Very very poor work went they alot of times after someone took the catalytic converter off my truck and hes said can fix it and off and on went past 4 months trying to fix it. Poor Attitude

Ive found the guys at Jakes Garage to be honest, knowledgeable, and personable. They get the work done on time and they get it done correctly. Theyve exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions with their customer centric approach. For example, the cost of my last oil change was actually lower than initially quoted because the price in oil had dropped in the interim. Jakes is and will be my mechanic for the foreseeable future and I highly recommend them.

This is the place! Samual was great to work with. He took the time to show me what was wrong and encouraged us to do some research and ask questions. I absolutely appreciate that! He went above and beyond. Honest, knowledgeable, prices are comparable and job was complete on time. I can get in my car with the kiddos and feel confident the issues are taken care of properly. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars here in the future.

I have been taking my car to Jakes for over 3 years now. I have ALWAYS found Eric to be very reasonable. He is a true mechanic that knows cars. He will point out the problems that my car has and then tell me what absolutely needs to be taken care of. He is not a shyster and I have had no problems with him. I have recommended him to people that I work with and I would recommend him to anyone that needs to an actual car guy to work on their cars.

I am a student with a beater car and was very concerned when I found out I needed exhaust work done. I called Jake, got my car in the same day, and he went straight to the problem and didnt charge an arm and a leg. Not only was it affordable, but Jake seems practical and down-to-earth, and certainly knows what hes doing. I am beyond impressed with the work. Oh, and theres popcorn and a Keurig machine in the lobby!

This garage provides excellent customer service and they are always willing to try to and accommodate my needs. I have taken multiple vehicles to them and have always been satisfied.

Horrible customer service I have ever had! The gentleman was hostile,refused to correct his supposed allignment which did nothing to solve the issue then profiled me as to using a side street mechanic unless he is how dare he assume anything ! When a service does NOT correct their mistake after paying and assumes Im white trash,time to report to BBB. Dont ever make this mistake,he will rip you off then claim some street mechanic did the work when he did. Aweful,worst experience and conversation to date,cut me off on phone numerous times! Put this guys out of business,they only care about your money,not your saftey! Two thumbs down for his explicit profiling of a very unhappy customer whim he refused to correct! Boo.

I will only have my vehicles serviced at Jakes Garage!! The mechanics are the best!! I have owned several vehicles over the past 25+ years and have been to too many shops and have found Jakes Garage is by far the best in the Willamette Valley.
