I love me some State Farm! We were out of town in nowheresville Arkansas and I didn’t have a current copy of my coverage on my car... called the 800 # and had it via email within seconds! The rep even stayed on the call to be sure I got the email ok. How nice!!!And a few weeks ago when part of my family was in an accident, even though SF wasn’t involved, you offered your assistance with anything we may need - it speaks to the level of care, compassion and professionalism of SF and your office. I absolutely love this office! I am not one who would normally write a review, especially a review about a insurance company...that alone is a testament to their service. As my wife and I continue to Adult, we are constantly reaching out to her team with questions about adding coverage to our plans. Auto, home insurance, new construction insurance...everything. They are always on the ball. They always know who you are when you call, and their level of professionalism and attention to detail is amazing.Special shout out to Christina in this office(hope she reads this)! Seems like I always speak to her when I call. She always answers my questions superbly and helps me understand everything that I pay for and why.Paying insurance for everything sucks, but dealing with great people who work very hard to get you the best/most affordable premiums certainly makes it better. No one wants to have an insurance claim. Its not fun, but having a good agent partner makes it a little less painful. Christina @ Jennifer Wilcox saved the day -- and probably my business with her take charge effort to resolve what had been an especially frustrating experience with the Claim Specialist. Its not easy for an Agents office to be put in the middle when a claim goes south and Christina handled mine like a champ and even when I lost my cool... she didnt. I really appreciate the work she did on my behalf.

Great experience! I just moved from Arkansas to Dallas, TX and was already with State Farm but I had to switch over to the state of Texas. I was nervous about how the process would be until I walked in. From the moment I walked into the door to the follow up after all was done, I felt very comfortable and at ease with the process. Very friendly & knowledgeable people here. This is the agent you need if you are with State Farm or interested in switching insurance companies. I even got renters insurance added at a very cheap price. Love these people! :)

The June 9th storm that blew up near White Rock Lake left my new Lincoln Nautilus with many hail dents. Jennifer Wilcox filed the claim. Within a week, State Farm adjusters thoroughly reviewed the damage, wrote an estimate and wrote me a check. The dealership found additional damage during repair. They forwarded the information to State Farm adjusters and it was promptly handled.

So far have had a great experience with Jennifer Wilcox and her team (Ivanna has been fantastic to work with). We just purchased a new home in the Dallas/Lake Highlands area and with all the activities that need to be taken care of, the Homeowners Insurance was a breeze with Jennifers office - great communication, clear explanation of the plans and everything was done in a timely manner. Would hesitate to recommend.

I’ve never had a problem Jen that works here. I’m a blunt person and I want you to give me a blunt answer. Edith Martinez is the worst auto insurance agent I’ve ever and I leterally me EVER encountered. She’s been rude through email,phone, etc. she holds this great team back by a lot and I mean a serious amount. If you don’t like your job leave, if you have personal problem leave them at the door.

I have received outstanding customer service. I am not an organized person. Christina Hargrove, who works at theJennifer Wilcox has always cheerfully and immediately faxed over to the tax assessor’s office proof of insurance when I needed it for a new (or expired— As I mentioned, I’m disorganized) vehicle registration. She’s explained ways I could save money while I’m abroad and my vehicles aren’t being driven and (repeatedly) emailed and followed up with me in order to receive the documents needed for this to happen (on multiple occasions). I have insured boats, campers, vehicles, and homeowners’ through their office, and throughout, I have received impeccable, professional, cheerful, and courteous (Have i mentioned patient?) customer service for many years and I have yet to set foot in their office. When claims have occurred, State Farm handled them very well. If everyone managed their business in the same way it sure would make my life much easier!

Horrible customer service with extremely sketchy policies. These policies are charging a ton to cover literally nothing. Whats the point of having coverage for rental cars if they wont cover a flat tire on a rental car or the tow service? Then what is the purpose of the rental car coverage? Yet, I am being charged a ridiculous amount for a car I barely even drive (they know this and yet claim that it cant be reduced). They accepted payment on a homeowner policy that underwriting refused (there is no reason for this to have refused). How can they accept the payment then?

I switched to this office from a different State Farm agent. Since I have switched the team over a Jennifers office have been incredibly helpful. They have restored my faith in State Farm and I am incredibly happy to have made the switch. Definitely reccomend!!!!

I called Jennifer after a terrible customer service glitch with my previous insurance company. Jennifers office as able to reinstate our State Farm Insurance policy from a few years ago and gave us some great discounts. But what I loved most was that they really answered all my questions and gave us things to think about when choosing insurance for our home and auto.
