Expert representation and deep experience. Ive been working with Erin Bonner, one of the principals of this company for about 15 years. She brokered one purchase, and helped me evaluate a number of other deals. Shes well connected, and is unafraid to call experts for added insight. If youre buying, these guys can help you see things from a new perspective, so you can make better decisions (including a decision to walk away), or at least improve your negotiating position. If youre selling, they can help you prepare financials and walk you through the process. Brokers work on commission, but I sometimes pay them by the hour when the seller does not have a broker.

Don did not respond to request for information on one of his listings and when I called him he was very unprofessional and disrespecful. I cannot speak to their expertise but when you dont treat others with respect, you will only go so far.
