I had a horrible experience with this auction house. Messaged weeks in advance about pieces Im interested in advance. No mention, that a new bidder is only limited to 500 on liveauctioneers.com. Had to find that out the day before. I have a big credit card on file and they still wont raise my limits? Other auctioneers have gladly given me the greenlight for up to 30k. They didnt answer their phone the day before the auction and wont answer it hours before it starts. They just email messages back and forth saying to download some form on their super old website. If you truly have your clients best interests at heart, wouldnt you want to find a way to let me into the auction? Even if by phone, video chat, or any other means...... This auction house is either super small and has no staff for customer service/sales or they simply dont care. Unless its a piece you must have....I would suggest going somewhere else. My experience leaves so much more to be desired.
