Poor customer service. I took my son for a haircut today I know cutting a little kids hair can be challenging The Barber did the best that he could. That being said I felt it was rushed. When he noticed his shop got really busy he said thats it Im done Hed kept telling me to go to a place in Salem that Is specializes in kids If he was not up for the task be more upfront. my advice would be Be more of the front with your customers And not so rude especially when they are paying there hard earned money for service. Its called customer service for a reason

Matt has been cutting my 9 year old sons hair for a couple of years now. My son always goes in by himself and enjoys being one of the guys. I never know what haircut he’s going to come out with but it always looks great and receives tons of compliments. Thanks Matt!

Matts a great barber and has a super laid back feel in his shop. Greets everyone who walks in as if he has known them forever. Definitely would recommend this old time feel shop!

Had to wait a bit, but it was obvious he had a lot of repeat customers. Always a good sign. He did well for me.

Today was my first visit. There were four customers ahead of me, but the conversation was lively, and in very little time it was my turn. The barber asked me how I wanted my hair cut so I told him. He asked me what I did and we discussed Santa experiences. Before you know it he was done, and I looked great if I do say so myself!

Only 1 person ahead of me when I came in, so it didnt take too long to actually get in the chair.Conversation was good, haircut came out great and was priced really well. No complaints.Great place to go if you have a weak chin.

Solid haircuts; been here a couple times. The barber can be a little rough (socially), but many people enjoy his sense of humor and atmosphere he offers.The shop itself has a strong barbershop-vibe (shocker!), and the barber is always ready to talk sports. This is a good place for guys to be guys.

Nice old school barber shop! I got a great hair cut for only 13 bucks. I have always had a hard time getting a good hair cut but this guy is very experienced and knows what he is doing. Definitely gonna be a regular.

Great Service, even better haircuts!!! Matt really knows how to give a haircut. He did both my boys (one is 16 months and was screaming the whole time) and their hair looks the best it ever has. If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. I have a Male type haircut and went in to get it touched up he greeted me and my fiance very coldly and when my fiance said he was not getting a cut he was recieved with we dont accept loitering here we tried to shake it off as a joke but this guy was so terribly rude and very open to the other men in this shop about it and whoever walked in that they had a loiterer. Terrible customer service I left before he even touched me and Im glad I did.

Went in for the first time to see about a cut and was told it would be an hour. Asked if I should come back and was told he cant save spots so I asked if I needed to sit and wait for an hour. Barber rudely told me I needed to wait there because thats how barber shops work, sorry if it inconveniences you. Then he completely ignored me as I tried to explain that I wasnt inconvienced, just new there and didnt know how things worked. Left almost in tears and I wont be back if thats how barber shops work. So disappointed. :(

I highly recommend this barber shop, the guys a wizard with his scissors got me trimmed up n lookin fresh. This dude is the Lebron James of cutting hair.

He does not really listen to how you want your hair cut. Then when he was finished and I commented it was not was I wanted, he said I gave him no direction. I have not been back to this barber.
