I was incredibly enthusiastic about working with this company after searching high and low for a firm that seemed to be knowledgeable and understood the strategic approach required for an effective digital marketing campaign.After, what I believed to be, a great call with two consultants, Ryan and Tate, I set the expectation that I would send my ideas to them in order to receive an official proposal. Two follow ups and 4 weeks later Ive yet to hear a peep.I found the sudden lack of communication / engagement to be telling and quite unprofessional. Because of this I would be reluctant to undergo a project with this agency. Its a shame because based on the 1 hour consultation I believed this would actually be a great fit.
