Awesome customer service and knowledge of mold removal and remediation! After dealing with much back & forth from my insurance company for an issue that seemed to be time sensitive considering growing mold, he not only patiently walked me through the process & how to adequately explain to my adjuster in order to speed along the process. Khonsol was pleasant to work with, responsive, and informative throughout the process of remediating water damage to my basement. He took the time to explain everything he was doing plus information on preventative work and the environmental effects of water damage (he even gave me a primer on home maintenance which I appreciated as a first-time homeowner!) He was very patient with my questions around the work and insurance and worked around my hectic remote work schedule. I learned a lot and appreciate his conscientious approach to helping me restore my property.

Ive used their services twice. Once for a moderate water intrusion which caused a good a decent mold growth in the basement due to a slow leak. A second time for mold growth due to condensation in the garage.Both times the company was responsive and very professional. Their prices are reasonable. I hope I dont have to do another cleanup (Water damage is never fun!), but I will definitely use them again if I need to.

We had a great experience with Mold Metrix. They were recommended to us while we needed a mold issue dealt with pretty fast so we could start foundation work on our house. Khonsol was out to the house within two days of contact for a free estimate. He saved us money by explaining things we didn’t need done prior to the remediation. Khonsol and team were out here for the remediation five days later and the mold was gone within four hours! He was back for air testing and swabs to ensure everything is good to go. Khonsol is very responsive and is able to explain your situation in a way you can understand. No sales pitches, just cares about making your home safe.
