They helped with a reasonable quote, helped us choose our roofing material, colors,and provided us with reliable estimates. The roof crew worked quickly but did a fabulous job. Again, we are very pleased with our new roof! I would definitely recommend Storm Chasers to my friends & family!

Im a bit disappointed because its been more than a month and my roofing project has not began.They had no problem in cashing the insurance check from day 1 but still have not been to my residency in weeks. There is definitely a lack of professionalism and communication in the company. I will update my review once they, hopefully, began working on my mothers roof. * My mother is Juana Ponce. You know her because she has a contract with you guys and you have cashed the check but have not started on our house. My mother signed the contract on 7-23-2018.UPDATE: After a few negligences from the company, everything was sorted out. Immediately after my review, the company rapidly and efficiently worked on my mothers roof. My mother is immensely happy and satisfied with the work provided. Thank you Jordan for quickly taking care of this situation and ending it on a positive note.

My parents were supposed to have their roof redone on January 28th however due to issues on the company’s side that did not happen. (We were told the dump truck they use broke down) After calling everyday for a week to reschedule we finally got in touch with the company and were told we would be put as a priority and that they just needed to get in contact with their roofing team to find when the best time for them to come would be. My father, Frank Maceda Jr., has been waiting for more info ever since then and has called a few more times to get in touch with the company only to be sent to voicemail. It has now been over two weeks since we were last in contact with the company and still no word on when our roof might get done. We are definitely disappointed in the lack of communication we have been receiving from this company.

Ive had soooo much trouble getting my roof repaired. Several years ago we had over quarter sized hail. A salesman walked up while I was fixing my pickup and said he could handle everything for me. He met with the adjuster and they looked at the roof while I was at work. A week or two later I got the letter from insurance approving exactly the amount of my deductible at the time. I mean, to the cent. Back then my deductible was something like $1943.75. Obviously something went wrong between the salesman and the inspector. I was disgusted and left it damaged. Since then we had more hail. This time I used a website with recommended contractors. He came and made a contract. He met with the inspector and my claim was denied. I protested and they sent another inspector and denied again. I gave up. Then Javier was in the neighborhood and contacted my wife. This time she signed the contract and I thought its never gonna happen. Javier explained its all about how you treat the inspectors and being professional. I got an approval and checks. Wooooohoooo!!!!!! New roof and way better materials used than the original roof. Looks sharp! I am so happy. The roof problem has been festering in the back of my mind for years. Totally recommend them.
