I went to Strand By Strand Hair Studio in Dallas for the first time today! Anita Jo took great care of me. She took my lifeless, dull sew-in, and refreshed it so beautifully! She added more shape and style to it. I love my hair! She was also very knowledgeable about hair and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back to her!! It was well worth my 40 minute drive!

I was in Dallas for a friends birthday celebration and I was so nervous to have someone do my hair that I didn’t know but I selected a place and hoped for the best. Immediately I was greeted by the tall beauty that is Ms. Anita. She made me feel right and home and she was incredibly knowledgeable about hair health. She encouraged me to try something different with my hair and it was bomb, my hair was beautiful. Definitely give Anita a try. I will be driving back from Houston to see her!

She listened to my concerns about my scalp/hair, and due to my hair condition at the time, she has continued to grow my hair and utilize her expertise every week! Chasity is very professional and will take excellent care of your hair if you are in need of a hair stylist. Overall, I enjoy getting my hair serviced by Chasity because she always does a super fantastic job!!!

If you have something to do the day of your appointment just cancel everything. I was there from 1:30pm - 6:05pm for a shampoo + protein treatment and a haircut.I had an appointment and got treated like I walked in. Never been so disrespected for a service I paid for. My appointment was at 1:30pm, got there on time but my hairstylist was somehow taking care of another person. Okay maybe her previous appointment took more time than expected. Her greetings were good, I got a good welcome. However, she started on my shampoo and protein treatment at around 2pm. After the end of the protein treatment she washed and put a product on my hair that was supposed to stay for 5 mins. She again went to take care of another person and I was waiting with the product on my hair seating at the shampooing area until another hairstylist came to wash my hair(she said my hairstylist asked her to wash my hair). Did I mention that I wasn’t even offer water by my hairstylist or any apology for making me wait for no reason while I had an appointment? So she finally started my hair cut after she took care of other clients, when it was only me left in the salon. She was so rushing cutting my hair that SHE CUT ME on the ear with her scissors(that I still don’t know if it was sterilized or not) . She put some alcohol on it and a small band and said sorry once, only once! I got burned several times while she was using the flat iron( stopped counting after 4). So beside wasting my whole afternoon she also cut a small part of my ear. While checking out she didn’t apologize at all for everything.I will never ever go there again!

Strand By Strand Hair Studio Dallas is located in the heart of downtown Dallas and is now super convenient for me. Ive been a client of The Catherine for some time now and let me tell you. She offers one of the best Salon Experiences from the moment you book to the moment you sit in her chair. Shes super knowledgable on healthy hair for natural and relaxed clients. When I found her I was natural and then we transitionrded me to relax and now Im into color. I also received my first tornado Sew In from her and then I went to Traditional Sew Ins and now Im madly infatuated with my Closure Installs. Im excited that my stylist and friend is growing and moving up in the world, lol.To sit in The Catherine chair is indeed a privilege, but to have her as your stylist is a blessing to not only you, but your Crown.
