Car has been in the shop for 3 months, the rental was up in 30 days, havent had the best communication with Allstate or the body shop. Parts are on B/O and they dont have an ETA on when they will be in. Just so they can save a little money, they should have did a better job researching were they are getting there parts.

If I could do 0 stars i would ....To be an Allstate employee this guy is the worst, you would think Allstate would have some sort of check system with its local office... it wasn’t Allstate that lost my business of 6 vehicles... it was Hugo and his staff at this office who made that happen .... good thing there’s plenty of insurance companies out there....lol

Horrible customer service I tried to cancel my auto insurance due to the fact that I sold my car back in October and they call me in November 2018 to confirm I cancelled my auto insurance and changed my address. Confirm really? Girls at office started talking over u and transfering your call. Go somewhere that they have professional staff. If you call Allstste they make you call the Agent. Yes I got taken advantage of but I will never purchase any type of policy from them again.
