First time going to this location. Wish I had checked reviews before I went. Got there at 9:03 on my Monday and they were closed. Took train all way from Allen for nothing.

The app says closes at 10pm on Wednesday. I got there at 9:05 and they were closed. Long train ride for nothing 😜. Update google places please.

The most unprofessional, discourteous business I have ever encountered. The corporate office employees are allowed to disrespect and be blatantly rude to businesses trying to do business with them. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs! They should be shut down.

Customer service was poor. Shermaine was Rude, making comments like I caint wait to be off tomorrow .& I wanna leave already n why is there people while attending me.

Doesnt buy near as many gift cards for cash as they claim.
