the way their workers will sit in front of your house for an hour doing nothing, get out do bare minimum and you’ll still be charged full price. Employees have been fired for this, others still do it. But Kelly will still expect you to pay.

The best when it comes to landscaping business and sweeping of the environment. They handles every job professionally.

The management office lady (tall white lady with light colored hair- I did not get her name) was rude and condescending. I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me and she said one thing then doubled back and said that she couldn’t do what she had just said. I was there to get a statement for my husband who is a former employee so I completely understand her wanting to talk to him and not me however he had called and asked if I could come in because he had to work and was told that I could. Regardless of that I am completely surprised and disgusted by the way I was treated. When I told her that she did not have to be rude to me she got very defensive and they asked me to leave the building. I would email them but I haven’t found a contact email only a phone number and I refuse to call because I will not be spoken to like that again.Edit:I have no clue about their lawn services as I have not and will not be using them but in house management is a 1/5 from this one experience alone.

Ive been using Kelly for several years now and was happy with the service until 2021. My lawn is lacking fertilizer and a tree in the front of the house isnt looking good. I called recently for someone to look at the tree. After 10 days no one came out and when I call the third time I was told it would be tomorrow, no one came out. Im tired of chasing these guys for a service Im paying for. I asked for a manager to call me so we could talk about the service, but they didnt call. Ive since switched to another company.

I called thinking it would be weeks before anyone would be able to check my irrigation system. Was so afraid my lawn would die as it was so dry. Jason and his son Devon were a little early and went right to work to diagnose my issue. Once found, they were able to repair and get my irrigation up and running within an hour. Best service ever! Will definitely use again!

JW HarburnI had a very unpleasant experience with Kelly Landscapes Management. I contracted for Kelly to install Zoysia sod in my back yard. What a shock to discover that I got several blocks of dead sod and several blocks of Spurge weeds. I am calling this a breach of contract. The supervisor over sod projects returned my call one time and offered to come out and view the issues the following day. However, he did show up and did not call. I sent a letter to the Kelly personnel to express my displeasure with this situation. The supervisor over sod projects came out and reviewed the issues. He acknowledged the problems said he would “take care” of me but he has done nothing to back that statement. And now he does not return my calls.Based on the above information, I would not recommend Kelly Landscapes Management for your lawn care needs.

If your looking for quality weed control for your lawn and excellent customer service I would suggest you look at another company than Kelly Landscape Management. Used them for the past 18 months. Cancelled today (April 12, 2021). Yard is full of bluegrass and crabgrass. They’ve never been able to treat the crabgrass. I called at the end of last summer to address my concern about the quality of treatment for my lawn and got a lackluster response. Decided to give them another shot and let it ride through the fall. Called on March 30th and asked for a rep to come out to my house to speak with me and look at my lawn and all the crabgrass before the season really got started. After thirteen days without a call back or rep coming by to address my concerns that was the last straw for me. I’ll give them one star for relatively good service for the two times I had them service my sprinkler needs. Companies that offer weed control in metro Atlanta are a dime a dozen and this one is not up to par.

Jason and Devyn Frey performed work on my irrigation system and a french drain and did an excellent job. They were professional and efficient in every way. I have been doing business with Kelley for 17 years and have always been pleased with the quality of work they perform.

I would highly recommend these folks. Jason was top notch. Very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and helpful. I will definitely use them again. Great experience.

With so many better alternatives available, dont use them. Very poor service. They try to do bare minimum and keep adding on charges. Try to keep milking you for money. After we switched from them, our lawn improved considerably and after some time became robust again after Kelly Landscapes really let it run down. Complaints are ignored and they keep charging even after telling them services are no longer needed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They blew me away. Each service they offer is done by different crews. I currently have them doing my lawn treatments, flower bed cleanup and I am currently on their schedule to have some landscape done in my back yard. EVERY SINGLE employee, estimator, manager, office personnel, etc. that I have spoken to has been so kind, very helpful and incredibly professional! Customer service is through the roof! And my lawn is looking better than I could have ever imagined! I have personally dealt with ROGER, DAVID and ANDREW and they were each amazing! I am so happy to have found this company!

I cannot stand Kelley landscaping. The drivers of their vehicles are either riding my bumper, cutting me off snd not hitting the gas, illegally blocking the road. I have never had a decent experience dealing with them on the road ever.

Took them 6 months to complete my job then charged me a late fee to close out the job. Plus a Credit card fee and would not budge on their Late fee even tho it was them that took 6 mo. to complete the job. I would not pay in full till they were done.

We have used them now at two different homes we have lived in and have been pleased with service at both.

We’ve been under contract with Kelly Landcaping for several months. They are supposed to cut grass, shrubs, and chemically treat the lawn. The chemical guy does a fine job. The shrubs, look terrible. They have chosen to trim 9 out of 25 shrubs. The 9 look like my 6 year old grandson trimmed them! The others are so over grown, they are hanging over. I wanted to use a local company, mistake! Never again would I recommend or use them after this is over. My husband has called the office to complain 3 times over the months. No pride in their work at all!!

I was told that in order for this company to come out to give an estimate requires a deposit, however it would be given back if I decided not to. I called to get my estimate deposit back and they claim I dont get it back when I asked them multiple times if I would get it back if I decided not to go with them. If you decide to go with this company be willing to pay a hefty amount of money for whatever youre getting done. We wanted a retaining wall that was estimated 10k. I found this place off the nextdoor app and regret even having this place come out if they arent going to be transparent.

We have been a customer for several years. Recently we had a leak in our main water line. Within hours of our call, to see if they could repair the leak, two technicians were at our home and repaired the leak. They carefully covered the “trench” and can hardly see where they had worked. Excellent service - excellent response!!

To say that we were pleased is an understatement. We had our first interaction with Andrew and it was an amazing experience from there. I may butcher the spelling, but the crew leader Saul was just incredible.They laid about 13 pallets of SOD for us and did an amazing job, but 2 things really stood out that I had to share because it’s the little things that make the difference sometimes.1. We asked if they could level out a little space for our trampoline and lay pine straw. Not only did they make the perfect space, but we turned around and boom.... they carried the trampoline from the side of the yard to the perfect nook they created. That’s above and beyond and I had a happy 6 year old boy.2. I woke up early to hear the guys working hard, I look out and there is the owner of the company on Saturday morning laying SOD with the rest of the crew. Again, how refreshing it is to see a leader that also leads from the back and isn’t above helping his crew. I made a simple request for them not to cut my yard at 8 am when the yard is wet and I’m on a hill. The first time they came to do my yard it was super early and the mower left big indentinons In my yard. So then I made that request and the lady on the phone told me that I can’t request for them to cut it later in the day and if so and they missed my appointment then I’d have to wait until the next cycle. I’m like well I can’t use you all if I can’t make a simple request not to cut it so early. So I cancelled them and I’d advise you do the same.

KLM does a great job and Wade also responds to any needs I need quickly and always makes sure I am satisfied.

Wed used another lawncare service for a couple of years, and it seemed that after long enough they just started taking our residential account completely for granted and stopped putting in a whole lot of effort and care to their work on our property. Then, we switched to Kelly Landscapes Management, and the difference has been huge! Theyre professional, they care about the customer, theyre prompt and responsive and on time to every job, and they always have a big smile on their faces and treat our family, home, and lawn with the utmost respect. Spencer Kelly, who is one of the managers and Im assuming a member of the founding family, is fantastic; hard-working, polite, friendly, efficient, professional, and great at his job! This is my first summer living in Dallas. We didn’t have any information on our sprinkler system from the previous owners. I turned the system on and nothing worked right. I am so glad I called theses guys. Jason came out the same day and explained to me what we needed. Today they came and fixed our system, installed a new clock and rain gauge so quickly! They were professional and very respectful of our property. They explained everything to me and made sure I was happy before leaving. Being new to Georgia, I am so glad to find such a great company. These people are very professional kind and courteous. They brought someone from there company to co.e out and survey my property and gave me all the things they could do to improve my yard without over selling me services that I didnt need. There also very good at cutting grass and edging would totally recommend this company for your landscaping needs.

Me and James dated in high school, he was always so proper and kind. He had brought me flowers and even opened the buggy door for me and. I remember our 3rd date was to a barn dance and he walked me in on his arm, shewed off the chickens that were on the hay bales. Got me some punch and we talked and talked for what seemed like hours, but it was only 10 minutes. He talked so so slow. But he was so nice I did not care.I recomend James company for any I mean any farm equipment needs you may have. He offers a very competitive price and quality equipment. Kelly Landscaping is above the rest. I was recently selected as the Chairperson of Landscaping in my community and there was a lot of years of neglect / overgrowth with former landscaping companies. Andrew Allen and Kelly Spencer came in, gave an assessment and advisement on how we should proceed with restoration of our property common areas. (i.e. front entrance, lake area etc)They exceeded all of our expectations promptly and in such a timely manner. The residents of the community were shocked and very pleased at the beauty Kelly created. They uncovered the hidden treasures in the community. This company is top shelf.....period. Very professional and they listen to educate you about your landscaping needs. Highly recommended.....

We have used Kelly Landscapes Management for years for our grass and they have done an amazing job. This past year we hired them for a total yard overhaul which included adding sod, adding concrete to our driveway and adding a pavestone patio in the backyard. I could not be happier with the result--it completely transformed our outdoor space and made it useful and beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience with all the employees from the company from the initial contact to the last. We had a dry creek bed and a new paver patio installed and everything exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was amazing. The team we had was AWESOME!!! Kelly takes care of my personal home as well as a rental property in the Dacula area. They are the best looking yards in their respective neighborhoods. They do a great job and really stay on top of things.

I given a 2 star rating only because of the advertisement. The rating is because the website says Free Estimates and when I called not only did I have to wait a week for the estimate, I would have also been charged $50 for the estimate. The $50 would go to the price of the estimate if I use them for the work. Dont know if this has always been the case with this company or if its making up for the weeks of sheltering-n-place.. Maybe this is the new norm, Bait and Switch

We needed a automatic timer put in and a sprinkler head fixed and Jason Frey was amazing! He knows exactly what he is doing and very fast! He explains everything in detail so you know whats going on! Any future problems I will definitely call on him and recommend to any of my friends and family!

Have used this company for over a year. I moved into my new house about a year ago and unlimited lawn care came by I signed up and watched the weeds multiple and thrive. I used them for two months before calling Kelley’s. I should have called before, my mom has also used Kelley’s for years. (Mama knows best!) I haven’t had a weed since and my yard looks great!! I highly recommend them.

We and the other houses that use this service are the envy of our whole neighborhood. I even had a guy tell me that when he drove into our development he knew right away which house was ours because the landscaping was so perfect!

Not your average landscaper! James & his team do a great job. Whatever your landscaping needs they have a crew with the expertise to get it done right.

They treated my lawn for grubb worms that moles feed on 4 times without success. I paid for the first 2 times and they billed me again for the 3rd and 4th application. I still have moles. I guess they dont know the moles also feed off earth worms.

Landscaping done was amazing. We had a timber wall and dry creek bed installed. The guys were great and did a wonderful cleanup as well!!! Would highly recommend!

Had to call four times for an estimate. I stated I needed a call ahead to unlock my back gate. Did not receive a call and they just treated the front. After the poor customer service I canceled my service. They sent me a bill. I called and said I don’t think I should have to pay this because you did not complete the service. The manager called and said that does not matter that I still have to pay. The whole thing was very frustrating. I would never recommend them!!

I used Kelly Landscapes for over a year. The first few months were great, they killed all the weeds in our Bermuda, and the grass looked wonderful. Then they must have wanted more money, because they began to treat more often, and killed the sod with over treatment via weed control and fertilizer. Since they killed all the grass, we canceled service, but asked if they would aerate so we could get our grass back. Booked an appointment for aeration, and waited several weeks for it to be completed. While waiting, found another company to aerate our lawn. Called and canceled the aeration service with Kelly. Amazingly, after waiting for weeks, the day after canceling, Kelly came out and aerated, stating that they never got a cancellation. Customer service is terrible, communication is terrible, do not hire this company!

We are in the Gwinnett Area and so excited that Kelly Landscape is expanding this direction. The technician, Spencer Kelly, we have is absolutely wonderful. He is very professional, knowledgable, honest, and respectful. He is the way to go!

One star is too high of a rating. They’d go weeks without coming out and when we’d call to complain, they called us liars. Finally management came out and looked at our yard. It was obvious they hadn’t touched it and he gave us a ton of lip service about how it wouldn’t happen again. The crew started pulling weeds and throwing them on the ground and leaving them there. They also worked much harder when we parked the cars in the garage, rather than in the driveway. The last straw was when they threw a ton of trash in our driveway and left it. We had enough and cancelled and wrote a letter. Another manager came to the door and asked us why’re cancelled. Do yourself a favor and hire and go somewhere else.

I got hired on with Kelly on a Monday and was fired by friday when I was hired I assumed we worked a schedule like all the other jobs in the world but they dont and I told them that Tues. Through Thurs. I had to leave by 4 to pick my son up by 5 from childcare they said it wouldnt be a problem if I drove to the jobs on those days which I did but then they pulled me off a job at 3pm on Friday and said the hiring manager wanted to talk to me at the shop I go in his office and says we have to let you go bcuz I had to leave an hour early a couple days a week even though the day b4 they said it was ok I suggest anyone looking for a job steer clear of Kelly landscaping they dont care if you have a family to support and if your a client find another company to do the job because if they dont care about there employees imagine you as their client and how you would want to be treated

Finished a job another company couldnt complete due to not having the proper equipment. If you want a job done right call these guys.

Kelly started out of the gate great. Turned my lawn around and was one of the best in the subdivision. Year two lawn never looked great and after calling about problem found out the customer service is pissed poor. Dont use these guys. Something has changed and they dont care to fix it. Much better and cheaper companies out there.

I have heard great things about Kelley. They didnt get our business due to the woman answering the phone. Rude! Also, for our property trugreen quoted $49.95 she quoted that it would be over a $100 because of weed treatment & pesticides are two different programs. We cant specifically treat the front yard, due to minimums, I have no idea what she was taking about. I felt pretty sure she was annoyed to be answering questions, or even the phone for that matter. Tried to keep it local... Turf masters gets our $44.95.

A week ago I made an appointment for sprinkler service and upgrade for 12:30 today. I left a meeting early to be here on time, and after waiting an hour I called the office to see if the tech was on the way. The person answering the phone disinterestedly said she had no idea, but she gave me the techs cell. After calling it (no answer) and texting, he called to say he had forgotten the appointment and would have to call me later to make a new one since he was swamped. Since it was unimportant to him, I said Id just find someone else. He thanked me politely.I have used this company for lawn treatments and unfortunately (for me) Ive prepaid for the year. I doubt that I can get a refund, but I wont be renewing their service since customer service is obviously not a priority for them.Im giving them 2 stars in honor of previous experience, but Id give them a minus 1 right now.

I dont usually write reviews but EVERY time I call the office to simply ask a question or to complain I get talked to like I am an idiot and I am taking up to much of their time. The guys who come out do a great job in general but CS attitude is enough to take my business elsewhere.

Kelly Landscape Management in Dallas, GA, is horrible. Their service is unpredictable, you do not know when they are coming, and they do not stand behind their work. Two months ago, we told them we didnt need their services anymore because the yard looked terrible, we called and told them we no longer needed their services. The supervisor named Matt came by and offered a few things, so we said ok we would give them a second chance...but on Friday of last week, they came by and treated our yard...not noting that the grass in the backyard was dead on the bill they left on the door or calling us to ask us about it. HOW WORTHLESS IS THAT?????? (incidentally, we had hired a new landscaper to put Zoysia down, so the yard had been sprayed to kill the current grass.) I texted the supervisor who did not have the courtesy to text me back to acknowledge that he received my text. This morning, I called the company and not only were they not apologetic that they were losing the business they also did not have anything to say about the fact that the grass in the backyard they treated last week was dead!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and your money!
