The AC unit in my house went out and since my family and I are all stuck at home we needed this fixed ASAP. I was referred to them by a friend and after speaking with Patricia a technician was sent over to my home. The technician was kind and helped answer all the questions I had. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how professional everyone was and saving me from this summer heat.

If I could give one star I would. I have an old unit and I know I need to upgrade my system. My mother was kind enough to send them pictures of the unit; due to Covid19 they said they can write up an estimate on pictures alone. I work from home and am a single mom so its important that I get at least 3 quotes to compare and ask all the questions I want, before I make a decision. I believe most homeowners feel this way. I am currently working from home so I was given notice that I would be meeting with the Technician and Patricia who spoke with my Mother. The men who arrived did not wear PPE (face mask, gloves, or have hand sanitizer on their person). They started taking apart surrounding frame of my unit that is in my hallway, telling me that they are prepping for the technician to arrive. I asked them to hold off till he arrives and we spoke about location, measurements, and small talk while we waited for the Technician and Patricia. I was informed that the reason for Patricia was because she had the contract for me to sign. I am not signing any contract; I am needing a quote. Once the technician arrived myself and the first gentleman eager to pull at my base boards showed him that the model they predetermined for me did not fit. However They could make it fit. They explained I would just need to hire additionally a contractor to repair every place they have to cut into, which they are not liable for. Again the thought of a different unit didnt come up, presumably because this is the one they already had in their truck. I told them my home was previously treated for water damage in 2013 so before any walls are cut, torn down, or removed, I would need to speak to a contractor about cost, structural integrity, and if the past water damage resulted in mold within the walls. Everyone was in agreement that I would feel more comfortable talking to a contractor first and hopefully at that time they would have done their due-diligence to present me additional models to compare. At this point they left and I continued to work from home. I started getting hot and a little light headed and I wrote it off as medication from spraining my arm and ankle (arm in a sling very recent trip to the ER.) for a bad fall. I was going to lay down and I saw the thermostat reading that the house was hot, so not just me. I held my hand up to the vent and air was circulating, but not cold air. I went to check the outside unit and it was taken apart in pieces! I immediately called Patricia who didnt fully grasp why I was upset. I told her no one told me that there were people outside disassembling my unit and then not putting it back together! I did not authorize this and further more they did this and left thinking what exactly? I didnt even know there were more people than the ones in my house! Patricia tells me that the person who took it apart is in Ennis, TX and it will take him a long time to get back to me. I asked if they only have one technician, because common sense would be to send the closest one available NOT just the one who caused the problem. She said it would be something she brings up in her 5:00 meeting. This was just poorly handled and unprofessional all around. I took my son and dog to my Mothers home and asked Patricia to have the technician call me when they were on the way. I had made sure to turn off the brakers to the furnace and AC condenser but I need to be home to be able to turn everything back on to make sure everything is in working order. The technician arrived at 7pm and was very nice but a little upset because this wasnt his job he worked on, and was pulled from dinner to fix someone elses mistake. After some hours he called a friend of his with no affirmations to the company but qualified (probably more so) to assist. The issue wasnt that it was disassembled, but it was torn apart every which way. He said that he presumes who ever did the damage maybe thought it was being scrapped so wires were ripped out and so on. After rewiring, soldering, cutting, replacing parts, - continued

My friend is having problem with this company and they are not helping her with the issues that they cause to her, they are not professional. They started to take put her unit without authorization. Now, she has no air conditioning on this hot heat of Texas and they are refusing on go down there and fix the damaged that they have done. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON COMPANIES BEFORE TRY THIS ONE... WORSE COMPANY FOR AIR CONDITIONER.
