Had a fender bender in Dallas on a road trip last night. This place was was open early on a Saturday. They secured my bumper to get us home safely. He checked out the car to ensure alignment, tire condition, light, fender etc wasn’t going to be an issue for the remaining 4 hours of our trip. He kindly answered questions, topped us off with a quart of oil and charged me next to nothing for EXCELLENT service. I tipped same amount he charged me and he earned every dime :) Knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and very fast!

This guy is very knowledgeable and fair. And he doesnt try to cheat you. If anything he is more fair to you than he is to himself. Ive had business and personal interactions with Tribe they are highly recommended.

We are Tribe Automotives neighbor at the East Park Shopping Center, his window is facing our side and got broken couple times, all the broken glass fell into our parking lot created safety hazard to our tenants, customers and taken up parking lot spaces. I called this shop on 5-21-2020 to clean up the broken glass, he hand up on me, when I call back the phone ring and ring, no pick up. Please be ethical and treat your neighbor friendly. When you at this business, you will see the broken glass.

This automotive shop will be the only place I take my cars for years to come. The vehicle I had serviced and repaired was in very bad shape. TRIBE AUTOMOTIVE took great care of my old bucket of bolts. I was charged a more than fair price and the work was done over night. It was simply magic. These guys are the real deal!!!! No scams, no hustle just a good mechanic flat out. 🖐👍😊

On 5/8/2019 the windshield wipers stopped working. They told me it was a wiring issue...I paid 160.00... on Thursday june 6th they stopped working again. I stopped by their office on Saturday june 15th. Not arriving at a comfortable comprise I took my car to the mechanic I normally use, and wished I had waited for the rain to let up so I could have drove to someone I trustee.The mechanic discovered that the original wiring hadnt been changed, and actually the track popped out and their guess they popped it back in and charged me for wiring...My mechanic said he could pop thr tracker back in, but couldnt tell me how long it would last and couldnt charge me for the service only if he had been wiring or replace the motor which he suggested...replacement to fix issue...Tribe automotive popped in the tracker back in and it didnt last on the next heavy rain fall. Three wipes and it popped.I was charged 160.00 for wiring...and was there from about 10.00.am till 4pm...They said they would rewire for free, but it wasnt the issue...So glad I decided to take it elsewhere...Be aware ...Reporting to better business buerueu and taking to small claims...

I was looking for a mechanic for not only my personal car but one for a lifetime. We did some research in the local area and found Tribe Auto. I read the reviews on Google and took a chance and visited them. Adam was friendly and I honestly felt like family. He is an honest man and his team took care of my car with an affordable price. They test drive my car to let me know if it was ready or if it neended an extra part (that they covered for). I picked up my car today and couldnt be more happier.
