How does this company have no consideration for truck drivers and not have at least portable restrooms outside, your not allowed inside because of the pandemic, was told to use the restroom between trucks, are you kidding me. I hope whoever is in charge of this facility reads this comment and have the do respect for our fellow truck drivers and rent at least portable restrooms if they not going to allow you to use the inside restroom.

Very professional and friendly. I arrived at 1700 for my 2200 appointment. Load was taking me home for an emergency, which I explained to shipping. Was in the door by 1730,on the road by 1900. Park on street and check in. Be sure to park on the side WITHOUT the no parking signs. Police will ticket for illegal parking. In my humble opinion not a bad place to pick up from.

Receiving guard shack is very polite. You park your truck outside and check in at 5 am. Fresh Point star unloading at 7am. After they finished unloading the trailer they will give you a call with a lumper cost. You park your truck outside the facility and call them after you have the code, they will call you back after the BOL is ready, pick it up next right of dock #1.Very quick unloading and very nice staff!Recommended.

Check with guard she give a door straight way and unloaded took 15 mins to unload two pallets

Wont let you use their restroom and takes for ever to get a door then waiting for paperwork for 3 hours. They got a nice tree by the fence😉

Arrived at 10am with only half a load, was unloaded at 1030, but i did not receive my paperwork untill 1230 because the person in charge went to lunch at 1040 supposably even though their lunch doesnt start untill 1100, make me wait another hour and a half just for papper work, very unprofessional did not feel like they care about your appointment or schedule.

They’re produce is terrible most of the time my school spends thousands of dollars every month,they have been our product provider for 14 yrs that I’ve been there, and the products are molded, spoiled,we have gotten 50 lb bags of onions that the whole thing was rotten, cases of zucchini,rotten,tomatoes rotten,pineapple rotten,they do not do quality control they don’t inspect anything before it leaves, don’t buy from them !!!!!! Every batch no matter what we get it always has something rotten or molded if I could I wouldn’t give them even 1 star 😢

I was lucky not to of received a ticket. Google maps informs theres on-site parking FYI THIS IS NOT TRUE. THERES A POSTING ON THE GUARD INDICATING Parking on the street. Anither downer is when unloaded, have to park on the street again. And to day to that, if some produce rejected go back and hopefully dock back where unloaded.Another I didnt notice lunch break schedule. All unloading stops at that time. Other than that, its okay just a much larger warehouse would be nice. Like the one in Lewisville or at least close to it./////End TRANSMISSION/////

I had an super bad experience. No one tells you anything must find out yourself by getting out and watching other drivers that has visited before. They have a buddy system in place meaning friends go first! Thats unfair . Appointment was incorrect.

Park on the street only on the north side. There was 2 police cars going around day and night.

This place the worst I ever have seen there’s no place for truck drivers and no place to park in property you have taking your truck out street on your risk and the waiting time is not considered for drivers totally it’s disaster for drivers.

9am delivery appointment, got checked in at 8 30 am, Taylor farms pulls in at 9am, he had a 7am appointment, he was in and out, they gave me a door at 11am, another truck came in right behind me, and they start unloading him first, still sitting here at 12:30, this place is terrible, definitely in need of better workers and management

Drivers don’t park on the side of the road where it says no parking, cops will give you a ticket, gave me a warning but it’s a big issue for them because of cry babies complaining about us parking there, not even to go check in just park where there’s no sign of no parking and you should be good.

Got here unload me within 2 hours but have paid lumpers .. only 10 pallets 2 hours later still haven’t counted the number of case ... this is probably why no one working it’s only 9:05 it’s not break time yet.. I was told the they fired the receiving manager.. smh

This Place is a Absolute Nightmare! Drivers Beware! I only Gave One Star because they had me in a Dock Immediately and Unloaded within a Hour! If you deliver here with a early morning appointment you gotta get here the night before! Because If you dont there will be No parking when you get there the morning of your appointment both OTR Trucks and Freshpoint Trucks are packed on the street You gotta park on the street and walk to the second guard shack Depending on which Way you Come in! They get 5 stars for shipping....Got there at 1700 for a 1800 pickup’ the only person that held me up was myself because I didn’t have my reefer precooled...once my trailer cooled, they loaded me and got me out within 30 mins and I had a full load’ I have zero complaints about this place...wonderful!UPDATE!!!!!!! Receiving is horribly slow...takes forever to get your paperwork’ I waited all morning for paperwork for 3 pallets...ridiculous!!!!

Park on the street and go to guard shark. Guard shark might forget to call you so you better check. Docks were easy to back in to....go loaded on the receiving side....easy to back. Appt time 1800....left at 2000...not so bad.

OMG forever to unloading.No bathroom for drivers that’s what security tells you. But try using dock or door25 that where driver lounge is. Security told me that she has been told to tel driver they do not have restroom for driver. Fmcsa where are you now make some laws and rules for these guys too.

Appt at 10am,its 3.59pm still waiting you have to .park in street with out getting a ticket.no bathrooms,no food places,.they need to fire manager,if you are lazy, youre workers as well in most cases.stay away. Charge more money for pain and suffering

If I could give no stars I would. TRUCK DRIVERS- you will spend all day here. All day. Hope you get paid hourly! Our appointment was at 8am, they open at 6am, so we get here at 5 am. You have to park in the street to check in (in no parking zones). At 10am we were finally given a bay. At 11am, having had no one enter our trailer, I called to see if they would be able to get to it or if we needed to close our REEFER doors (having been open for an hour now). They said yes, close your doors, we are going on our hour lunch break....At 12, we started to get unloaded. At 1245 we were told to go park back out on the street until the BOLs were taken care of, they estimated 30 minutes. At 1500/3pm we were FINALLY given our paperwork. So for our 8am appointment, we left at 3pm! Insanely inefficient!!

I recently delivered there and I parked on the no parking side, a very respectful officer walked up to my truck and told me we cant park there no more, he said to go and park across the stop sign on the same street (simonton), crossing (welch rd)

Everything I read on here that was written bad is true. I have a 9am appointment Im here at 7am. I was giving a door just before 9am. 5 hours later theyre still not done. I talked with the woman in receiving she was very nice she went out and try to see what was going on did explain that a couple people is out one day after the holiday. Other than that theres a fat security guard sitting in a booth stinking up the place with serious attitude good luck with that. Would have gave one star but the woman who did try her best in receiving gets that extra star.P.S. I just figured it out if you talk Spanish and you know the crew from Capstone then they get your stuff done quicker, everybody else wait hours and hours even to get their bills.

Worst employees ever, you walk in and they dont acknowledge you until you get their attention. If you have an appointment it doesnt matter they will get to you whenever they want. On top of that they want to charge you to unload from $39-$200. They have electric pallet jacks and it takes then you to eight hours to offload. Just today I waited an hour to get my lumper receipt!

Nothing has changed about this place in 20 years but the name.Outside delivery trucks are made to wait well beyond appointment times,theres nothing on site to eat,trucks are lined up and down the street where it is not enough room for to commercial vehicles to pass each other with one stopping, along with the cars speeding up and down the street.

Lumper employees left for the day without giving me BOL and lumper receipt while I am waiting in my truck on the dock-door. This couldnt get any worse.
