I came in on a Sunday to get my car washed. Julian was there and he was quick to help me. They were pretty busy and I didn’t buy a real expensive wash so I thought once I was done I would just roll out. Nope, they flagged me down and hand dried my car and polished my wheels. This was with a pretty basic car wash! I was amazed. I had recently gotten some scratches on my car and Julian told me he could probably get them buffed out! And he did. I was very impressed with the quality and service provided here! They are very close to my house and are now my go to car wash!
I wish I lived closer to this place! Amazing customer service and awesome detail inside and out. I usually bring in my truck. I have German Shepard’s and the last couple of times it has been covered in the dogs hair. (Sorry!) They have a great attention to detail and my truck always looks brand new coming out!
Did a great job couldn’t get out some of the stains so he didn’t charge me full amount, couldn’t be happier.

I will never go to this car wash again. My husband and I just moved to Dallas Texas from Florida and we were looking for a nice car wash where we can get our cars washed and detailed. Initially, the guy in charge who was helping me seemed to be really nice at first. However, he then told me that they are not detailing cars or vacuuming them out themselves that day. He said the only service that they are providing is the exterior wash and I can vacuum the inside of my car myself using their vacuums. Well, I was absolutely ok with that until the car that pulled up behind me got an exterior wash just like me, but the owner and his staff proceeds to vacuum and clean out this lady’s car. It was about 3 of them working on her car. I was just standing there confused like, I thought he just said that they will not be vacuuming out cars themselves today. I guess my car was not classy enough to get the full value of their service. I have a 2017 vehicle, but maybe I needed to have a BMW or Mercedes to get their All Star service. It’s unfortunate, I had really high hopes for this place because of their reviews. But my personal experience fell short of those reviews. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.

This place does such an incredible job. My boyfriend and I happened to stop by for a car wash after reading good reviews and they really do it justice. We chose the bronze package which included an interior and exterior clean. Jayden did such an amazing job cleaning and vacuuming every nook and cranny. He even asked us to look over the car for any spots he may have missed. You can tell this place really cares about their customers and it’ll be our place for car washes from now on! 😊 10/10 would recommend!
Today I went to AllStar car wash and I must say that I was truly impressed.the way the lady Hillary was bouncing around from car to car trying to keep everything going as well as running the front office and clearly explaining to me how everything ran and work I had to get the Platinum package I was glad my friend told me about this spot.she clearly allows you to see how this is the best option for you how you can sit back in the air conditioner and watch your car being done with real good service. Hillarys truly an Allstar thats the type of service that you like to get. So again thanks to all Star and thank u Hillary for youre amazing customer, service😀😀😀👍. Rodrick

Listeeeeeeen if you pay for the “Gold” package you’ll get gold plated!!! The ONLY service I received out of this package was them hand drying my vehicle!!! I had to go back in a vacuum, wipe down everything and whatever else a detailer does!!! Ugh I’m soooo aggravated it’s not even funny!! I absolutely HATE the experience and will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Affordable car washes with towel dry service. Have pulled up right at closing and still given the same service which was appreciated because my car was dirty and as an Uber driver I wouldve had to go elsewhere to get it cleaned up and pay again. I pay for the unlimited - worth it.
This place is AWESOME! I go here at least once a month where they hand wash my car (interior and exterior) for less than $45 total. Amazing customer service.
The new car wash did a great job of cleaning my car and the ladies working there are very friendly. They also did a good job of shining my rims and hand drying my car. (Platinum package, 2 washes for $14)

Overprice for quality of service provided, paid for wheel cleaning and dressing. Mud on tires didnt even come off. Roadkill on front of grill still stuck. Would not recommend.
Had my first detail here and brought two other cars to have detailed. All 3 are high end BMWs. Astonishing work. Any complaints from the complainers are irrelevant and unnecessary...and Im a stickler for good service and value. The minor deficiencies they experienced are easily rectified by pointing out what exactly is needed IN ADVANCE and Allstar will perform accordingly. THAT is service. They cant read your mind people. Go elsewhere if you simply want to float expectations without precise discussion...and good luck with that in life.
I asked for a gold wash - attendant placed receipt on my dash so I did not look at it until I was long done and down the road. He charged me for a platinum. The dryers dont dry the car. Better places for the same price.

Worst service ever. We took our truck and the soup was all over and when we told the service they didnt k ow what to do when finally they said they would wash it again with the pressure washer. The Pressure washer was not working after 10 mn waiting, they told us they would pour water on the truck, whe. Finally they came in with the water, the truck was already dry and the girl.came in and ask where we want to take the soup from!!. When the last person we talk to saw it!. Why wasting time like this with the people. Such a horrible experience.

Visited on Saturday because of long waits at surround area car washes. As much as Id like to give a good review, they did a poor job cleaning the interior of my car. Spilled drink on passenger seat was still there afterwards and Im pretty sure that they half-heartedly wiped the interior trim. Great location, bad service.
The worst ever. My car not clean and they didnt clean my tires. I willl not ever come again nor recommend anyone to this place.
