Everyone here is so attentive, kind, and informative. Dr. Sri, Kathy, Paula, Delila and Brenda were all wonderful at what they do.COVID-19 meant that I needed to push back my dental check ups, and I’m grateful to have found this office after having recently moved to the area. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and I feel renewed motivation to be more proactive about my dental health. Would recommend Dr. Hanania’s office 100 percent!

Listen, this is the best dental office Ive been to my entire adult life. Dr Hanania took care of me since Im pregnant and made sure I was comfortable. He made my treatment easy and now Im not that terrified of dentist. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I wished I found him years ago lol. High recommend.

This office is absolutely awful. My mother went in to get dentures put in and they failed her miserably. They did not finish, they destroyed her bridge and did not attempt to make this things better for her. She now looks 40 years older because of what they did to her. We will be taking legal action against this dental office. Do not trust them with your smile and do not trust them to make things right. They are awful.

I would give a zero if I could. This office is awful when it comes to billing/communication. I have been trying to get a bill resolved for over a year and still can’t get it taken care of. I would never go there again, I would pay out of pocket to go anywhere else. It’s almost like they don’t reply to billing inquiries just so they can send it to collections and add hundreds of dollars in fees.

Can I just brag about how much I love my dental office?! From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the doctors, make you feel like family. Ariane and the rest of the dental hygienist are not just extremely knowledgeable, but they do a great job at making you feel comfortable. Also, the doctors are like no other. They dont make you feel like just another patient or like theyre in a rush. They do an excellent job at explaining what, why,a potential outcomes. And I would be lying if I didnt say what I love the most is how competitive their prices are. If youre looking for an affordable dental practice, with an entire staff of passionate teeth lovers, this would be your go-to!

Unfortunately, I’ve had to have ALOT of work done but I couldn’t have picked a better place to get it done at! Staff is extremely friendly, Dr. Hanania has a great bedside manner, and most importantly, I no longer fear the dentist.

Dr. Hanania is the best dentist I have ever been! Even though I’ve gone there since I was a little girl, my family and I decided to explore other dentists in our insurance. NOTHING can compare to the hospitality and warmth this dentist office gives you! When I was having issues with my insurance, they worked with me. When I was having other medical issues, they were attentive and careful in all my check ups. I am a loyal customer.

I went to this office as a second opinion for my son due to another dental provider charging me a ridiculous amount of money. The staff there was super nice and great bedside manner. The dentist that saw my son was outstanding and so friendly. Me and my son left there so happy because we got a great evaluation and an honest cost on the work that had to be done. I loved the experience I had at Dr. Hanania office. We have 4 children ages 4-13. @ of which are very scared of any doctor. The staff at the Dr. Hanania office is superb. They are very kind and patient with children. They are always very nice and polite and full of smiles when you go in for your appointment. They make it very easy to visit the dentist and somewhat look forward to it knowing that the treatment you will receive is delightful. The doctor is top notch as well. He knows how to talk to kids and treat them as there can be very scared to see him. I would recommend anyone who has children to take your kids there and you will see what I am talking about. There great for adults, too.

The staff and service at the office of Dr Hanania goes beyond accommodating and professional. The Staff is friendly, informative, professional and caring. The virtual sign in and unobtrusive appointment email reminders is a great touch. The Saturday appointments is greatly appreciated for busy people. My crown installation could not have gone smoother today. From the greeting to the walk out, everyone was terrific. Of particular note was the state-of-the-art technology use of digital imagery mapping of the area of interest and finite on site milling and finishing of the ceramic fixture. Awesome! The skill and professionalism of Desiree, Amy, and Dr. Hanania during the procedure were exceptional. Thanks to Paula, Yasmin, and the entire staff for all their hard work and good humor. Cheers.

We have been going to Hanania for over 17 years now. We are always greeted and treated as members of a family. We have had everything done from cleanings to root canals as well as some dental surgeries. It has been a wonderful experience watching and growing with this practice and the people. This is the best Dentist I have been to in my 50+ years. The friendliness of the entire staff is great. When Dr. Hanania gave me the shot to numb my mouth for a filing, I did not feel the needle. This was a first for me. His expertise and how he explained to me in detail exactly what was going on with my teeth was great. I got my teeth cleaned yesterday and Ariana did an excellent job in polishing my teeth that my sister asked me if I had gotten my teeth whitened. I went to their Open House a couple months ago and decided to change Dentists that day and it has been the best decision. A special Thank you to Kathy Allen for inviting me to their Open House.

Since moving to VA, Ive been coming here for about a year and am always extremely happy with the excellent service and professionalism from Dr Hanania and his staff. Its a very clean facility with state-of-art dental equipment (and TVs in each room to boot!). Everything from the email reminders, to the check-in, to the actual cleaning/dental procedure is very professional.Normally I just have cleanings done, but had to have a crown done just a few weeks ago. It went smoothly--all in a couple hrs, imaging the tooth using some very neat technology (CAD/CAM — computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) and then milling the crown on-site and installing it. They called to make sure I was fine, but I havent had any pain or issues since I had it put in.All-in-all, highly recommend this dentist. You get a very kind, trustworthy, and friendly dentist and staff and a clean, state-of-art facility.

The ladies at the front desk are all amazing. They are professional and always friendly. The reason why I gave this business 2 stars is because I had a small cavity that was drilled too deep, and basically because of an error an orthodontist made, I will have to fork $1,000.00 just to be able to eat soft food on the left side of my mouth. Also, my son had a filling and two teeth were connected together and I had to take him back so they could fix it properly just so he would be able to floss (luckily at no extra charge). I understand errors happen, but for two consecutive visits major errors occurred.....well needless to say, this is unacceptable. When I do have a root canal done on this botched filling, it will NOT be here.

On 9/19/13, I took my special needs daughter to this office. I called ahead & explain her conditions & much to my surprise the entire staff welcomed us with open arms. I would especially like to Thank Kathy Allen for going beyond her duties to make our daughter comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend taking a special needs person or a person with high anxiety problems to this office. I am just shocked how well our daughter did as she is, (was), scared to death if you every spoke to her about a dentist. Once again I can not thank Kathy Allen & the entire staff enough. Thank You. Ya all are the best.

I cannot express my hatred for this office enough. I switched them to my main dentist based on reviews. I came for an emergency visit after having something stuck in my gums which caused pain. I was told I needed scaling/deep cleaning and was shown a quote for an exorbent fee on a laptop (never printed or provided.) I have never been given bad news by a dentist, as I care for my teeth properly. I requested to have minor work done and my regular cleaning and I was told I could t until I had the deep cleaning or scaling. I got two second opinions right away with X Rays and was told that it was ‘ridiculous’ to have been told I needed the deep cleaning/scaling and both dentists said if they submitted to my insurance that the claim would be undoubtedly denied based on the X-rays alone. Thank god I didn’t return and pay that incredibly large fee and get the unnecessary work done. Both dental offices from the second opinion said I would be doing myself a disservice if I got that deep cleaning done. I am confident they assumed I would pay that money out of pocket and my question why it wasn’t submitted to insurance. My dental insurance wouldn’t allow a second provider switch, so I went the entire year without a regular cleaning. First time that has happened in my life. I’ve gone through braces, teeth whitening, and all my regular visits without missing a beat until this office came into my life. Thank god I now have a dentist that actually cares about me and doesn’t put his wallet first.

They r the best, when I come here they make u feel like family, they are by far the best as far as I am concern I will not go anywhere else, I recommend the doctor to all my friends and family the girls in the front are the best Brenda, Ann and Yasmean are the best and I thank all of you for all your help. I was seen at this office for a few years. The tech was only concerned about selling certain products, and rolled her eyes when I refused to buy. After being quoted certain prices for fillings, they tried to overcharge me. When I noticed, they fixed the mistake and did not apologize. One of the fillings was too deep, and I made an appointment to be seen again. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and they called saying that I couldnt be seen because Im no longer covered. Overall, very poor mannered staff and a nice doctor who never corrected his mistake.

Let me first off start by saying how terrified I am with dentist. Sedation Dentistry was the right move. The better move was choosing Dr. Hananias office to perform the necessary work.I am a very difficult patient to deal with. Every single person I dealt with at that office was very professional and accommodating. Ann at the Front Desk and Brenda the office Manager were very easy to deal with and made me feel at home.All the Hygienists that put up with my nonsense also deserve high remarks. I believe Crystal is a name remember. She was extremely helpful dealing with all my Insurance issues.All in all My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Hanania will continue to get my business. I highly suggest trying them out.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They even called to check on me days after the procedure.

I have been receiving dental services from Dr. Hananias office for over ten (10) years. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, however over the years, as a result of the professional service and warm personable treatment received from Dr. Hanania and his staff my absolutely HATE mentality has turned into an absolutely LOVE experience. I can always depend on Ms. Antoinette Jackson - Financial Director (affectionately known as Ann) to process dental claims on my behalf, provide an explanation of dental benefits from dental providers, and provide guidance on courses of action based on industry best practices. I particularly mention Ann because she has proven to be the glue that keeps operational office processes fluid. Shout outs are extended to Dr. Hanania and all of his staff who contribute to making my visits pleasant and memorable experiences.

Staff is nice, but Ive had my cavities filled. And the same filling fell out twice. Dentist can sometimes lack tact in speech. He knows what hes doing but I dont think customer service is his forté

I had to have a tooth pulled out that broke off. I had problems with it for years and it had broken in two different places. It had a very large filling in it that was holding it together. I would have liked to have saved it with a root canal and crown but it just was not in our small budget to do so. Dr. Hanania pulled the tooth out for me after giving me my options for the root canal. I asked to have it out due to financial reasons. It would have been a lot to save it.I had no idea what was involved with having a tooth removed. I thought it would be quick and fairly painless, just yank it out. I was wrong and it is more involved than I thought. It took quite a while breaking and pulling the pieces of the tooth out. There was a lot of yanking, pushing, and pulling and it was pretty uncomfortable. The shot in the roof of your mouth is pretty bad. However, had I been at another dentist I thik it would have been much worse. Dr. Hanania kept stopping and asking me in the beginning if I could feel what he was doing. He wanted to be sure I was numbed properly and wouldnt feel any pain. He did that several times before proceeding. He stopped and let my mouth rest after working on it for a while. He asked me several times if I was doing ok. His assistant was very attentive and helpful as well. She even let me squeeze her hand when I got the shot in the roof of my mouth. (man that hurt)So I am very glad I went to Dr. Hanania for this procedure. I have had some dentists in the past who were not so caring and didnt show much sympathy for their patients. I have never been to a dentist who showed as much concern for his patient and their comfort. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hanania. His staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It is a welcome change from the dentists of my past.

I have had most of my dental work done by Dr.Hanania. He is very informative. So far I have had fillings, received a cleaning, and teeth whitening and have no complaints or issues. Dr. Hanania and his staff set up payments and appointments that were convenient and cost effective. The Front office personnel is also very friendly and informative. The office looks really neat and clean, Staffs are really friendly and helpful specially Yasameen she helped me scheduled my appointment with Specialist where as it was my part to do that but she took that responsibility and did it for me. Dr Hanania and the staff are very nice and professional. They offer a variety of dental services. They have tvs in patient rooms to help you relax. The techs entertained my daughter and let her assist with my cleaning, lol which she loved while we watched tv.

My time at the office was quite joyful. When I walk in, I was call back and seated and with in 5min of my appt. I was taken back to get my teeth whiten and my child got his tooth pull and he said it didnt hurt that much and he is 7 years old. The ladies in the front was so nice and they made my son and I feel welcome. The ladies in the back made my son comfortable by walking him through the treatment at one point he was laughing he was ready to come back for his cleaning .How does that . The ladies at the office made my son and I feel like home, they took there time explained every thing to us so that we understand what was going on Dr. Hanania was gentle with my son who was not happy to be getting his tooth pulled, I want to say thank you to the Dr HH, Paula, Arrine, Joanne and Kathy and the rest of the staff I will be coming back.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! Dr. Hanania, Dr. Srinivasan, are two of the best dentists I have ever been to! I am deathly afraid of dentists (due to some past horrible experiences) they both made me feel at ease and safe!! Along with their assistants Joann (so freaking awesome that I totally love her!! She took such awesome care of me and with that I owe her a great debt a gratitude!) Then there is Kathy, just as AWESOME and so caring, she almost made me forget I was at the dentist! These 2 ladies are great and I promise any potential patients that you will WILL be taken care of with compassion and love! Serious!! What made me feel like I wasnt just another patient, but that I was part of a family was when Dr. Hanania, Dr. Srinivasan, Joann, Kathy and I cannot leave out Brenda all remember me, that is what makes a patient feel special and all of them made me feel SPECIAL!! I do want to shout out to Brenda, she is awesome! Always trying to fit me in when I needed an appointment. She goes above and beyond! If i can rate this place zero i will! I have set up an appointment last march 3 and it was for the 11th but my appointment was moved to last week of march. I receive a call last march 18th confirming my appointment but they kept telling me that my appointment was jan 18 and i didnt show up, the dentist probably is good I would like to be seen by him but I am 3 months without a dentist and their employees dont have their things together because as I called today they said my appointment is non existent. I have screen shots and number of minutes when I receive your call last march 18 and the lady to whom i spoke to said she dont know who made that call. I can send screen shots of your calls to me and the dates so if this review is deleted then this review page is biased. I havent even get to go to your office and this is how my appointment setting went. Unfortunately I have provided them the social and all my info and they are losing a customer now because I would find somebody else that is interested to fix my dental concerns.

I have never been to a dentist that is so concerned with the comfort of patients as Dr Hananias office. From the front desk to the support staff, to Dr Sri (my particular dentist) they are courteous, helpful, funny, and above all concerned.I need extensive dental work, of which I have had an extraction, several fillings and two crowns thus far. Dr Sri was constantly and consistently concerned with my comfort and pain level, even to the point of taking small breaks in her work to allow me to adjust myself mentally.In addition, she has been extremely explanatory of every step in the process that I need to go through.The front desk staff and office manager have also been amazing in helping me to sign up for CareCredit because of the extent of the work and the associated cost that is needed for my particular treatment plan outside of my existing insurance, and to top it off, they even contacted CareCredit for me after my account was established and worked with CareCredit to get me an increase in my limit while I was having work done in the dental chair.Also, one of my crown did not want to lay down right, so it will be fixed at no cost to me or my insurance either one.They also have a wider range of hours to accomadate the fact that I cant take time off from work due to the fact that Im a contractor. They have both evening and weekend hours which has been immensely helpful in getting my initial work done.I will continue going to this Dental office as long as they take my insurance and remain open. I still have a root canal, 5 crowns and another filling to go, and I cant think of any other office I would want to go to in order to get all of this done.If youre looking for a dentist that you dont have to be scared of, Dr Hananias practice is your last stop for the best patient care possible.

Let me begin by saying I am one of those people who has NEVER been a fan of going to the dentist, Dr. Hannania is the only dentist to ever make me want to be a better dental patient in 34 years. No matter how severe your situation is, and believe me mine was real severe, Dr. Hannania and staff never make you feel uncomfortable.In addition to that Dr. Hannania really cares about his patients, whether do or do not have insurance, just come in and hell work it out. Secondly, Dr. Hannania has the most beautiful, welcoming, attentive, and carring staff I have ever been in the pleasure of knowing. His office newly renovated and completely modernized and state of the art facility.Lastly, there is no case too severe, I recently discovered that some dentists, only clean teeth, fill cavities, and only pull teeth as long as there is nothing unusual about it, and they can’t do it they refer you to the next guy…Not Dr. Hannania, he is a one stop shop. No matter tough your dental situation go see Dr. Hannania.
