Job is a massive pyramid scheme and incredibly misleading about what they offer. 80-90 hour work weeks, 100% commission while you try to go door to door and sell 2nd rate products to people. They proclaim an opportunity to own your office but youre never a true owner of anything other than a title. Youll still be expected to go door to door and then provide, out of your pocket, for expenses. Use critical thinking when doing an interview here. They will take advantage of younger, inexperienced people because they dont know any better. Theres a reason you dont see people over 25 in there and its not because they cant handle the business. Everybody wants financial freedom and ability to own their business, but this place will only make you distant from family and loved ones for a false opportunity. Credico, smart circle all run these small shops and are the real owners in this system. Be cautious

Great experience with all the staff from front desk to management. They were very hands on with the project that I needed back end support on. They are available 24/7 if hired and their customer service in particular goes above and beyond what is asked. Price is also very reasonable if you are a start up company. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, quick response to any questions I had. Whether that was through email or phone. Understand they have 2 main lines so if you dont get through to one the other will answer. So great communication. No complaints!

Great experience with their client relations and account executives. I had issues reaching a certain demographic area in the metroplex and they helped me reach them with their direct approach. Thankful that I was able to also get it reasonably priced and also saw results within 3 1/2 months. Sometimes small business owners like us need some help and dds will do that for you.

Fast response time, very polite and they pay very close attention to what you want and need from them. They dont try to upsell you on their products which is fantastic since you wont have to deal with annoying sales people. The account management team was very understanding when I has asked them to make some changes to my order. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend!

They certainly do try to help you with your business and do a good job with making referrals to people that can support you. I guess my only complaint would be that there arent as many resources as you might need and sometimes theres a little bit of heavy or focus on getting funding or sponsorship for your business or taking out a loan when what really is the best focuses is how to start the Business without all that financial entanglement. But I certainly understand business is based on money and for a lot of businesses without the money you dont get started. It would be nice to see a lot of energy put into launching the business with as little money as possible. I still suggest using them though because theyre the best resource around.

Great service. As small law firm, we want to put our name out there. DDS gave as fast response and plan out everything for us. It’s really great experience to speak with the management team too. They are super detail oriented and tell me exactly what we need to improve. We decide to have a long relationship with them.

Quick and efficient service- when i first approached the team with my company I immediately felt at ease. The customer service division is one of my favorites- as they took my clients into respect and gave them the best level of support. I never had to reach back out to them to ask them to do anything differently, I was very impressed with how quickly they got each project done. From there the management was great when it came to keeping me in the loop and noticing me with any changes in direction. I plan to come back to present a few more clients with the new season!

Sometimes, I genuinely feel like being employed at DDS has been like winning the lottery. I get to work with some incredible clients, and very supportive coworkers in a well designed program every week. My supervisors are supportive and personable, and I always feel confident that my coworkers will be there for me when I need them most. I work in the sourcing industry which often means I am traveling around the world looking for better material, prices, etc. I needed an online platform that could effectively integrate with my preexisting software in real time. Not only did I task them with a tough project but they delivered an outstanding result under a pretty rough deadline. ( I needed the project completed in two months while some of the first quotes I was given by competitors were SIX MONTHS!) This team was easy to reach and often patient with me during our creative collaboration. The only reason was that they finished the job 3% over their budget. I Would give them a 4.9 if possible.

LOVE THEIR EVENTS TEAM! I expanded my business from San Francisco because of my family. Events is a big part of my business, and I was used to that Californian style. Since moved here, I have been looking for events support. Apparently, corporate events is not as big and fancy as when I was in California, so not many business in DFW will actually go all the way out to invest and develop their events team. I tried two places before I reached out to Dynamic Dallas. Believe it or not, I heard about them from a guy I met in Starbucks. Thanks Jason. Anyway, their team is amazing. All staff there are really nice. The coordinators have great communication skills. I know not everything can go perfectly but they always let me know right away when something might go not as planned. They are efficient and seems to have a solid network. They got me two quality gigs in a week. Even the coordinator in training was knowledgable on terminology (I had a intern/trainee for my second event, she was as good as her mentor.) Plus they never late for any of events we had so far. Of Course what they ask for is definitely higher than other business management or events companies, but for sure lower than I was paying for in California. All worth it. Also I heard they have offices in both coasts. Really appreciate everything they have done for me, and I highly recommend them to any small business because you know you cannot manage everything by yourself sometimes.

THE SERVICE!!!I wouldve definitely done 5 stars, however, I had issues with customer service a couple times but they did make it up by the end results .My dads company has been in the DFW area going on about 20 years now and with the times changing it has been hard to keep up with technology and getting new customers.Dynamic has definitely helped us increase our profit margins from 40-50% back up to 70-80% in as little as 6 months. Im blown away by the results and although I did have some issues with their CS division they definitely made it up by how quickly they turned around our business.I highly suggest this company especially if youre looking for a quick turnaround. The managers in the graphics department help you out in regards to which demographic you are trying to reach. It can be a bit pricy but it is worth it.

Im so thankful that dallas solutions was able to help me with what I needed in regards to the age group of clients I was aiming for. The staff is super thorough in how they were going to get the job done and they even gave me an end date as to when i would start seeing results.Only because it was a bit pricy did I not give it 5 stars. If you guys can lower your prices I think that would be great and so much better for all of us but other than that if you can handle their fees, I definitely recommend them to anyone!
