Customer service and a quality product is very important to me. What a great experience I recently received at Chacho’s Electric Auto Repair. I thought my started was going bad on my 2011 Buick Enclave so I called Chacho and explained what was happening and he asked me to bring it in. Also, hot air was blowing out of the driver’s side. He confirmed that I needed a starter and quoted the price, which was reasonable. He replaced the starter, the actuator for the hot air and while the technician “Jr.” was working on my Enclave he discovered that the motor mount was busted and he replaced it and added freon. Those were items I didn’t know my vehicle needed. The turnaround time was outstanding, the price was equally reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. I have used Chacho’s in the past and will used them in the future. If you want quality work, a great customer service and a good price then Chacho’s Electric Auto Repair is the placed to go. I feel like I have a new vehicle! Awesome job!

Chacho is an outstanding person! Him and his team were timely, fair and honest!! They give a good fair price and show you what the issues are with the car so you know they’re telling the truth. I won’t take my car anywhere else! This is THE place to go for all car repairs!

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. He didnt let me finish explaining what the issue was but was quick to take my money. He didnt fix the issue. I brought the car to them 3 different occasions because they were either too busy or suggested I didnt come in the morning. The owner suggested he told me to come at 7 when Google doesnt even advertise them opening at that time. He was clearly lying. Dont waste your time with these guys.

My car ran hot in traffic early in the morning headed to work. I called Chacho and he came got my car, diagnosed that a hose was busted, found the part, put it on and made sure my car was ready to go. all this in a matter of no longer than an hour. He was very friendly and professional, the whole staff was very attentive. Im telling you, if you need a mechanic, chose Chacho he was the best.. And there prices are very fair. Great job guys

Had a problem with an electrical component of my A/C compressor. Called Chacho and he immediately made a video call showing me possible replacement parts that could fit what I was looking for, he was very patient and friendly. Took the car in and 15 minutes later it was done and everything was working as it was supposed to. 100% recommended, I will definitely be taking my car there again if I need to.

I was referred to Chacos by a mechanic on Ewing Av who didnt have the tools to repair my car. I knew when I went they were going to know exactly what was going on. As a woman you never know what may happen. He had someone look at it. told me what the issue was and took care of it. He also had a nice clean air conditioned shop where you could wait, but not for long. They were fast and efficient and very reasonably priced.

My grandpas 2006 F150 kings ranch kept blowing a fuse that controlled the A/C, radio, windows, and gauges on the dash board.We decided to take it to Christian Brothers in Cedar Hill. They replaced the spark plugs and third light along with the blown fuse- for only $2200 ! 🙄 Made me sick to my stomach after finding the problem had not been resolved.So we then took it to the Ford House on 30 and belt line in Grand Prairie. Thats where they replaced the instrument cluster and charged my grandfather $1200.They told him it would be 7 -8 more days if he brought it back in to be fixed correctly because now the air was still blowing hot (yes it had Freon)After looking up Chachos and seeing the reviews, I decided I was confident about taking his truck there.We dropped it off and were called the next day saying the truck was fixed !!! And it was ! He only charged my grandpa $550.Chachos will forever have my business and referral, thank yall again so much

I had taken my car to another place to get fixed, electrical starting issue, after having my car for two weeks they only found a way to work around the problem and charged $500.00. Windshield wipers didnt work after the freeze. Found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. Prior to going here, I had taken it to another mechanic who kept it for hours and couldnt figure out the problem.. Pep Boys and dealership said they could have fixed for double what I ended up paying. At Chachos the diagnostic was Pricey but decided to pay it and resulted in them finding the problem (TPM) and replacing it for very reasonable price compared to the others. I was able to wait there and drove off with fixed wipers. Had been stressed but So greatful because that day was going to storm and had apt to go to, and sure enough it poured down while waitingThis was a couple of weeks ago and have had no issues. The gentlemen there were great, really respectable staff. Glad to have found this place.

A went there a couple months ago because my third brake light was not working, they told me that it was not working because the door was a different year and they had tu put in a code that I believed because in fact it was a different vin number for tha back door and charged me 800 just for that( at time i tought expensive) now im looking for a pieces for the door and put in the vin number and its also for same car model and year so basically they lied to my face

If only I could give ZERO STARS.....I visited Chachos to ascertain why my brake light was not illuminating on my Toyota Highlander after replacing the bulb, fuse and socket. His mechanic changed the bulb again and it began to illuminate. Chacho said the bulb wasnt seated properly in the socket, but I was still charged hundreds of dollars just to replace the bulb. This is not an honest business!!!!

Chacho is a very nice guy. His staff was all pleasant and professional. They took great care to sanitize my vehicle before entering and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for his team to repair the car. Would definitely recommend his shop to anyone who needs electrical work done.

My car was having electrical issues and I was referred to them by my mechanic and when I say they do great work, they do great work. Not only did they find the problem which was a frayed ground wire, they cleaned some filters and reset my computer and my car has been running like brand new since then. I was recommended to Chacho and must say I recommend anyone and everyone to go there. He truly is my hero and a real miracle worker. Someone had vandalized my Dodge Avenger in the picture below and he fixed everything. Very reasonable pricing just straight up honest about everything that was wrong. He turned my second vehicle back into Big Blue and it felt good seeing it back on the road. I had a short in my Range Rovers headlights, I would hit a bump and the lights would go out completely. Took it here before I went to work and they had it repaired and I picked it up the next day after work. Great service. I would recommend this shop to anyone having electrical problems.

Finding a good trustworthy mechanic is a struggle sometimes. I went through PepBoys and mechanics found on the Dallas Facebook Mechanic group before eventually finding Chachos. The quality of work is excellent, communication is always present, and their honesty is what keeps me coming back. Ive been coming to Chachos for at least a year now. For potential new customers, I recommend calling ahead first. They get very busy :)

I took my old 2006 Chrysler to there shop and boy did my baby need some work. Not only were the owners super nice, but the customer service was outstanding. For me, it was about them being honest with me about doing the work. He did the work that he had to do to figure what was wrong . They were very good mechanics..and not just that but I think my mechanic was name Michael and he lower my price and gave me a great deal for replacing the starter, alignment, new computer and wiringi all under $900!!! would say hands down one of the best in dallas for electrical work

The customer service was great! I will recommend them 100 percent of the time for your electrical needs. They programmed our pcm and was very knowledgeable about the pcm and the process to program it. I wish I would have known about them all along I would have saved a lot of time and energy with my 🚙.

Long story short. Ive taken my car to 3 other mechanics, spent countless time that was wasted. They didnt know the problem. I brought my car here 2 days ago. They diagnosed my car and found the problem within same day. Car was fixed, they sanitized my car before and after . I was driving from Florida to Colorado when my brake booster went out on my 2001 4runner. This shop happen to be close by so I went there and the professionals that work here had me in and out within a hour and a half. They completely saved my day and my trip. Would highly recommend and if I lived in the area this would be the only shop I would go to. 10/5 stars!!!

Had Air Compressor issues in my Towncar. Took the vehicle in and had an Air Spring Coil Conversion kit installed. The team was helpful from start to finish. Since the system had failed the car was very low at the back. The staff was willing to help me get the vehicle into the lot to prevent further damage. Customer Service was exceptional. I was fully informed on how the transition would be with the new coils. Car is riding smooth. I would go back again if any other repairs are needed.

CHACHOS’s AUTO ELECTRIC IS THE BEST!I had a check charging system light that was coming on intermittently for almost a year. And every shop I took my car to gave me different reasons why it could happen. I went to F...stone, Mc.....Ford and two other mechanics. I’ve paid over $1,500 in unneeded repairs.I was ready to trade my car in. But I LOVE my, so I decided to try one more time to get it repaired. I found CHACHOS’s on online and it is the BEST decision I’ve made. These guys know their trade. I stopped in without an appointment spoke with Chacho about what has been going on. He was able to squeeze me in. A few hours later the check charging system light was off and my baby was running great.The customer service was GREAT, he explained what was going on and didn’t give up. They kept going to find the source of the issue instead of giving me a best guess.I’m already working with Chacho to get my next repair done.I can’t say enough good things about CHACHO’S AUTO ELECTRIC the are Phenomenal!

Highly recommend this place. My first visit here and very happy. I needed the work done and Chacho took care of my Expedition spark plugs. I came into town today to make some sales calls on Auto Repair shops, and unfortunately, I had car issues. The rep I was working with said to take it to Chachos Auto, as he knew them, and the work they do. He sales auto parts to repair shops as well.They quickly diagnosed the problem, and as it was an extensive repair, I was really in a bind, needing my car to get around today. The owner told me to not worry. He would get on it right away, and offered a very reasonable price. The job was estimated for 3 hours, but, knowing I needed on the road, they jumped on it right away.Im happy to say, they called me sooner than I thought while I was waiting at lunch to come pick it up.When I got there, the owner pointed out a few things that needed to be looked at, and told me to make sure I have them taken care at when I got back home.They even cleaned the engine for me. I didnt recognize it.A great experience with Chachos Auto Electric. I can truly recommend them. If you need work done, these are your guys!

They went above and beyond to fix my radiator and radiator fan. I brought my car in near closing on a Wednesday and the work was done before closing the next day. They even topped off the freon for free after I asked if the AC could be a little colder. Prices are fair and Chacho answered all my questions and followed up with me the next day to make sure my car was running well. Definitely plan on using them again.

Took my 1988 Chevy Silverado for a Gage cluster diagnostic and A/c Service Check, Turns out my gage cluster is no good and my A/c system was low on Freon . They added Freon and got my A/c blowing nice and cold . I highly recommend Chachos Auto electric for you Auto repair needs . Great customer service and honest technicians.

I was in a bind and they repaired my car literally in one day. Great service, and even when my headlight went out they took care of it at no extra charge. I was able to make it to work the next day they had me up and running fast! Chacho was super nice and so was Junior he was really helpful.

Put more miles on my vehicle than seemed necessary for a brake light issue, but they cleaned a few electrical contacts as well, and my vehicle send to run better and get better milage.

This is the BEST auto shop in DFW. You get the Sewell treatment for 1/3 the price. It’s hard to find honest, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly mechanics these days. I went in at 8am on a Saturday and they started on my truck immediately. They ordered a new condenser and had me out in about 2 hours. I’m going to recommend Chacho’s to everyone I know. This is my new auto shop from here on out. Thanks so much guys!!

Most honest mechanic shop I’ve been to. The problem seemed huge as there was a very strange noise coming from the under the hood. 1 mechanic had already told me I’d probably have to replace the motor. Upon close inspection by Guillermo at Chachos shop, he indicated that in fact it had nothing to do directly with the motor and was something else entirely different and very minor and easy to fix. Thanks to their detailed work and having such a keen eye for their craft, they saved me over a $1000. Will definitely be back if anything else may ever arise. Good job guys 👏

I can’t say enough good things about their service. We were in the Dallas area on vacation when we had an over heating issue. They not only took care of our repair same day but volunteered to give us a ride to the zoo so our kids could still enjoy the day!
