Very poor communication. Allow policies to come within days of lapsing before contacting clients. Will not send loss-runs when requested either. Loss-runs are necessary when seeking quotes from other carriers, so is this their customer retention strategy?

Coverica never sent me a letter why my auto and home insurance went up annually. I then try to call my agent Cristina, she never replied to my voice mail or text. I cancel both of my insurance policy on July 19. I finally received an email telling me it was canceled on August 12th. I have been trying all day to talk with someone there has been no response. My morgage paid out 2 insurance policy now it has hit my escrow that I owe this money when Coverica will not send the check to cover this. Horrible Horrible experience,

This was by far the easiest insurance comparison experience! I was wasting too much time trying to compare insurances and find a cheaper price with the same coverage on my own. Anson Yuhas emailed me when I inquired about plans. He was able to pull together options for both home and auto very quickly CoVerica automatically shops for a better price if for some reason your coverage cost goes up by 20% or more with your provider. I was referred to CoVerica by my mortgage broker and was initially recommended a series of 3 carriers to cover my new home. I spoke with the agent at length well in advance of my closing and he promoted the features of a high end policy, which also necessitated additional policies for overall discounts. I relied on his advice and expertise that this was the best choice and value based upon the premium options. We proceeded until two days prior to my purchase was scheduled to close whereas I was notified of increased premiums based upon conditions not previously discussed. Not willing to accept an~30% increase, I was left back at square one in searching for alternate options. Complaints to the agency were responded with very little remedy with respect to viable options and adequate policy comparisons. As a result I spent much added time with additional agents discussing new policies in a rush to complete prior to my closing. Overall I found the tone of the agency to be very cavalier and not customer focused.
