Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

The plumber was able to get to us very promptly. He was very hard working, and thorough. I was given a possible price for the service and that is what it cost. Convenient to pay with a card. We are extremely happy with this company. Will definitely use them again.

I called to get an estimate on the repair for the leak underneath my homes foundation, but was told by John that I needed to have it located first. So I had one of them come out to locate it and was given a price and the location was deducted. They were very professional and offered a warranty which was awesome. I will be calling for any future plumbing issues.

This company got me back in motion big time. They were professional, quick, punctual and even offer a 3 year warranty with their quote. Way cheaper than every other company I called and even some individuals through word of ml ouhh that I asked. A water line under my house broke not only did they fix it- they offered me a few different ways to go about it so I had options to choose from for the repair. They didnt overcharge my card either. Would recommend to anybody!

Called Texas slab leak repair and they gave me a free quote over the phone. I got a few mor . Ut decided to go with these guys cause they had the longest warranty. They found the leak exactly where they said it was. Did the job the same day. Great guys and very respectful thanks Hug .

Great company, only place I called that was legitimately open 24 hours a day for emergency slab leak repairs! They were reasonable w/ the price which is always great. They made it out to give me a quote less than an hour after I called, would have no problem recommending these guys to friends and family.

Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a ya get what you pay for mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those necessary charges. Going w TSLR from now on. Keep up the good work!

I had a leak which i didn´t know where it was coming from, this guys walked me through finding out if it was a slab leak which it was, then they came out to locate it and gave me a bid to repair it which was the best one compared to the other companies i called, so i called them back to repair it, great job they did completing it that same day. Strongly recommend this company.

I had a leak underneath my foundation I had water every were in my kitchen I am a single mother so I had no Clou what to do so I called a lot of pluming companies no buddy could help as good as texas slab leak repair they could answer my question directly over the phone and in less then an hour I had the plumer in my house repairing everything thank you so much you did a great job I am glad I called you guys !!!

Worst ever from $75 to come out to check for a leak and charge me $250 and the leak still there. They send out a company name Senor Rooter, the guy not saying much and walking around my property than say it not plumbing issue and charge $250 for it.

Dont buy into these false reviews. This company will rip you off. They sent out their creepy master plumber who investigated our house for potential slab leaks. Before he said hi or anything he jumped out of his van with clipboard and the pricing sheet. He asked me what I was quoted but before I could finish speaking he cut me off with a higher priced quote saying this is what they normally are... red flag # 1.Prior to the plumber coming out I mentioned on the call that my water meter was spinning, so when he got here we checked it again. When he saw the cog slowly spinning he quickly jumped to conclusions and said yup, you definitely have a slab leak.. Red flag #2He comes inside, I proceed to show him the areas I was concerned about. He tracks mud all over my floors and has food from lunch still smudged on his face. Thats fine.. I can get over that as long as my problem is diagnosed.His diagnostic procedures consist of him taking out a plumbers stethoscope as his main/only tool to locate a slab leak. For the next hour and half, i hear this loud CLANK every 15 seconds as the guy literally drops these 5 lb weighted blocks on my hardwood floor to locate the leak. Really, is that necessary?So the guy is positive he located a leak in two spots, off the cold water line, on the other side of the house, away from the problem areas I initially pointed out. So I bring up the original spots and ask what they could be and he says.. oh, 90% a sewer leak. WELL, OK.. why the heck didnt you say that from the beginning? He then writes up an extremely laughable quote to fix the leak he found. This guy was a nightmare.. he even joked about how I should just sell my house I just purchased because of all these leaks. I literally signed the check so the guy would shut up and leave.I called American Leak Detection and scheduled and an appoint a week later. Not only were the 100% more professional, their equipment and procedures were 100% precise. ALD charged me about the same for an accurate slab leak detection and sewer leak detection. The best part, the ALD plumber found the actual leak in a completely different spot and I do not have a sewer leak.In summary. Dont use these guys. Theyre scam artists. Theres a reason their business location on Google is a rundown apartment complex. Learn from my mistake.

I have a rental property in Dallas in the winter storm came in and caused a leak under my foundation these guys came out in the middle of the night located where the leak was at and the next day we had it fixed with them thank you very much you’ve helped me out so much I highly recommend these amazing plumbers
