Clark Webb was our plumber. He was on time, professional, thorough, and really helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. The hot water heater was replaced in just a few hours and was up and running. He even took the time to redirect the pipe should there be a leak; it was pointed in the garage, but he directed it to go outside the house. It took a lot of extra work but he was happy to do it. Jonathan was very professional and courteous. He also arrived on time! He came to tune up and then - we had an issue the next day (which wasn’t anything to do with him) but he came back the next day - after hours and helped us out, no charge. I told him I had a home warranty and that they fix anything that is broken in our AC and he was gracious enough to give us a detailed quote on what needed to be fixed, so that when the home warranty company came - I would know what what was wrong and they couldn’t take advantage of me. My AC has been freezing up and usually minor maintenance is the easy fix. It just happened that when in Home Depot we were approached by a consultant while looking for a replacement filter. We had the system checked by Mike, Technician, who was very knowledgeable and ultimately found we needed to replace it. Our In Home Consultant was instrumental in our decision to go with this company. Benjamin Wood went above and beyond to ease the financial fears we had and he inspected areas of our system that other companies did not previously. He took the time to go over multiple options and really cared about what we needed and didnt just push a sale. Even after we picked a system and had questions about other ones, he made himself available to answer anything and continue to help. Erik, Technician, came out to install our new system. He was very polite and mindful of my property. He also answered any questions and explained everything that was going on. He made sure my home stayed clean and all parts and labor were up to a very high standard. He found an issue in some ducting under the house and let us know that it would be taken care of and fixed at no additional charge to us. He checked for proper air supply in each room and was very patient even with my dog barking her head off. I would recommend this company to others and plan to continue using them myself to care for my home.

We just had heating and air installed by Ragsdale in our built-in basement area and I just have to acknowledge the 2 technicians who installed the units as well as the ducts and vents. They were both knowledgeable, professional and cordial. I should also add - hard workers! Brady Priest and Joseph Scoggins are certainly an asset to Ragsdale. I also highly recommend Ragsdale. We have used them a few times and we plan on using them for any future needs.

Great experience overall. Making an appointment was very easy. They were able to come out the next day and sent email and text to let me know when he was coming. Also had GPS location so we could see how far out the technician was. He did the repairs within an hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

After taking a vacation day for this service call the tech never showed up. After calling the office the told me the driver came out and nobody would answer the door. I have outside cameras that show the tech never came to my house. I was working on my laptop in my living room 10 feet from the door when they say they were knocking on it. This company doesnt care about their customers, lies to their customers, & you should steer clear of them.I will never call them again!UPDATERagsdale called me and asked me if I would allow them to make up the service at no charge to me because of what happened the first time. I accepted the offer and made the appointment. Their tech, Austin Smith, showed up on time, was very respectful, did a thorough inspection, cleaned the coils, and changed the dual capacitor under warranty. I will have to say I was pleased this time around.I would most certainly give them a 5 star rating for the second visit!Customer service is what can make or break a company and great employees is what it is all about!

Ragsdale was referred by another plumbing company which says a lot. Clark and his coworker were efficient, kind and empathetic. Clark made sure that I had time to fill containers with water since I would be wo water for some time. The office was very communicative with his arrival and any changes to the schedule. He took care to ensure that my yard was left in good condition before his departure.

They came over to change our air filter because our air stopped working. Blake, our technician was super nice and knowledgeable. He checked everything to ensure nothing else was impacting the performance of our AC Unit. No complaints there. He gave us options and kept me in the loop of what he was doing.BUT! Ragsdale is superbly expensive. To change our flute pipes and cut a vent, they quoted me $1135 when everyone else quoted around $400-600.. I’m not sure why that big of a price difference, but needless to say I won’t be paying that. My complaint also comes from when we were needing the quote to have flute piping changed and a vent cut. I made my appointment for Monday morning. I get a call Friday afternoon from a lady asking me to change my appointment because it was people around Atlanta without cold air. This wouldn’t have bothered me except for the fact that my problem got belittled. Our flute pipes on our furnace are from the original build of our home (1986) and they are in desperate need of a change especially after the technician told us that it could be leaking small amounts of carbon monoxide into our home. But I complied with the change and they came out the next day.

After the previous mention of a temporary fix to my HVAC, it was deduced that my furnace had to be replaced - which was to be expected, and was one of the things we knew wed have to replace before long when we moved into our house. Obviously, nobody wants to have that discussion about replacing anything costly, and while it was technically cheaper to just fix the problem, my 17 year old furnace wasnt getting any better. Itd just be a band-aid to get my through another year, until maybe something catastrophic happened. Either way, we scheduled an installation of a new unit, which they installed one day after the quote (service advisor came out Tuesday, Technician came out to install Thursday), and everything was quick! Nicholas and his assistant (whom I cant remember the name of for the life of me) arrived on time, and immediately got to work installing my unit. It was estimated to take around four hours, and they did it in three, which was cool. Thus far everything is working perfectly, and the air quality seems much better. We went with a variable speed motor, as well as a high-efficiency air filter, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. Thanks to everyone! I will definitely come back if anything else happens or changes.

Since moving to Dallas, I found that Ragsdale lives up to their promises of excellent service. They have always been professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. Its not easy finding good service these days. Ragsdale and other contractors have had to repair major issues caused by the original contractors on my home. Fortunately I know who these companies are. We will most likely continue to maintain a service contract with Ragsdale for our future needs.

When I called to make an appointment for a commercial restaurant quote, I asked if they do commercial work and they said yes. When the plumber arrived to look at the property, I informed him that it was a lot of work that needed to be done and he should take some notes. He declined to take notes. Before leaving he said it would be at least 24 hours before they had me a quote. I waited a week. When I called the main office to ask about the quote I spoke to two different people being told they could have me a quote by the end of the day AFTER I had to send them a list from another plumber of everything that has to be done. I later received a call from a lady saying that someone else needed to come out and give me an on-site quote. I reluctantly agreed. Rearranged my entire day to meet with them ONCE AGAIN. They waited until AFTER they were scheduled to come to call and tell me they don’t do this type of commercial job. Over a week of my time wasted when I could’ve been looking for someone capable of handling the job. VERY unprofessional.

As always the tech was on time and was professional and showed me the problem with the tankless water heaters (filter clogged and not enough water flowing through). Left the area clean and was ready to answer any questions I might have.

We had a couple contractors out to quote our job, and Ragsdale was the best of the crop. Instead of trying to quote the most expensive machine, Chris focused on the entire system, ensuring duct work was correct and the entire system worked correctly. He then gave me a proposal for the right system for our home. Everything Chris promised, Eric and his team fulfilled. They were thorough and worked hard to get the full job done in a day. They were neat and efficient, working quickly but not cutting any corners. The result is a great install, the work looks good, and they cared for my home while doing the job. The weather hasnt tested the system yet, but I am confident that if anything pops up, Ragsdale will back up their work and make it right.

We had to have all copper water pipes replaced due to pin holes.We had an issue with getting our appointment but that was minor and was completely over shadowed by the excellence of Mr. Allen Crew. I just could not say enough about how great this guy is. And the next time we need your services I will insist on having him do the work.

Installation of new units resulted in them cutting a hole in the wall and not notifying us that they would not be repairing. Also turned off the electrical breaker to downstairs freezer spoiling thousand in meats. Maintenance resulted in rude (not always) service personnel. On a few occasions they actually forgot to bring filters and had to use my supply!!!!!Plumbing repairs are astronomical, plain and simple. I have been with this company for over two years mainly because I received a maintenance contract with the purchase of two new AC/Heating units. Now the contract has expired. So in closing, I have spent a VERY significant amount of money with this company and have given them every opportunity to not rip me off and to provide decent customer service. They failed!

I scheduled plumbing maintenance with Ragsdale because they had a good deal listed on their site. Even though the deal expired when I called to set an appointment, they honored it. I received a text with the picture of the plumber that came to my house in advance, which was appreciated. Taylor, the plumber, arrived early and quickly went about his business. Had a HVAC tray full of water and no A/C. They came quickly on a Friday night, cleared out the clogged condensation drain and got the unit back working. Even though the clogged drain was clearly the issue Donnie was extremely thorough and checked the evaporator for ice, the refrigerant level, and the emergency off float switch to make sure my unit was completely good to go. This company definitely goes above and beyond for their customers.

I have used Ragsdale Heating and Air for system maintenance (in another home and this one) since 2015, and Ive always been happy with their services. I did research this job and the equipment in advance, and, once again, found that Ragsdale leads the pack in the heating and air arena. Their prices are a little more expensive than other services, but that is reflected quite favorably by their professional service and workmanship...absolutely better than others Ive worked with. I highly recommend Ragsdale for heating and air services for your heating and air needs!

The quality of the work to install my new HVAC system (and take out the old) is seen in the character of the two professional installers. Both were professional, courteous, on time, and demonstrated a high level work ethic rarely seen any more. I was impressed with the organized manner of their work, working independently, working together and not wasting a minute of time to get a great job done. They answered all of my questions well and worked me through the operational procedures of the new system. I couldnt have been more pleased and their cleanup was great. Had an appt for tech to come out and quote a new HVAC. From 10-12. Received an email at 10:25 saying he was on his way. By 12:15, still nothing. Called Ragsdale and they got in touch with the tech who said he “tried” to call me, not once but “several” times and left a vm. Oh really? I’ve had my phone in hand sitting here for two hours. No missed calls, no vm. It’s one thing to be late, but to lie about trying to reach me is SO rude and unprofessional!! WAY too many other HVAC companies out there to put up with this kind of UN professionalism. Also- the front office seemed a little indifferent. Call someone who cares. They do NOT. Don’t waste your time.

Troy and his team worked really hard to update our hvac system in an old house. It’s not easy getting a furnace in and out of an old attic with a ladder that’s questionable, but they came up with a solution and made it happen safely. Troy and his team were very professional and were here for long hot days so we could have cool ones. We really appreciate him, his crew, and Ragsdale!

(I am sorry I cannot remember their names at moment - but they were great!) Cameron was our tech. He had a great attitude and answered all my questions. He provided an estimate and did all the work.I really appreciated the company’s texts and emails that confirmed the appointments and the call notifiying me of the time frame to expect service. REALLY pleased with this company.

The customer service was great, the tech was was very professional and courtious. The tech explained everything well.The repairs were done in a timely mannor. The price of the repair was quit reasonable. I will use Ragsdale again.

Overall the installation staff was professional and friendly. There was some confusion initally, because they were unaware that it was a completely new install. It was not on the paperwork that runs had to be cut, so that made us a little uneasy and unsure of the process. We are still waiting for them to return to finish adding a vent to one room. They did not have enough material on the truck to complete that on initial installation. My only other complaint was they didnt ask about preference on vent placement before cutting the runs. The one in our dining room was placed directly in front of our French doors where it will be walked on and the door is open and closed constantly. We were not too happy with that being placed in a high traffic area. Overall the team was very pleasant and respectful of our home.

Cameron was a very personable employee and was very nice to explain everything he was doing and why it was happening. Would definitely recommend his services and Ragsdale in general.

I cant put into words how happy I was with the professional and quality work they did installing my new AC and furnace. I had some problems with the thermostat and quicker that I thought possible Jerry R. was back and fixed the problem. Thank You!
