Horrible experience. I understood this as an acceptance to my offer, but was laughed at (he literally told he was laughing at me) when I called to tell him I was on my way from Oklahoma. I’m really glad I didn’t make the drive to Dallas. Take your business elsewhere. Apparently they think it’s funny to waste your time.

Checked out an equinox today. Drove all the way from Denton. Description on car gurus says serviced and very well taken care of. We started the vehicle and the engine knocked but went away. I accelerated it to 1500 rpm and the engine knock was prevalent. Total waste of time. The salesman didnt even act surprised or apologize for the shape the vehicle was in. Says a lot about the company. BUYER BEWARE

I found this car lot by luck, they have good cars and their service is great! I will recommend this lot for people who are getting a car for sale. You have an option to finance thru your bank or company of choice. I did cash.. It was honest and simple service.

Looking for a high quality auto body shop with affordable prices? Seriously, stop searching. European Automotive Center is the most professional and courteous one around. Sam, the owner, is a fabulous human being to deal with, and his employees are the best at their job (they definitely know what they are doing). They took great care in dealing with the insurance company to get my car repaired properly! Avoiding the short cuts which results in a re-repair. I never expected the car to be as clean as they gave it back to me. I definitely recommend these people because obviously they are doing everything right. And dont worry about the cost, Sam will work it out somehow that both side leave his shop satisfied.

Well where do i begin with all thats happening got my truck delivered noticed that the coolant was extremely low so i added more coolant drove a week low coolant light popped on take in mind that when you buy a car or truck things will go wrong however here is the perfect example my truck It was delivered on june 13 2021 its july 8 2021During this time Ive ran into a major issue talking to the people they where very responsive to me for the most part but when i bought it they said there was nothing wrong it it drives great etc it drives fine today july 8 2021 headed to work it over heated an the diagnostic was they came to the concussion that the head gasket was bad
