This company is my HERO. I called mid-morning today with an emergency pick-up needed from a large trucking terminal to a downtown Dallas event. They responded to my request ASAP, provided a more than fair quote, and to top it off..... DELIVERED MY PRODUCT EARLY. I cannot express my grattitude enough for what they did for me today. This is a very well run and efficient company; complete with on-line tracking for those of us that are in very tight spots :)

Because of poor planning on my part for available loaders, what started as a routine p/u and delivery looked like we might have to cancel. However, the driver came up with PLAN B, which worked to perfection and we were able to complete the movement of our new WW II aircraft Link Trainer to our museum in Terrell. They were very nice people, but very slow 🐌 on getting started to unload the truck . That made it unable to book any loads out that day. Bad business for a truck sitting all day!

I am located in Canada and had shipped an order to a customer but they had given us the wrong delivery address. It was a large heavy crate and although it was delivered to a well known courier, they did not have the capabilities of transferring it the 9.4 miles to the correct location. I contacted several courier companies in Dallas area that provided same day truck deliveries but Eagle Express/Dallas Courier was the only one that responded in a timely manner. Not only were they able to provide timely service but Ryan May and Wayne Chancey were amazing to deal with. Very friendly, very helpful and Ryan stayed late to get the details entered. Stellar service and I will definitely use them again if I have a situation arise in the Dallas area.

Great experience. Driver was a few minutes early and called with an ETA. He was super helpful, secured all the equipment well, and did the heavy lifting. I would use Eagle again for hauling large stuff around the DFW metroplex.

Eagle Express bailed my customer out of a very serious situation by responding quickly, adapting to a change in address and delivered the product on time to my customer! Great work environment

I work for a construction company out of Austin, we were in a pinch and missing materials / it was very last minute. Eagle express came thru quickly and affordably and delivered our material from pick up location to jobsite in a flash!

Used them for years for some important stuff. They handle all our routine stuff like it is VIP and the VIP stuff gets handled better than that. They even did Frisco to downtown Dallas for us on a had-to-have-it-right-now order without out any questions.

Unfortunately I did not receive 5 Star service like the rest of these reviews. I ordered 2hr service from Las Collinas to Downtown Dallas and found out that my driver was rerouted for another pickup after my order was picked up. Looks like he will be about an hour late on my delivery. Unprofessional and unacceptable and the recover offer was $5 off my charge. I was not even notified that my delivery was delayed. I had to call repeatedly to check on the driver.
